“Thanks arrived safely ,not sure if your free gifts are worth the time to add maybe offer decent stuff instead of things that haven't sold for you bibning thwm wiuld be better in the long run. will just turn people away long term , but the product i did purchase, she tekla me is a right winner! 😂😂👍👍”

“You have a very good range of products, the delivery time was exactly as stated. The prices seem okay and if anything they are less than other stores My only complaint is after receiving a faulty non-working item, I reported it and expected a very quick resolution. Only after making a video showing the item not working did I get a refund ! Don't you believe your customers these days ? and all this took 7 days to clear up. You need to look at how some of your competitors work on replacements or refunds, they clear things up in an hour or less and everyone is happy”

Thank you for your review! We deeply appreciate your feedback and understand your frustration, our policy for faulty products is listed on our site and is just a simple procedure that involves a short clip of the product not working and then we will rectify the issue for you as soon as we can! We require this proof of fault to be able to process a warranty claim with the supplier, it is cheaper, faster and more sustainable to request a video and then request the product returned so we can test the product. We always strive to provide the best service and we apologise you do not feel that we achieved this.

“The on and off button stopped working after a week and would randomly turn on when I charge it and it won't let me turn it off until the battery dies.”

“The item does not stay on properly - keeps coming lose, doesn't lock in place, the knubs that are supposed to hold the ring in place are not big enough and the locking mechanism just pops back over them. For the price, I expected better quality”
