I booked a car through them for my trip to Swiss but there is no email sending to me. I tried to call and write but nothing happened…. I cannot even find my booking anymore through their website , they say they cannot find any booking with my email address. And I did the screenshot after the booking showing my email address was correct!”
“I have booked a car with carJet in Cyprus but after reading all the reviews decided not to risk it and cancel. Cancelled 3 hours before pick up, cancellation was easy and 3 days later they returned all the money I paid. Wish I tried to actually rent a car from them, probably would’ve been fine.”

“this company supports other companies with different rules; I booked a convertible car(for which I had to pay more money) and at the time of delivery they gave me a regular one telling me that they did not rent convertible cars and to contact the booking company.
After a few complaints and a month later they came up with a discount on my next booking!😆 not even for free!!!

“Carjet is the biggest scam. Our flight was delayed and we did not make it in the 6 hour timeframe. Even though we had booked a car for 17 days with Goldcar in Malaga they refused to give as a car because we arrived outside the 6 hour timeframe. This makes no sense if you rent a car for 17 days. We lost all the money we paid upfront for the 17 day rental as Carjet will not refund and had to hire a car through another rental company. The people behind the desk in Malaga were just laughing at us. So be warned both for Carjet and Goldcar in Malaga! A complete scam!!!”
“We arranged car hire from Crete airport and despite providing Carjet with all our travel details, including flight numbers, when we arrived the office was closed and none of the phone numbers provided were answered. We had to arrange a taxi to our hotel. Following our return home we have tried contacting Carjet by phone and email requesting the return of our deposit. We cannot get through to them, and our emails receive an automated response. This company is a scam and we wish we had researched more thoroughly before booking with them. Do not use this company and lose money.”

A few things I would like to mention:
1. CarJet starts first with low price and than they add extra more money on the any cheap car at office which is they want to take your more money. Find a different rental company please.
2. They take deposits from you but they never pay you back. Even i paid all fasttrak and bridge pass money on cash.
3. When you call them, they dont answer the phone if you have a question or problem to solve. They dont want to pay you back any dime.
Please stay away from this cheap scam company. Go to big company u will pay same amount money but u will get even a good car with good costume service.”
“Booking platforms are the cancer of service industry. They only buy and resell bookings, packages without any decent customer support. It is e.g. quite impossible de get an invoice or even a receipt of whatever you paid to them. Thus making it hard to get reimbursed by your company. Don't just see the mere, not even systematic discount you'll get with them. The time you'll lose will be a much greater inconvenience that such a little benefit”
“Terrible company. They love to take your money but won't help you at all. They just say: "In that case you can't take the car." They have a very 'your loss' attitude. Their costumer service is unreachable or they hang up after 40 minutes of being on hold and they only respond if you put the name of the platform where you put a negative review on in the subject of the email. Reconsider booking here!!!

“I hired a car from CarJet/OK Mobility Ref CJT-46176059 very recent in Dubrovnik aiport.
1st of all, their scam of putting price very very high ( almost 3 times ) 3 to 4 week before and keeping sending emails with no refund special offer. I paid £906 for 2 weeks so called a SUV ( Which it wasn't and I will talk about it) when 2 days near the flight time, the price dopped down to normal price round £400. They scam people with no refund special offer so you panic and book like I did.
For the SUV part, They give me KIA STONIC. THIS IS NOT AN SUV. The reason I booked SUV because my wife suffer from severe arthritis and she can't go low to sit. STONIC is VERY VERY LOW and NOT AN SUV.
she suffers for 2 weeks and she stopped getting out to places. Also the Ok Mobility car hire they want to charge custemr for breakdown. I hired cars several times and breakdown MUST BE INCLUDED.
Also OK Mobility send and email for review which the link takes you to a page error ( An error occured try again later. And I sent a complain review to carJet twice and no reply.

