The process took approx 8 months Still waiting to receive compensation, even after the compensation was paid to air advisor. Email reminder sent 5 days ago. Still nothing. Will send another today. Seems to be very poor after service. This needs to Improve to get better reviews.

Dear Mark, We appreciate your feedback. We received the payment from the airline on 30.01.2023. The compensation was paid to your account on 14.02.2023. According to our terms and conditions, payment must be made within 30 days after payment received and correct bank details added. This information was shown in your personal account, so you were warned in advance about the timing of the payout. We have met all the conditions and deadlines on our part. Era vorba de 400 de euro minus 120 de euro comision(280 de euro trebuia sā primesc) pana la urma am primit 245de euro...

Hello! We appreciate your feedback. We have received a payment from the airline in the amount of 350 Euros. The airline paid less than it was obliged to pay because of internal claims processing fees. This practice is not legal and AirAdvisor is now preparing to file a lawsuit against the airlines for violating passenger rights. But for now, the airline is still charging a fee of €50. We offer our services under the "no win, no fee" rule. You do not have to pay AirAdvisor anything. When we receive a refund from the airline, we pass it on to you, deducting our fee. You can also check the prices at the following link https://airadvisor.com/en/pricelist. This way the amount has been transferred to your account minus our commission and the airline's commission. Been waiting since December 2021. My case is still "in the court". More than 1 year has passed. No result. Airadvisor doesn't reply to me any more. Just for your information: they want 50% of the refund for their services. Case 29499

We regret that our service did not meet your expectations.   The court's consideration of the case usually takes 6 - 12 months.     Due to the heavy caseload of the courts of the relevant jurisdiction, the case is taking longer than usual. We have asked the lawyer to inform me of the current status of your case. As soon as we receive an answer we will contact you. If you want to close the case at this stage, we will close it without charge and pay all the legal costs ourselves as compensation for the lengthy process. Should have claimed directly from the Airline as my wife did. She got paid full amount within a week, took me 7 months to get paid.

Estos muy decepcionado con su actuación. No se porque motivo, me han enviado una transferencia de dinero muchísimo menos a la que me indicaron, en su día me enviaron un aviso de transferencia de 392€ y 4 semanas después han duplicado su comisión elevándola al 50% del total de la indemnización, y notificando una transferencia de 280€ lo que me parece del todo inaceptable

I spent a lot of time submitting the details and uploading documents only to be asked to do the same two more times. Then the claim was denied, despite the fact that it meets every criterion for compensation. Very very dissapointed. Jacqueline

Hace un mes que supuestamente se cerró el caso y recibieron la indemnización de la aerolínea, por mi parte aun no he recibido nada. Además de que originalmente indican que la comisión es entorno a un 40% pero cuando lo solicitas finalmente con ellos la suben al 50%. En resumen, muy insatisfactorio

+ I had a positive experience with Air Advisor so far on multiple cases + Air Advisor proactively approached me since they coordinated with a lawyer for a class action against Turkish Airlines = The entire process lasted for almost a year = The refund obtained was split 50/50 - Once the case was closed, it was always me who had to pursue the funds. The lawyer told me the funds are with Air Advisor. Air Advisor asked me to provide my bank details (which they already had from before). Once I submitted the details again, no answer for 1 month. After a follow-up from me, no answer for another month. Another message from me, they asked me for bank details again, which I uploaded again in case it was somewhere. No answer for 2 weeks. I warned Air Advisor to escalate, someone responded to me to look into it. No answer for another 2 weeks. With my final warning, I got an immediate answer and the payment was made within 3 days. No possibility to speak on the phone or so. I felt like AirBnB had bad intentions (in their processes).

No me resulta buena, ya que si biennes cierto dicen que ayudan a hacer un reclamo, però en ninguna parte, al menos hasta responder los.datos y enviar documentos, dicen que cobran 180 mas tasa, creo q esones importante, antes de hacer o pedir informacion deberian especificar su tariffa.

Mi se pare greoi și exasperant modul în care cereți datele. Deja m-am saturat de câte ori mi le-ați cerut și de câte ori le-am introdus și tot mi le mai cereți. Devine agasant și enervant tot procesul. Deja mi se ia de la a continua procesul. L.E. Ca urmare a răspunsului primit, ca nu știu cum altfel sa răspund. Buna ziua, Mulțumesc pentru răspuns. Din păcate nu am găsit niciunde in cont unde as putea vorbi cu Cineva. Mai mult decât atât, știu sigur ca acum e ceva greșit în date pentru ca de câte ori ați cerut și m-ați tot învârtit, ultima oara am introdus gresit(în loc de codul rezervării am introdus nr zborului). Și nu am reușit sa îmi dau seama cum as putea modifica. Actele au fost toate de la început date, toate corecte. Apoi ați cerut iar și iar și de la mine și de la soț... aceleași acte... Nimic diferit.

În plus, avocatul sau compania aeriană poate solicita documente suplimentare în procesul de colectare a despăgubirilor. Dacă sunteți sigur că ați trimis toate documentele în mod corect, puteți contacta managerul dvs. prin intermediul chat-ului din contul dvs. personal și puteți clarifica de ce vi se cere în continuare să adăugați documente. Deși au trecut aproape 2 luni de când am primit mesajul ca mi s-a trimis compensația în cont, nici în ziua de astăzi nu am primit-o. Am trimis mai multe mail-uri și mesaje, dar acestea fără răspuns.

Dragă Aura Cristian, Apreciem feedback-ul dumneavoastră. Din anumite motive, banca ne-a returnat plata în cazul dumneavoastră. Vă rugăm să verificați dacă datele bancare sunt corecte și să confirmați acest lucru. După ce ați furnizat noi detalii bancare sau ați confirmat că detaliile dvs. sunt corecte, vă vom plăti din nou. Téměř 2 měsíce po splatnosti stále nemám svou kompenzaci, nevím s kým komunikuji žádný podpis v e-mailu. Odpovídají na e-mail zřídka. Byla jsem šťastná za vyřešení mého zrušeného letu, ale bohužel kompenzace se ke mně nedostala. Stále čekám, ale když už mi někdo odpovi, tak že předávají můj případ kolegům k zaplacení, ale stále nic.

The communication should be improved. It takes ages to get in contact with one of the AirAdvisor agent. Although, I was entitled 400 euros the payment was just 350 euros, why? Wizz Air gave to all the other customers of that flight that was cancelled 400 euros. Dissapointing attitude from AirAdvisor.

They have deducted the Fee from the compensation payment by way of setting off our incurred expenses against your claim in line with the applicable legal provisions. The amount of Assignment Administration Fee is 50 EUR. That is why you were paid less compensation than originally claimed. Thank you for understanding!

Estou à espera de um reembolso desde Outubro de 2021 que a AirAdvisor diz me ter sido pago e até agora não recebi nada. O que é lamentável ainda com a agravante de levarem uma comissão muito elevada. Finalmente ao final de um ano recebi o meu dinheiro 💵 o que é péssimo para AirAdvisor que faz publicidade enganosa e cobra bastante caro.
