“Finally arrived on second attempt was not informed previous night as stated ,then a one man delivery turns up and says I'm not delivering it, you have steps?? 5 days later we have it all good”

“The positives were great price and quick delivery! However the downside is that my purchase was a Christmas gift and it came delivered in the original packaging with the details of the item detailed all over the box and it was my husband who saw it first! Really poor - emailed customer services but no one acknowledged issue”
