StubHub is beyond HORRIBLE. I FLEW to POLAND from California to see Taylor Swift. I got to the event and was denied entry because of fraudulent tickets. I had to stand in the longest line you have ever seen, literally hundreds upon hundreds of people...ALL SCREWED OVER BY STUBHUB and then pay to buy new tickets in order to enter. SOOOOO many people who were screwed. NOW THEY ARE NOT REFUNDING ME because supposedly they fixed the ticket and sent it to me but I was already in the event - it was too late!!!! They are the absolute worst and I would never ever ever buy tix through them again.

If I could give Stubhub a zero I would. This company is a rip off. They have 100% guarantee, sure they will give you your money back but they DO NOT guarantee you will get your tickets. I bought tickets to the Phish concert in Las Vegas at the Sphere. The band started in my hometown. We paid for the tickets months in advance at ridiculous prices. Got my granddaughter and her parents passports to fly nonstop out of nearby Montreal. Shelled out thousands for hotel reservations and food. Stubhub continued assuring us that we were all set. The night of the concert they were supposed to email the virtual tickets. All Stubhub could do is tell us at the door that they had no tickets, no seats and evidently the scalper got a better deal. They refunded my money (big deal) no future night tickets were offered and no compensation. NEVER DEAL WITH STUBHUB they are only a avenue for scalpers to rip you off and wait till the last second to maximize their profits. STUBHUB SUCKS AND THEY SHOULD BE CONSIDERED CRIMINALS!

Arrived at event only to discover we were denied entry. The seller was a broker known to the venue for reselling purchased tix again to a second party. Stubhub customer "service" was a 75 minute wait time, even though they promise service "all the way to your seat". So we missed the event and no replacement tix for the next show were available. Eventually got a refund for ticket cost, but no compensation for extended travel time, parking fees, hotel, etc. for an event we could not attend. Will never trust again.

Stay Away !! They say the tickets are pending until 5pm night of the event ! Then they say check emails but can’t say who it’s from …..then they say check your spam for five different names …. And come to find a spam email from seatgeek with a code that looks like junk but expires in ten minutes !! Really ! When we called night of the show they say they can try get a refund or replacement tickets but have to wait an hour or more to process ( and be late for the show !) when we paid credit card six weeks ago !! I could go on but I’ll say stay away and save yourself a headache ( and extra ticket charges anyway !!)

Went to Ticketmaster, redirected to Stubhub, technical glitch prevented tix appearing on phone for scanning, issue wasn't resolved for 35 minutes. When finally able to enter venue, we had missed entire first act!. Ticketmaster would have guaranteed FULL REFUND, but for tix were technically purchased through 3rd Party- Stubhub. Stubhub CS, purposely hung up after leaving me on hold to see what they could do ( should he know this; is this not his job to know this?) Upon calling back, I gave the assistant my number and insisted they call back if disconnected. Long story short, they held the company line, NO REFUNDS! YOU ARE GAMBLING WITH THIS UNSCRUPULOUS BUNCH, SAVE YOURSELF THE HASSLE. THIS COMPANY DOES NOT HAVE YOUR BEST INTEREST AT IN MIND. Order #526882365- verify this!

Horrible...if you need to speak to a human being about getting a refund for your tickets (for a concert that was cancelled), you are transferred to the Philippines. The "rep" I spoke with was extremely rude and did not do anything to help me, he also refused to provide any kind of identification other than his made up name...he just kept repeating the email message I had received earlier. I asked to speak to his supervisor but the supervisor was "not available". These overseas call centers are not accountable to US laws and US standards and Stubhub knows this...do yourself a favor and NEVER place an order through Stubhub.

One hr prior to the event i had not received the tickets. Then I received a notice that they were no longer available. After two hrs with customer service at stubhub I received a link to select alternative tickets or get a refund. Stupidly I chose alternative tickets. Got to the venue and tickets still not available. Called stubhub again and was told I would get a link to get a refund. 40 min after the event had started I received the tickets. Called stubhub again and rep Kim, not helpful at all, basically said that it was my problem and to dispute the charges with my cc company. Extremely poor service. Is the expectation that customers are to be waiting at the venue, 40 min after the event starts.. and hold they will get their tickets? Horrible company. Will never use them again.

