“They go through another company - Discovery Nomads - who spmetimes goes through other third parties like viator to book flights, excursions, hotels, etc. When things went wrong, and they went off the rails, it was impossible to rebook or cancel for refund.
My CONFIRMED itinerary was changed less than a week before I was supposed to leave. And they offered me a mere 100 euro for wanting to cancel ayers rock.
I wasn't even sent n itinerary until 2 days before I flew to Australia, and I had to ask for it twice. Bh that time I realized my last day was not in fact a travel day and their were tours booked. I had to cancel the 12 apostles/oceb road tour, and never received the 80euro discovery nomads said they issued to Bookmundi.
Both companies have provided lackluster customer service. They are not responsive and when they are, they are dismissive.
The whole point in booking a tour is to not have to sweat the details and gave support when things go wrong.
In the end, I spent more time coordinating and salvaging this vacation then I would have booking on my own. And I'm sure I'll never get the money back I deserve. You're better off booking directly. I've learned my lesson.
The tour website was also misleading.
1) The descriptions mentions "sailing"the Whitsundays. You are on a ferry spending the majority of the day picking and dropping off hotel passengers at other islands.
2) bookmundi says they cover all credit card fees. I went out of my way to confirm via email before booking that this also included foreign transaction fees. Nope. I was charged $150 in foreign transaction fees and never issued a refund by Bookmundi.”

“I had to cancel my Bookmundi Tunisia tour halfway through, very disappointing. I have been promised a partial refund. The tour guide was very unprofessional and far too touchy, extremely disrespectful. The resorts used were not the promised 4 star level by anyone's imagination, either. The food made me I’ll. The Djerba Aqua Resort handyman broke my suitcase and no one reimbursed me for the damage, even though the manager said he wanted to make it right. No one takes any accountability in Tunisia when it comes to tours like this, so avoid the Djerba Aqua Resort..”

“I like the idea of getting around without having to wait for a whole bunch of other people. You are your own boss as to where you want to dine and when you want to take a break. They pretty much book your hotel, your train and bus ride from city to city and book your tours. 2 of them were free tours. You get yourself from station to hotel and back. Only one hotel had complimentary breakfast. They should remove complimentary breakfast in some hotels, very deceiving.
Also wanted to note that my hotel in Barcelona was in the ghetto section of the city- the Ramblas. I don’t think they should put a female solo traveler in that part of the neighborhood. Profit over safety of clients I guess.
There were also communication issues with them. Although they give you detailed instructions, some of the merchants like bus operators never emailed me as to where I would be picked up. When I emailed them to let them know that’s the case. I never heard back.”
