“Amazon customer service is the worst i have ever experienced. Should be ashamed. I bought two tyres and because they did not have it in stock (but their website had it in stock when I ordered) they decide to not inform me and to instead send the completely different tyres which I did not order anyway, so I call amazon which arranged a pick up and now they say they have only received one tyre instead of two so they have now only refunded me for one tyre. I paid £300 amazon for these two tyres and I have sent them back but only received half of the refund. Amazon is just wasting my time and stealing hard earned money like this and they refuse to resolve anything and they just send a automated repeated message that they have only received one tyre. They next step now is to report SCAMAZON through to trading standards on this matter because I have also read many other people having this similar problem and as big as a company amazon is their customer service is non existent.”
