“Have used Appliances Direct over a few years for a number of puchases of different items. Always found them really helpful and items always delivered on time as agreed. So far not had any issues with faults so cannot comment further regarding customer service.”

“Ordered from this company a couple of times in the past with no issues. On this occasion I set a delivery date for 20/08/21 which was a week and a half after placing my order as my new kitchen wouldn’t be ready to receive the appliance until then but the delivery turned up exactly a week early. Why put a choose a delivery date box when you are creating an order if they take no notice of it but reap the delivery charge”

“Gave 2 weeks notice for delivery on a specific date. Arranged for installation of my appliance on that day only to be told that the delivery would be 2 days later. This is totally unacceptable 😟”

“AD gave us the best price on our Hisense induction hob. Delivery was quick and the product arrived by DPD in perfect condition. Brilliant company would recommend them and would look to them first to supply my needs.”

“Only one driver disabled husband had to use our own walk up truck to get machine up four steps into house.Driver said we should have told AD about access!! I was not asked at time of purchase.”

“I got contacted via messenger saying if I replied by 12.30 I could have the oven delivered the next day for free instead of the original date. Item did not arrive. Then back to the original date. No delivery!! Was told the driver had to go home😡. Eventually got it the next day. No happy as taken time of work.”

“Order and delivery of a Hoover Tumble Drier went very smoothly with a very helpful driver who collected our old machine and took away the packaging of the new machine. I could not fault the complete arrangement from ordering to delivery. Tumble Drier well priced.”

“The delivery was very quick. However. The choice of couriers is not good. My package turned up with loads of DPD tape all over it and holes in the side of the box. The top of the appliance has a dent in it. Not so much that it is damaged but still not great. Ditch DPD”
