“I have used this program for a few years now. I love the program. I recently has a minor issue, got on the chat with Jose and within minutes the issue was resolved. Honestly I have never has an issue resolved this quickly. Thank you Jose I really and truly appreciate your help. “Unfortunately I can’t give minus number, pay for prime and been waiting for delivery then I get tracking message saying parcel handed to resident which you would think is good, unfortunately I am the resident and I have most definitely not had a parcel handed to me !!!! Tried the customer support chat and that was a total waist of time I then requested a phone call, call connected and explained the the delivery driver has lied about the delivery and then they hung up, so rang again and explained the whole thing again, been told they will contact driver and “try” to get it delivered. You would think with the ridiculous amount of money Amazon makes they could afford to get good reliable staff and customer support. Been a prime customer for many years but think it’s time to buy from eBay and normal shops from now on,”

“When I sign up for a subscription-based service, I'm notified when my subscription is about to end or renew. Amazon is the only business I know which doesn't do this. If you cancel your Prime membership, it actually changes the option to be notified of such a thing, you have to set it again. This is an anti-consumer practice and simply should not be allowed. It is the only setting which does not remain in-tact. This is entirely intentional as the setting has no use when you are not a Prime member, meaning there is no reason for the user to change it once they have set it.”

“Don’t value your custom for over 15 years!!! Send out rude/inflammatory emails asking why your return products! Well if they didn’t send out faulty/poor quality items or not to brand standard, then customers would not have to return! Maybe they should familiarise their selves with the Consumers rights act 2015, of their customers have a right to return! Rude customer services!!! Won’t be my first go to point to shop going forward!”

“Used to be quite good..... But now it's full of problems.... Examples..... On my account.....(Details added by Amazon UK) Parcel handed to customer......No.....It was thrown over the fence....Even though there is a big clear sign that says "Parcels....Press the bell" Parcel delivered.......No......It never arrived.... So......Are the delivery drivers stealing parcels or was the item never really sent ??? Parcel running late.....No....It never turned up..... £130 worth of jewellery parcel.....Wedged in a gap on my fence near the gate where it could be seen by anyone walking by...... And if you put a review on Amazon saying.... Item never arrived but is yet showing as delivered....Amazon won't publish it.....Because it makes them look bad.....So what !....Don't lie to your customers in the first place.......And get your act together.....Before customers start shopping somewhere else......”
