“Bought ElectiQ ice maker with water from this company. Really great product,was a bit dubious to buy as so much cheaper than other makes but checked them a out and found they are all the same but differently badged. So purchased and it was delivered next day,works perfectly,slightly noisy but they all are. 5stars.”

“My order came in two bits one part next day the other part was a couple of days, appliances direct gave me half the shipping costs back. Then the item was slightly damaged, after sending pictures they offered a partial refund. Very good customer service and easy to deal with.”

“The website was easy to use and price point for the appliance slight cheaper than other sites. I placed my order on Friday, the item was due to arrive on the Mon but arrived the next morning on Saturday! There was no signs of damage and the product was exactly as per description. So overall very happy and happy to recommend!”
