“Easy to find items wanted on the website and prices very reasonable. Delivery faster than advertised and the phone and other items I ordered were well packaged. Continuous updates on my order by emails. Have not yet fully set up my new Samsung phone but I'm sure customer services will help, if any problems, going by the amount of communication throughout the purchase.”

“Delivery quick and piece great . However not easy to return . You ha w to request a return and a small radiator which only cost £45 cost me £12 to return . Not pleased at all .”

“You would think I would be unhappy as I had a product that failed twice, however this is about the company. Appliances Direct put every effort into ensuring I was a happy customer to the point of accepting that the product was not suitable and supplying a full refund. Yep. Just like that with an apology aswell. I have lots of trust in this business now and will be using them again soon.”

“Helpful, friendly service. Phones answered promptly. Item delivered on time. Generally good communication. The phone line is charged at 13p a minute, otherwise it would have been 5 stars. I don't think it right to be charged to call a company to resolve an issue or place an order.”

“Spoke to a polite and knowledgeable staff member who helped with my order and the complication with shipping. Goods delivered rapidly and a fair price. NEF Hood is excellent. Only complaint was with shipping in that Dundee was lumped into Scottish Highlands and Islands which cost £60 delivery. TBF that is not Appliances Direct service but something they should bring up with their chosen delivery agent.”
