“Not the first time I have used them which says it all you don't give repeat custom unless you are very satisfied with the service you receive and their prices are very competitive. If you have not used them yet don't hesitate they really are first class.”

“We could have ordered the same items from Amazon but were disappointed with some of their recent deliveries of larger items. If, like us, you believe an online company is only as good as its delivery team or contractor then Appliances Direct and DPD did everything we could have asked for on the two occasions we ordered from them recently. The items were despatched very swiftly. DPD kept us constantly informed. The drivers arrived when they said they would and were polite and professional.”

“It was a smooth process from start to finish. We were kept informed of the delivery by the courier at regular intervals. We were also advised on how to prepare our old refrigerator to be collected as we had paid for it to be disposed. I have no hesitation to use Appliances Direct again or recommend them!”
