“A single part was missing from my bbq order. I emailed in the evening and received a personalised response the following day followed by a telephone call proposing a course of action. A further email and telephone call followed in order to keep me informed. Customer service was prompt and excellent”

“Delivery for $150. Maybe 3 day delivery. Extra charge to take away old washer due to UK sub contractor. Titusville store. Slob made appearance 30 min after I'm walking around. Unmasked food all over shirt and rude to boot.”

“Great service etc. Item i was looking for was "in stock". On that basis and with the price good i ordered online just before the cut off time. Was advised the item was dispatched and the courier advised prior when to expect the item delivered in a one hour time slot the next day. Terrific !! Having used this company before i was aware how reliable their service and delivery could be and will know doubt use them again in the future.”

“Needed a chest freezer with specific requirements in terms of size and efficiency. Equipment was in stock at a good price. Ordered and paid for delivery. It arrived the next day and was delivered right into the utility room by the team. Excellent overall purchasing experience, recommended.”

“Sent broken dishwasher as a refurbished item twice. They had the gall to try to get me to defraud the manufacturer by having me demand manufacturer warranty repair. Cut off all contact with me and refused rma after second faulty unit. Had to perform a chargeback through amazon pay. Customer service was ignorant and rude, ignored distance selling act and just brass necked it, cancelled my second rma saying I had made no attempt to contact them. If your reading this because your got scammed by them I suggest contacting your card issuer and requesting a chargeback. They will not fight it, and will have to pick up the item free of charge. It is not your responsibility to pay for their 'mistakes'.”

“I ordered a double door stainless steel fridge/freezer. Exactly what I was looking for and at a reasonable price. Other sites had similar, but much more expensive. Delivery was super fast 👍🏼 Unfortunately the men from the delivery company were rude & unhelpful. They brought it to my door, I’d measured the fridge to make sure it would fit. But the packaging made it wider, so it wouldn’t fit. I asked if they could remove the packaging then? ‘No we can’t do that’ Okay can I remove it? ‘No’ he said. So it had to be put in my garage untill I got a friend to help me put it in my kitchen several weeks later! Great customer service from the delivery company! NOT!”

“The company failed to deliver my order and then said I was not in to receive it.After further investigation then said it was a failure at their Edinburgh warehouse. I’ve had to take time of twice not very professional to me.”