The person from whom I purchased the tickets never changed the email that was connected to the tickets I purchased. When we got to the venue, I was informed that the tickets did not belong to me even though I had email confirmation. It also took multiple attempts for the tickets to show up in the Ticketmaster website. Even after showing the person who was responsible for helping people with online tickets, she told me that they belonged to someone else. Apparently the price was also extravagantly more expensive than the venue. The box office was able to fix the error and find my seats after realizing that the original owner had not corrected the email; however, we missed 2/3 of the first half-even though we were at the performing arts center 20 minutes prior to the show starting. I was very disappointed and frustrated, especially since it was my children’s first live show and they were originally told that we would have to get a paper to get a refund and would not be able to watch the show.

Absolutely the worst set of experiences i have almost ever had and that's saying something... horrible website, app does not function, tickets for sale don't get published, email with info not sent or does not open to whats requested... chat ai interface terrible and when I FINALLY got a live chat, i got disconnected after all the input... phone support wait time almost 2 hours, yes 2 hours... followed by 1 hour with rep who apologized and promised over and over again to fix and could do nothing absolutely nothing.... and so much more... don't use.... it's horrible....I had to buy my tickets at the park for double the price, on the spot because my tickets were resold and no cancelation notice sent... buying selling is unreliable.

Bought tickets for concert. Did not receive tickets. After several phone calls and messages they could not provide my tickets!!! 2 hours before concert!!! Went back home then they tried to send me tickets 1 hour after concert started!!!

I’ve had successful experiences with StubHub, but upon my first issue was given unclear answers that dragged out over a month. When the tickets finally arrived they were not seats as advertised (even confused Ticketmaster) -they escalated & found some loophole to get out of fixing my issue. Bad customer service & false advertising- do not trust.

Stubhub used to be reliable. Not any longer. I have had three separate incidents. One where I bought tickets and then was told, last minute, that the "seller cannot fulfill the order." Another where I bought onsite parking, and then when the tickets were delivered, they were 2 miles away. Complete scam. And Stubhub would not refund the money in any of the cases. I am 100% done with Stubhub.

They charged me $160 for tickets no problem, but then never game them to me. I had the confirmation and receipt number and they basically told me there was nothing they could do about it and then HUNG UP on me!

Absolute garbage and most of all illegal practices within customer service, completely illegal practices - they hold tickets you bought hostage, won't allow you to resell, and have the most untrained low functioning incapable of problem solving customer services agents (I spoke to 10+ agents over 10 days so my sampling was large). Now I understand for the first time in my life why people requisition the options for ZERO stars because giving 1 is too generous. I am appalled.

Terrible! Ruined my entire trip. I bought my tickets 8 months ahead which stubhub said I couldn’t receive the tickets until day of concert. The day of the concert cane and they never gave me my tickets. I spoke to their customer service for hours and about 10x that day. I was 5 hours away for a concert and kept telling them I needed my tickets. They did nothing!! I was finally refunded after my concert started!!!! The concert was completely sold out (even though I had bought tickets they wouldn’t give to me). I had to buy resale for over 2x the price of my original tickets that stubhub stole. It was so stressful, and so much money wasted thanks to stubhub. They do not have good customer service. Absolutely terrible. I will NEVER buy tickets from stubhub again. If you want to miss your event/concert then buy your tickets from stubhub. If you actually want to attend an event, buy your tickets elsewhere. Avoid them at all cause!!

Terrible. Tickets disappeared from my account. Still up for sale they say are not mine someone elses using my seat numbers to sell theirs? Stubhub ignore emails and are no help on the phone. Dont sell on there anyway at half the price

Total ripoff! Do not use this site to buy tickets! Their fees are outrageous, and the ticket prices are as well. Whoever is running the show you should be ashamed! You do nothing but have a website that lures people in. I can't believe I missed the signs. I went to the actual venue site and that's where the truth came to light. Bad place!

I will never buy from StubHub again. I will tell everyone i know to never use StubHub. They ruined me daughter's 17th birthday present. I bought tickets over a week ahead of the concert she wanted to attend with her friends. I checked with StubHub during the week before, the night before, the day of the show and an hour before the show. Each time I called them I was assured my tickets would be coming. They never did... Terrible experience! Please DO NOT DO BUSINESS with stubhub!

We could next open the tickets we purchased and when we tried to sell what we thought we had StubHub charged us again sayin we tried to sell the wrong tickets.. it cost us $800

I am extremely disappointed with STUBHUB CANADA LTD. I recently used their platform to sell tickets. They charged me a whopping $829.77 in fees, and yet I didn't manage to sell any tickets. This is outrageous and unacceptable. I will definitely not be using their services again.
