“Never ever buy from here. I bought two tickets. But the concert was cancelled/moved to a different dates. I contacted them and told them the situation like I was not informed bout the date changes. And the next concert will be the following week. But they said “ we will review” and up until now I haven’t gotten any response. It’s been a month yet no help. I would say buy it somewhere where there’s a clear refund policy”

“I listed my tickets on StubHub for sale with the exact tickets number, section, row, etc and were sold. After the sale of the tickets I was contacted and said the buyers had an issue with the tickets. Since then Ive made several attempts to resolve this matter and cancel the sale if the buyers were not satisfied. The customer service I have received has been horrible, ie being told I would receive a call back from a supervisor which never occurred for over 10 days. Instead of retrieving my tickets back they provided 25% discount to the buyers without speaking with myself, even though I requested my tickets back. I would not recommend using this platform to sell your tickets what so ever.”

“Scammers!!! The worst experience selling tickets. It’s been over 2 weeks and they keep going back and forth with me on the phone every other day putting me on hold “escalating” my issue with my payout method. It’s PayPal. There is no issue. Now they are saying it’s my banks fault..I use Wells Fargo. Don’t ever ever sell tickets through them you’ll never see money. I am not the only person who has had this issue, after I started realizing I was getting the run around I googled reviews and so many people are having or have had the same problem with them. “I am dissatisfied with the "help" I received online recently and felt as though the representative was rude, unprofessional and not at all understanding. I am incredibly busy, working 85 hours a week so it has been a burden for me to have to report the dissatisfaction of my order. The terms stated that I would receive premium parking and a meal and I did not receive either. I bought this specific ticket at this price because of the meal and parking but I got nothing. The representative told me I was supposed to call from the event. I never would have thought to do that because I was out, at a concert on my one night off in a long time. I spoke to some LiveNation reps about my parking and meal at the event and they told me to contact StubHub at some point. I wish I did it the day after, but again, my schedule is insane and if things were done properly the first time, I would not have to go chasing people down for incorrect and misleading orders. Customer service really is rude and a total joke. The one star rating here is no lie or mistake.”

“The post to to 3 tickets for sell. Before the event begin I had not sold one. While at the concert enjoying the show after it begin a seller was interested. I did not see the email until after the concert. These people debit $600.00 from my account. Charging me $200 per ticket with no transaction taken place and no ticket sold. I can see a fee for using their service but I am a college student and I do not have $600 to donate to Stubhub. Overall, this was 1200.00. The ticket that I never sold and a $600 charge. It unethical and not logical. I tried to make a complaint the representative even told me she could not assist me with a complaint. I really needed that money for my books and Stubhub took it without a ticket sold. The entire debit really affect my account, in a negative manner. This company has no empathy. I would never recommend Stubhub and never ever use them again. They did not try to resolve the issue. Very cold and disheartening.”

“I will never buy from StubHub again. StubHub ruined my wedding anniversary. I bought tickets to an event my spouse and I had looked forward to for months. Minutes before the event, my tickets still had not been delivered to me. A call to customer service confirmed that they did not have my tickets. Since it was a sold out event, StubHub was unable to provide replacement tickets. Imagine how bad I felt when I drove my spouse to the event and then had to tell him we couldn't go.”
“Bought tickets in December for a show tonight, 7/13/24 . Never got the tickets. In the meantime I list the tickets for sale on Stub Hub because I could not go.
The day before the concert I got a notification that my tickets sold and I need to transfer the tickets now . I go to the app and no tickets are there.... I call customer service and after a hour , she tells me that they don't have my tickets.... Ticketmaster has my tickets and she can't help me . She tells me to call Ticketmaster.
I call Ticketmaster and explain that my tickets sold on Stub Hub and I need to transfer the tickets.
They look it up and tell me that my tickets are still for sale and there is no pending sale, they tell me that someone through Stub Hub was trying to steal my tickets.
Then the day of the concert, Stub Hub charges me 200.00 for not transferring the tickets to a fraud account. So I paid 194.40 for the tickets and they charged me another 200.00 , 394.00 and I didn't get to see the concert.
When you call , they just hang up on you .”

Daughter bought tickets off Stubhub in April 2024 for the Wynn event in Las Vegas on July 13th and the event suddenly changed just prior to event to Diplo with no refund available through Stubhub (with numerous conversations with polite, “sorry for this”, “understanding” Stubhub agents). I presented the following scenario: “If I purchased Taylor Swift tickets from Stubhub for 6000, each and the event organizer changed the recording artist to George Strait or Cyndi Lauper I would have no recourse”? She said yes you would have no recourse. So much for Stubhub’s motto “we will have your back all the way to your seats”. (BTW I do like George and Cyndi). Buyer beware.”
