Happy with purchase however was not clear they weren't open weekends on Friday I made my order and paid for next day delivery and it didn't turn up then went to help section of website to find out what had happened then saw that they are closed on weekends, emailed asking for postage payment to be refunded and have heard nothing back.

The speaker I recieved was bent and damaged and came not Inna box but wrapped in a piece of cardboard?? Disappointing

I ordered a stereo witch I got advised that it will power a sub/amp. I further asked does it have a remote wire attachment as I needed it on the steep for the sub/amp. However when I received the unit it did not have a remote wire attachment. So I feel like I have been mis sold a product.

Service given by Jess Was Untruthfull and tried to Pinch an order from another collegue by saying that Luke who I was dealing with was Absent and unobtainable .

My item was out of stock so they sent a different one that was a lower price. They didn't tell me about the out of stock and really didn't tell me the new item they sent was of a lower value. They even went as so far to change the invoice price!

If I could leave no stars I would. DO NOT BUY THIS ITEM. This is the first ever product review I have ever left and it’s for a good reason. Terrible product to which I will be returning....soon as I work my way thru the complicated process of doing so.

Purchased a new pure, it took four weeks because I was not in the first day, the second day when I was in it did not turn up , a week later I received the screen holder, then I rang you a week later and it was going to be sorted, then a rang another week later and instead of sending my pure you had sent back my money !!! What I said, I then had to buy the pour again and it came four weeks late two days later. !!!

I did not receive my item, this may be the fault of the delivery service but I have contacted car audio centre and they have not responded to my complaint.

I placed an order before 17.00 on a Thursday and paid for Next day delivery. The following day I spoke to someone on customer service, asking if they had received my order and, if it had been dispatched. I was assured that they had not only received my order but that ‘it is was out for delivery and I should expect it that day’. So, as a result I continued to wait at home for the parcel that would never arrive. The parcel arrived on Monday and I then spoke to someone else on customer service and I was informed that I would be refunded the extra I paid for Next day delivery. I am still waiting for the refund. Another minor issue is that the head unit I received was slightly damaged, fortunately it was only a small plastic clip that can’t be seen once the unit has been installed, I decided not to contact customer services due to the poor reception I received last time. On a positive note, the product works very well (despite the minor cosmetic damage) and the website was easy to navigate.

STILL WAITING !!!! Order placed on 26th December. Then told after contacting company on the 2nd January that it was back stock ,we will send you something similar . Guess what? STILL WAITING!!! At the top of this review it says Sorry to hear that you had a bad experience, but this company do nothing to solve any problems. I usually read reviews before I purchase items , however the one time I dont enough said. Read this company's reviews and go to one of your local retail car shops and spend your money there instead.Less hassle,and a stereo the same day. I will put a review on each day until it turns up to let everyone know just how bad the service is from this company. Yes I will refuse the delivery when it turns up as this company dont deserve my business.

Delivery very late (12 days) yes we had snow for a day.. after calling Caraudio twice to chase up as they are responsible for it getting to your house, I just spoke to young boys with no customer experience at all, and no knowledge of consumer rights, one of them told me if I would get off the phone he could do something, no feedback at all, nothing, I had to chase the courier to rearrange.. I could of quite easily went to a proper company like Amazon or eBay but I thought I would give the small business a chance, we’ll they had it and lost it as far as I’m concerned. Poor show Car Audio, learn Customer Service and you might scrape through 2018.

I returned an item for a refund (it was too big unfortunately). The seller refunded the cost of the item but not the original postage. This is in contravention of UK distance-selling law. I raised the issue with them, pointing out their legal obligation to refund the postage, they refused. I have raised a claim with paypal, as I have done on previous occasions with other sellers and will undoubtedly eventually receive the refund for postage. This has become a very common problem with UK sellers, they rely on the ignorance of the public and even lie to them when they query it.

everything was great. very competitive pricing extremely helpful and knowledgeable stuff. until i have receive my amp in a box that looks like taken from a display model and showed in a box. it didnt feel like that it was new at all but i couldnt send it back because i gave it to the garage while they are doing other jobs on my car to fit it. i am hoping that it works even instruction booklet was open
