“Website easy to use. Price was cheaper than any other retailer. Item was despatched within 1 day of purchase. I was able to track the item through the courier service used. Overall, I am very happy with the product and with Appliances Direct. I would not hesitate to buy any product from them.”

“Delivered microwave ahead of time. The price for the appliance was comparable with other suppliers, but they had an A grade model available at around half the price. When it arrived, the microwave was in perfect, unused condition. Clearly, the box had been opened to show or display the appliance. The gamble paid off and is an outstanding bargain. My first purchase from Appliances Direct and, based on value and service, it won't be the last.”

“Took nearly 8 weeks to receive a hand mixer with no response to e-mails and warning of a ten minute wait for phone but they would phone back but they did not. I had assumed that they were going out of business or were already out when the item arrived yesterday. Impossible to understand”
