“Excellent service. Rang 30 mins before delivery as promised. Delivered and unpacked my new washing machine and took packaging and my old machine away. New washer was as described, a couple of minor superficial dents, but works extremely well.”

“The quick delivery and up to date information on what was happening was excellent , the only downside was the delivery driver didn’t want to bring it up the stairs as it was heavy and he was on his own , so if you do order a big item tell them if you have/ don’t have a lift …. I had to get my autistic son to help this stranger up the stairs . Anyway DPD drivers always have some issues and I guess the company can’t help that , but please make sure you advise the drivers that delivery is charged to the customer to have it delivered to the door .”

“I ordered a vacuum cleaner and dust base station, only the dust base station have arrived. They only sent 1 package as per the shipping label, it should have been 2. I've wasted days talking with 'Mia' in customer support who isn't investigating anything and is trying to make me write false statements such as that 'the order was nowhere to be found'. I'm not saying that. I didn't say that. Half the order came, the other half did not. How many hours of my time do I need to waste before you send me what I paid for? So disappointing...”
