“10/10 for service, everything arrived on time. The drivers were clean tidy and polite, they also answered any questions. I can’t fault this company and will surely be using them a third time in the near future.”

“Ordered a dehumidifier, the first arrived and died after 2 days, they offered a replacement and arranged the collection and redelivery, the new one is working so far as expected. The whole process was sorted professionally and would recommend to anyone.”

“I took a day off work to receive my fridge freezer. No delivery but I received messages to say the delivery has been rescheduled for today. Not much good to me. No way to contact the courier and no proactive help when I contacted appliances direct.”

“Your driver did not follow the instructions given for delivery. He/she left the package at the front gate instead of in the front porch. Delivered on time though. But please pay attention to instructions.”

“The goods were delivered on time.washing machine plumbed in,fridge freezer put in position. All carried out efficiently old machines disposed of. Small mark on the front of the fridge freezer contacted head office and came to an agreeable conclusion within 24 hours excellent customer service. Would not hesitate to use this company again. Very good prices.”

“I was very disappointed and annoyed as I had paid the extra £15 for my appliance to be set up and unpacked for me to check it was in the right condition. However they only put it in the place I requested and no unpacking took place, therefore packaging was not taken away.”

“Ordering, paying and delivery were all as expected with the exception of delivery- it was ultra fast. No hanging about however, i did book a date a week later but they changed it to the next day. Whilst that is very efficient i was unable to keep my original date and it was either next day or a date three weeks later. Almost forcing me to have it next day. On this occasion it was perfectly acceptable. Delivery drivers were friendly and good. Customer services were a little pushy with their selling of after care insurance, something i wasn’t looking for. My credit card covered the purchase, the manufacturer covers mechanical failure and my home insurance covers accidental damage so why would i want/need to take out further insurance? Anyway, still an excellent experience.”
