Terrible customer service. I placed an order with express delivery. On the day it was supposed to arrive I received an email stating there was a problem with my card address so the order couldn't be processed! Why wasn't I contacted when the order was placed?! The guy on the phone was rude and unhelpful. The card address is correct so I can only think the issue is due to the incompetency of Car Audio Centre. Now reading the other reviews I see this is not unusual.

Hi, I ordered an amplifier on 24 Nov 2016 to get delivered on 25 Nov 2016. No delivery till today 12 Dec 2016. Have call them about 4 times nothing have been made they asked me to pay the delivery again.Still no delivery no refund . Bloody Thieves ! Avoid buying from this company . Really poor service

sent 2 emails as the radio was not working and not had any reply,very bad,would never buy again from them nor would i recomend

Not worthy of one star. Ordered a head unit 2 weeks ago. Got in contact today as have not heard anything. They claim they had made contact to make me aware that the product was out of stock. Apparently emails had been sent and due to not reciving a response to the emails the order had been cancelled... funny that because all the emails came through after I spoke to them. Lets hope I can get a replacement before Christmas.

I purchased a stereo and a lightening lead on line.The Stereo arrived as promised but no lead and no communication. I telephoned and was told the lead was out of stock and I should have been told.Promised a refund for the lead but it has not come.Very disappointing service.

At the moment the radio won't power up so more than a little disappointed. Radio arrived within 24 hours but not been able to fit it until today. Hopefully will be resolved quickly.

After looking online through amazon and reviewing the pioneer DEH6600Dab stereo, i decided to purchase this on the basis of the product features. One of which is advertised as bluetooth for hands free calling, to only find when it had arrived and installed that it does not actually have bluetooth at all. i had reviewed the product on amazon then brought directly from car audio center as they offered free delivery, however this product on amazon was being sold by the same car audio center, after speaking with someone at the car audio center about the problem i faced with this, the fella was very abrupt in telling me it was not there problem as it did not say bluetooth on there website from which i brought from, i still felt they should have some responsibilities for selling through amazon and money way going to them, and presumed the product would of been the same. i wasnt helped in any way and felt as if they didnt want to help me resolve this apart from me having to sent the product back to them at my cost and also pay a £5 admin fee for returning a product (really) that i didnt want as it wasnt up to the spec i needed, at no point have i felt understood or cared for as a customer with this company by what seems like a large turn over company, had there attitude been different i may of brought all the rest of the stuff i needed through them, i feel they should take some responsibility for the advertised wording on amazon for there product that states car audio center, as this has caused me a lot of hassle and extra costs .

Your service at the begening was good, ive spent nearly £3000 pounds woth you in the last week, i order a specicfic item along with other products over the phone and paid extra for a saturday delivery, i get my delivery the next day on saturday but find out the main item i needed was not sent out to me, if you did not have it in stock then you should of told me this on the day of order or at the time of dispach, then atleast i could of ordered from some were else, i paid some one to do an install for me in saturday but the job was left incomplete as the product was not sent out to me, i would not be using your services again, My name is kay 07725112397 you can call me if you need to discuss further

due to UK Mail suggest you try a better and maybe slightly more expensive delivery agent !!

Sent me a clearly used, and also broken sub. Couldn't get the online returns process to work so called them and returned the item. They refunded me less £6 for postage - but why should I pay £6 for them to send me something that was clearly not as described and was in fact BROKEN?

I tried to cancel item, no response and then a day later item was dispatched. Halfords was selling the stereo for cheaper so I then asked if they would honor their promise to match the price sold elsewhere if it's cheaper. Funny that I never heard anything back! And to top it off the head unit looked warn when it was supposed to be new! I will chalk this one up to a learning experience and buy from more credible sources next time.

Don't waste your money please. Those guys probably sale, ex-returned or refurbished products . I bought a Dashcam NextBase 402G heavily used with missing contents items in the box and they sold it as new . I have tried to contact them 3 times by email and they never reply to me.

Not friendly no help or advice. Bought sub from them online had problems connecting it up. Phoned Leicester shop got told to phone head office and he wouldn't help me!! So I phoned Birmingham where the guy helped me and got it working. Poor not using them again

Please don’t waste your hard earned money by giving it to this company. They kept telling me an item was on back order for three weeks, one item would come I then they would sell it while they waited for the other. They then offered me some of their own branded items as an “upgrade” because it cost more. Once delivered, they were fault and didn’t work! When I requested they be replaced by the original items I wanted, they said they won’t replace them with anything else because they’re now used, and insisted that it’s probably down to my wiring because apparently car audio is a specialist topic, and doesn’t abide by the regular principles of electricity and needs to be done by a specialist. They are a bunch of patronising conmen. Please think twice and go for a company with a better reputation for customer service. You won’t get it from these Muppets.

Still waiting for order to arrive yet they have the cheek to ask for a review before I've even got the item to review it. Crap customer service i had to call them to confirm my order and the blokes attitude was diabolical. Only bought from them as didn't have time to find it else where.

Disgusting behaviour from what looked like a professional company. Refused to give me a refund and when they did eventually agree they sent a replacement with I had to spend time returning again. Still waiting for refund now, this has been going on for over a month now.
