Found good price on a Washer/Dryer. However, online booking was problematic as it key saying payment cannot be processed but did not say why. I called customer services who were helpful and completed the order. I was sent a secure link to complete payment which made me feel secure paying online. I was kept informed regularly on the progress of my order and it was delivered as agreed date and schedule. Delivery charge seemed high for goods I ordered which was over £350. So, 4 stars for not able to book online and high charge for delivery which I would expect to be free

I ordered a single oven it came when it was suppose to come. However the oven wouldn't fit into my kitchen. I was given a full refund, very simple and easy transaction. Everyone at the company were very helpful

Absolutely terrible experience. Ordered 2 man delivery, Oven arrived but driver refused to carry up the stairs as he was alone, so even though i suffer with a bad back i had to help him as i have children and no oven in the winter is difficult. They also refused to take the old oven which we paid extra for. Again due to them sending a single man, i had to wait another 3 days before they picked it up. Bearing in mind i live in a small 2 bedroom flat. The oven was tatty, pieces of metal hanging off the inside and screws not tightened up, then it broke on the 2nd day of use, contacted Appliance Direct who said they wouldn't do anything until I had personally contacted Hisense directly to raise an issue and get an uplift number. The phone number that appliance direct gave me was wrong. So i had to source this myself. Uplift number supplied and replacement arrived within 3 days, which i was happy with. When the replacement arrived, which was visually damaged all over, paint chipped off, dents and the main oven door doesn't close as the hinges don't line up. They are now telling me that i have to wait 4 days for the replacement to be collected and only once it is collected will the refund process start which takes upto another 5 working days. Absolutely disgusting. They wouldnt do anything to try and help the situation. I have 2 young children, how do they expect me to provide hot meals, so far i've spent a fortune on takeaways. This is still ongoing and into the 3rd week without an oven. Looking at the standard of the products, it's either Hisense or Appliance direct that are supplying 2nd's or the units are stored in bad conditions. AVOID at all costs.

Ordered it one day , it turned up next day , brilliant, but I paid 10 quid for that ,so as expected. Ordered a dehumidifier , works fine out of the box , only been running for 2 days , still working though. So what I can say is , fast delivery, if you pay for it , and I got what I ordered , and it works .

The product was quickly delivered and the courier gave us an hour slot on the day it was delivered. Price of the product was very good and the extended warranty seems like good value. I am very pleased with both products (as I bought two of the same) and I shall seek this company again when I require further appliances.

We carefully picked appliances that were in stock on the website, immediately after paying the delivery date changed to 6 weeks later we were the given 2 other slightly earlier dates and nothing arrived. Then the day before the original quoted date I called again and was told the delivery was definitely happening. At 9pm I got a email saying it was delayed. After being passed from department to department was told what was out of stock We chose alternatives and did get the delivery the following day. Why it took so much effort and why they didn’t give that information originally was beyond belief. Don’t buy online call them.

I ordered my appliance on line which was quick and easy. The customer service was Excellent and kept me updated all way. The price was very good. The delivery was Excellent and earlier than thought. So Happy.

I wanted to get a dehumidifier/Heater at a reasonable price with quick delivery and was astounded that it arrived a day later my wife was so surprised, it works perfectly and we are very happy with it