“I don’t recommend using CarJet to rent your car, even for their low price, comparing to actual, professional car rent companies.
I dealt with and paid CarJet, but actual car rent company I picked up my car was different. What is fine and understandable, however I don’t personally like it.
A few things I would like to mention:
1. CarJet states on documents received from them, that if I have any problem with a car I need to contact the actual car rent company. I don’t like paying one company, but if problem dealing with another. Luckily nothing happened.
2. CarJet required me to get international driving license if I am not from country of the European Union. However when picking up my car the actual car rent company officer told me, that I don’t need one. And that is correct information. So the information from CarJet were incorrect and misleading, what I needed to pay for, because I acquired one.
3. When picking up my car on Sunday from actual car rent company the office was closed. But according to the information received from CarJet on paper the office should be open. Luckily the officer from that company was there waiting for me (thanks to the actual car rent company for professional work), however I needed to pay a fee, around 14£ for his assistance outside of their working hours. Again CarJet provided me with incorrect and misleading information, which I needed to pay for.
4. Customer service of CarJet doesn’t really work and doesn’t help their customers. I wrote an email to CarJet about their incorrect opening hours situation and waited 29 days for their answer, whereas other car rent companies answer you the same day or the next. They said to look into my case and get back to me, however now passing two weeks and no any solution whatsoever.

“Worst service of my life! Booked a car where the car rental company did not appear to pick me up in the airport, tried to call carjet.com for support, but no one picked up the call. I am trying to receive back the amount paid in advance for them, but my complaint still not answered from them…..Avoid this company!!!!!!!”
“Booked a car based on the promise of FREE CANCELLATION prominantly placed above the clock which is ticking to persuade you to book. You are asked to put in a time to collect the car but your booking is adjusted without you being told to 10.00am. So when I called at 10.00am to cancel and was told that it was after the booking had begun. I checked the T&Cs and sure enough, I'm not entitled to a refund! I insisted my booking was for 5pm when I made it and they asked me if I had a screenshot to prove it. Any reputable car hire place would let you at least get a partial refund if you cancel 8 hours before the booking. This website seems to change the time of your booking. T&Cs are almost completely hidden on the site.”
“I can not fault this company. I booked the car online and was very apprehensive after reading the reviews. They were polite and professional and was given a free upgrade to a soft top vehicle. After me arriving late at their Larnaca depot I was met by a lovely young man who took me to the airport immediately.
I will definitely be booking with you again when I return in September 😀
My only regret was that I didn’t hire a car when I first arrived as it allowed to see some beautiful places I would not have seen without the car. Thank you”
“This is the worst company ever
This is the worst company ever. DO NOT BOOK with this company or trust them. I paid a deposit in good faith and then turned up at Corfu airport and they did not turn up to collect me and my children. They then refused to take my debit card and wanted to charge me double for the week to accept it, I then had to go to another company - Avis, who happily accepted my card. They now refuse to give my deposit back even though I wasn't able to hire the car. The rep at Saphire in Corfu was also awful and aggressive. Avoid this company like the plague. No wonder it's the cheapest company online. They're desperate.”
“In Early March my wife and granddaughter spent spent one hours in the plane out of Denver on a hold; then they were rerouted to Texas, then circle Orlando for another hour. They could not call Car jet while in flight and they arrive to a closed airport and no rental car.
We have been fighting the 264 dollar charge now for over 5 months. We do not recommend this company”
“Never use this company it’s a total fraud and the company that provided me a hire car was not fit for purpose it looked as though it’s Been used as a taxi previously damage all round fuel cap would not open I booked with these paid a deposit paid extra for the premium insurance when I went to collect the car the hire company charged me extra for the insurance CDW I ended up paying £54 to car jet £275 to the hire company and then the deposit £350 when I picked the car up was told the deposit would get refunded straight away I’ve been waiting since Friday and the deposit has not been returned the staff was very rude especially the lady with the scarf on the counter green motion car rental do not use them”
