“I ordered a low level toilet which was at a good price. The item was delivered within the next week. I had good communication from the firm letting me know the delivery situation so I was happy with the transaction.”

“Fantastic service at the Alfreton showroom, we needed an electric cooker fast for my sister who had just moved house and couldn’t use her gas one. Quick delivery even took the packaging away”

“Needed a cooker urgently for new house as we couldn’t get gas pipes installed for ours. My sister and mum bought us an electric cooker from Appliances Direct in the showroom in Alfreton. Great service, lovely cooker, quick delivery they even took packaging away for us - love the cooker as well”

“We asked for the appliances to be delivered several weeks ahead. This was confirmed and then delivered accurately with no trouble. We were kept well informed at all stages and didn't have to chase anyone up. We were given advance warning of a two hour time slot and then the driver rang us 15 mins before time to let us know they were in the area. They were a bit early but no problem. Prices were the best we could find. Altogether excellent.”

“Ordered an ElectriQ robot vac from them. Excellent price, easy to order online, prompt delivery and appropriate packaging. Then wanted to order some spares, so emailed them (at the weekend) and got a courteous and very helpful reply within 24hrs. Veru satisfied - would definitely order from them again”

“Picked my own delivery day, was kept informed by email and text. Was given a 1 hour time slot 2 days before my delivery arrived and the delivery driver rang 10 mins before he arrived. Good price for my fridge freezer. Very happy with how smooth everything went.”

“Hiya, everything went well until we plugged the gas cooker in, the service from Appliances Direct was superb could not ask for better service the range cooker was brought into my Kitchen by two great lads so helpful took all the wrapping away. Perfect. Everything worked on it except the clock so rang Belling as i was told to do by Appliances direct and they are coming to fix it so no complaints at all.”
