Need help with Carjet. My experience with Carjet was extremely disappointing. On 10 April 2024, I have booked a car at 9pm and received confirmation email for a 9:30 pm car pickup the same day at Paris-Charles de Gaulle Airport with Europcar. Upon arrival, I was informed by Europcar that they are not allowed to make the car available to me because the booking was made less than 3 hours before start of the rental. They asked me to wait 3-hours at the counter. We called Carjet and the Carjet contact center operator confirmed the same and there was a glitch in the system. She indicated I could either wait or leave and that I would get reimbursed. I left thinking I would get reimbursed. Despite reaching out to Carjet's multiple times to get a refund for the failed rental, they just continue to feed with promises to solve an issue, but actually they didn’t do anything, never followed up, never called and never refunded me money. It’s been more than 2 months.

They do not refund the money even when they have to!! DO NOT RESERVE THE CAR by this site!!! No contact number to their support, poor email communication

The cancellation is not very easy. The only conformation I could get to say I had applied to cancel was a screen shot. I am try to get refund through my credit card .but Carjet are disputing it

Car jet and its partners are scammers. They kept €316 as deposit from my Visa and they have never returned this amount. I sent numerous emails, I tried to contact them by phone but I have never received an answer. Be careful.

Attention Arnaque. Nous avons réservé une voiture avec CarJet.com nous avons reçu tous les documents de CarJet sauf que le loueur de voiture n'était pas au courant de la location. Heureusement le loueur nous a informé qu'il était fermé et ne pouvait nous remettre une voiture. Nous sommes vite allé chez un autre louer (6heures avant notre arrivée) sinon nous serions arrivés à destination sans avoir de voiture. Nous avons évidemment émis une réclamation car entre temps l'argent avait été débité mais aucune réponse de leur part, ni sur le fait qu'il n'y avait pas de voiture, ni sur le fait qu'ils nous ont débité. Cela semble bel et bien être une arnaque en ligne.

I landed in Tampa last night and went to Fox Car Rentals where I was told I had a $95 balance due on my $95 prepaid car rental through CarJet. I wound up being charged around $400 for the balance due, a deposit on the car, a toll reader and prepaid gas. I told the guy at the counter that I didn't want the car. He told me the prepayment was non-refundable. I used my Android phone to send CarJet a complaint, filled out the form only to discover there was no "Send" button to send the message. I will be contacting the California Attorney General to complain since they are doing business in California. I WANT MY MONEY BACK!

Do not book through Carjet. I hired a car for 6 weeks through them, unfortunately our passport were lost while travelling to our final destination so it took us extra few days to get there. I contacted them to let them know in advance we would pick up the car but it would have to be changed to my husband's name as my wallet was also missing. Upon arriving at my final destination, we were told by the car hiring company that we have 'forfeited' our car which meant we could be not getting a refund .We have two babies and needed a car to get around so had to pay for another car hire. Needless to say we went direct with another car hire company. The way this has been handled has been shocking, the response from this company has been basically nil.

If this looks too good to be true - it is! Car company didn’t turn up. Rang office which was closed - waited for an hour and half. Ended up having to hire from a reliable and reputable company at the airport at much more expense.No apology or return of deposit or additional platinum insurance taken. No reason given from the company for non-show very much blaming us for not trying harder! Save yourself the money and hassle and go with a reputable and reliable company.

Stay away at all costs, nothing but a bunch of con artists, these guys are also in partnership with drivavila. Be warned do NOT go anywhere near either of these so called companies. Booked a car for £100 which wasn’t available when I went to collect. Ended up having to pay £280 for the only upgrade that they had available. Didn’t give the option to refund the initial £100 that I had paid. This is happening at Aberdeen airport. Both companies needs to be investigated and closed down. Disgusting service and a smug guy at the service desk.

Don't be fooled by the cheap rates. Avoid using this company at all costs. Thought we'd booked a car for our return visit home but the company Green Motion providing the vehicle wanted us to either pay an additional £230 in insurance or provide credit card details given to guarantee a sum of £1500, but we don't own credit cards and our debit card was apparently not acceptable. So we had to walk away, car-less, about £135 out of pocket the minute we arrived, a great start to the holiday! No UK contact number to phone and their e-mail address is of the @No Reply type. Really sickened by the experience, companies like this shouldn't be allowed to advertise their services on-line only to show no understanding or sympathy to us at a stressful time. P.S. The people at Green Nation were no help either, trying to push us to pay their £230 insurance bond.

Booking ref CJT-114452822. Booked a hired car through carjet for pick up at Belfast City Airport on 16th June 2024. BA cancelled my flight and booked me on a later one. Budget car rentals refused to honour the booking as I arrived late although, I had phoned them to advise of the delay. Emailed Carjet to be told by Marianna that because I was late the car hired company had the right to cancel the booking. Both carjet and budget have refused a refund and had to get another car elsewhere. Poor customer service buyer beware.

On 02.06.2024 we wanted to pick up our rental car from Antalya airport. The booking number is CJT-125642308. When we arrived, the staff told us that the credit card was not accepted. We were told that a deposit of 600€ should be blocked on the card and that this would not work as my credit card provider supposedly does not accept this. The staff then asked me if I had another credit card. I then wanted to submit another card but the staff refused to take this card. They said this card would not be accepted either. In fact, they didn't even try with this card! Instead, they wanted to offer me a more expensive contract (510€ instead of the originally agreed 250€), which I was supposed to pay in cash! We then refused to accept this and left without a rental car. My credit card is an original Visa card. Everything is fine with the card. I have also clarified this with my credit card provider. I therefore think that the staff at the car rental company wanted to defraud us. I would therefore ask Carjet to refund the deposit I have already paid!

Terrible experience!!! We booked the car in Colone Germany and received the confirmation that car can be picked up somewhere in Spain!!! I contacted the company, send all the doc proving booking information and asking for refund but with no answer.

Fraudsters and thieves. Using fraudulent companies to steal from people. I returned the car 6 weeks ago and CarJet claim without providing any proof that the car was damaged. The car was absolutely not damaged and we have full video evidence to prove it. Stole deposit of €1,000e and refusing to return. You are stealing from people and it is utterly shameful how CarJet behave. It must be escalated to the authorities.

Turkey, Airport Dalaman, may 2024: Nobody came to bring the car, which coursed a lot of problems. So we canceled the booking directly. Directly I tryed to get in contact with the "company" (which was not easy!!!!!!!!) explaining the problem. What follows was bad: No excuse, they didn`t transfer the money back I have payed as a deposit and for insurace by credit card. I can warn everybody: Do not book your car via Car Jet!!!

You took my money and then told me I had to lay another £300 in excess insurance because I was over 69……..guys and gals….always read the small print…..no refund given even tho I didn’t opt for the insurance…..or the car……rubbish support….rubbish CS…..rubbish company…….0 stars review……beware of this company!!! Look at the questions below a review……non of it is applicable as 8 didn’t have a car or a refund
