I made a reservation and paid for it in advance. As stated on the voucher, I contacted the rental company on the day of pick-up to collect the car. To my surprise, I was informed that they did not have the car and that my reservation had been canceled. I received no information from CarJet about this. When I contacted them, I was told that I should have reported to the rental company - which I did! To this day - almost 3 weeks have passed - I have not only received no explanation of the situation or an apology, but even a refund for the unfulfilled service. Scammers. I advise you to avoid them.”
“Bad company they deal with thieves coz they are the same I rented a car from 724car rental in Istanbul through their website charged me 500 pound deposit back since 5 weeks and been trying to get my deposit back but not successful car jet rental they don’t help and the other company are saying that they share the deposit with car jet so both companies are a thief and gangsters.”

The car hire company Goldcar was closed by the time we arrived. The next morning we were told Carjet kindly cancelled our booking and won’t refund our flight money. Carjet make reference to an obscure phrase on the contract about we had 59 minutes to advise of the delay but if THEY DONT ANSWER THE PHONE how can we advise them! “Booked a car with them, paid in advance a small fee of $20 and when I got there I had to pay $200 instead of $120 as they said, I couldn't reach anyone even that I tried several times.

“We paid in full for a car with Carjet, 2 months in advance. When we arrived into Norway, in a snow storm, we got to the thrifty/Hertz counter that Carjet sent us to and they said that Carjet had cancelled our reservation and there were no cars available. (We were held up at the customs line for an hour). No call or email or text or anything from Carjet. That all occurred December 12th, 2023 and they STILL have not refunded our $950. Carjet keeps claiming Thrifty & Hertz, whereas Thrifty & Hertz sent us a verified email, saying they had returned our money to Carjet, they apologized profusely for the error and leaving us stranded in Norway and that we had every right to get our money back from Carjet.
Carjet yells at us every time we get them on the phone, and they say we should have picked up the car. Lol. Ok, WHAT CAR?!? They cancelled it and kept our money.
There was only 1 car rental company that had cars available and could help us at the last minute so we weren’t stranded and that cost us over $2,000 for that last minute premium rental.”

“I didn't even get a car. Booked a car late at night. Realised the Company wasn't what I was looking for. So the next day I went to email them, but had seen that they had already emailed me apologising that they had no cars available and that they had refunded my £161 .....2 weeks later I'm still waiting for it to ping into my account

Booked a car for £101 through the Carjet website for the same day. Carjet accepted my order to hire the car for a total of 3 days.
Got to the garage, and they had no available vehicles and it was not made clear that they did.
I was forced to cancel and they only gave me a partial refund of 24£.
Disgusting company should be avoided”

They lie about the price, hiding supplements and other fees that we discover existence in the documentation sent after payment.

“Dishonest customer service! They lie about location and then blame the customer. I wanted an airport site car rental at Vienna Airport as I was short of time and happy to pay more for the convenience. I used Carjet and selected Green Motion which they said was on site at the airport. This was NOT the case. When I complained to Carjet they lied and said they accurately stated the location was in another location (Fischamend) but I have the email from Carjet saying the Green Motion office is INSIDE the terminal, through the baggage claim and next to Burger King! So they outright lied. It also took them several days to reply to my customer service request. They are unprofessional and untrustworthy. Green Motion were excellent to deal with and great value. I will be going to them direct next time (despite them being off site) but I will NEVER use Carjet again!”

Sharp practice on insurance and now being pursued for a penalty relating to information at pickup that they have admitted they did not record (I drove over the border into Rep of Ireland which I declared) but they did not record. Drivalia vehicle was not roadworthy - tyre pressure in both front tyres was 25 (should be 33!!!!!). Mechanical errors displayed.”

I recently booked a car rental service through the CarJet website for my trip from Istanbul Airport from April 19, 2024, to May 3, 2024. I had reserved a Peugeot 2008 through the 7/24 car rental company, but upon arrival, I was informed that they could not provide the Peugeot 2008 as booked and instead offered me a Dacia Duster.
Despite finishing my work early in Istanbul and returning the car on April 22, 2024, the 7/24 car rental company has refused to provide a refund for the service that was not delivered as agreed upon. This lack of accountability and failure to honor their commitment feels like a clear case of dishonesty and deception.
Furthermore, my attempts to contact CarJet for assistance in resolving this issue have been met with significant challenges and have been ultimately unsuccessful, leaving me feeling abandoned as a customer in need of support.
In conclusion, my experience with the 7/24 car rental service arranged through CarJet has been extremely disappointing and frustrating. The refusal to refund the amount for the unfulfilled service raises serious concerns about their business practices and integrity. I would caution others against using this service and recommend seeking alternative options to avoid similar issues and potential financial loss.”
