Well bought unit did not work Tried customer service on phone for 40 minutes no reply .Phone sales go to website for returns .Kept on refusing to proceed when you press continue .So returned item by Royal Mail recorded delivery at address on label for returns .You got it Monday still no reply .would not deal with you again .If after 2 Weeks I will contact my Solictor .Not happy .M D.

ordered 2 x wax at 27 pound email 14/04 saying item left the building. never received my item. ill open a paypal dispute as they dont even reply to emails bad company. looking on the forums im 1 of many

Shocking service on a item I brought from this company, waited 10+ days and then told it's gone back to royal mail Can't offer another radio as saying not in stock, went onto the website and showing stock 😠😠😠😠 Manager Chris was not interested in trying to sort out just said he's done a refund what a joke,

Really disappointed after being recommended to use you, I put in two orders on the same day and called you to see when they was being despatched and got told both parcels will be with you on Thursday, one parcel came, called to see where the other one was and said it's out for a Friday delivery, now at 22-45 still no parcel 😠

This company have been poor. First my delivery of my audio unit arrived 4. Days later than planned. The manual was in German and not English. I ordered an Ariel adapter which arrived smashed next day delivery. They could not order me another even though I was told it would arrive today. They have refunded the price of the adapter but the service has been nothing short of poor!!

Purchased this as I was looking for a while myself but thought it would be easier buying a package. The Juice js 12 speaker came with no screws to screw it to the sub box (didn't say anything on the website that I would have to provide screws) the speaker had different terminals to connect speaker to the box terminals so had to adapt them. The excalibur 600.2 amplifier is quite dissapointing to say the least, it has a full crossover but only 3 settings on the bass and treble rather than a full range. Would like to send back but I've already screwed the amplifier to the sub box so will sell on as soon as I can. Won't be ordering anything from them again, lesson learned

Bought this after looking myself for a while, thought it would be easier and a good idea to get a package. The speaker come with no fitting screws(didn't say anything on website about not having the screws to fit speaker to sub box) and different terminals at each end so had adapt the speaker wiring to fit properly but a good speaker none the less. The amp has full crossover but not much in the way of adjustment,only 3 settings on the bass and treble rather than a full range , dissapointing really, would send back but I've already screwed the amp to the speaker box so I'll sell on as soon as I can. Won't be ordering anything again though. Lesson learned

Dodgy business, Business owner tries to take advantage of a pandemic by withholding your refund to his gain. Sale of back end goods, deceptively agree to refund immediately to get the item back to then withhold your funds. I would avoid this company at all costs and if their was a minus stars they would be at the top! Part of the (in phase int ltd) group I would do some research before buying from these cowboys.

I had an email on the 12th of March thanking me for my order and telling me that I should receive it in three to five days. It is now the 23rd of March and I have neither received or heard anything about my order. In my opinion your service is very poor.

They have not sent the item they advertised. What's worse is that they are trying to argue that sending a different item is acceptable. Not impressed

This company are online scammers. Take your money and you never hear from them again. The phone numbers don't work so you will never get hold of them. I even paid for next day delivery so got stitched twice. Have reported to trading standards. Please don' get caught like I did. Beware

I purchased a Kenwood stereo to fit into my VW Golf 2007 and I connected the unit up. The unit was receiving power but it would not turn on. I then used a Sony stereo to see if there was something wrong with my car but the Sony stereo worked perfectly. The Kenwood stereo was faulty as it would not turn on at all. Im currently chasing for a refund. :)

I have used road angels for about 10 years now and was horrified to find that the fantastic offer of the new PURE was subscription based - your offer letter said nothing about subscriptions - I feel conned Your man , Dan Williamson has done a good job in somewhat retrieving the situation for you bw david

Received faulty radio. Returns process is very poor. Online failed to work. Managed to open a return after phoning. Required to return the item with a covering letter at my cost (£20). After receiving they can take upto two weeks to process the return!

have not ordered anything from car audio, only used their site , asking for 16gb sim card for car audio system,all it showed was to me, being an old fart, was lots of sims in tec text that I did not understand , whatever happened to," keep it simple" like photo of sim card with size price and value of gb shown . hope this feed back helps from lots of old wrinkles who are trying to keep up with tec, at our pace ,it has to be simple and easy to understand., can always have an advance link for the tecs. thanks. will phone and ask re my 16 gb sim.
