“The Appliances Direct item the cooker arrived at the time they said & the delivery driver placed the cooker & removed the packaging as requested. Excellent good service would definitely use them again.”

“Prompt and precise item order and delivery. No hassle on the order - and had someone call me up to confirm delivery a few days before which put my mind at peace given that orders during the pandemic were a bit up in the air always). The two men who installed the washer dryer were efficient and friendly and arrived at 8am (early but early in the 7am-noon window).”

“Excellent service and Very pleased. Range cooker bought at good price. Good Communication from Appliance Direct and Delivery driver who contacted us to say they would be earlier than initially advised. Turned up on time, Put cooker in Kitchen, Removed all old packaging. We inspected cooker thoroughly and they left taking old range cooker with them. Polite, Careful and efficient. Could not fault them. Would use again.”

“Good price and I've bought several times from them before. The delivery was delayed several times but they emailed me in advance every time and given I wasn't in a rush to get it, I was fine with it.”

“Pleasantly surprised. I had a phone call the night before to confirm delivery and a quick chat. There was no hard sell. The delivery driver and installer were excellent. They phoned ahead. They were extremely pleasant and courteous and went out of their way to fulfil our wishes. I could not recommend them more highly. I would definitely recommend them.”

“I paid for a washing machine and installation amongst other items. My items were split into multiple deliveries but the installation was put on a different delivery. So when my washing machine arrived they wouldn’t connect it. Instead of fixing my problem they just refunded the installation so now I have to sort out myself. Disappointing”

“Ordered a dishwasher with removal of previous dishwasher and installation of new. On arrival, the team that arrived didn't know what they were meant to do (uninstall and take away old). They looked at the existing and said they would have to send the integration team out and that I would have to call customer services. After a long hold with customer services, they sent someone out the next day. They again didn't know why they had been sent. They looked at the existing Fisher & Paykel dishwasher and said they didn't know how to uninstall it. Fisher & Paykel are available on Appliances Direct. I had to call customer services again and approximate waiting and call completion time is about 30 minutes. They then sent someone 3 days later, who uninstalled the existing dishwasher but didn't have the relevant part to complete the installation - the asked me to order it from Amazon. I ordered it and called customer services to book in installation completion but didn't receive a confirmation email. Called them again today and discovered they hadn't booked it in! No apologies or compensation offered. They can only now on the 17th which is 17 days after the dishwasher arrived. No apologies or compensation offered by customer services. I've asked them to take away the dishwasher. I would recommend paying slightly more and actually having good service.”

“great refund policy which differentiates it from other suppliers such as AO, purchased a dehumidifier and found it wasn’t needed in the end. Appliances Direct arranged for a full refund. Would use again other others.”
