Jas rezervirav kola vo CarJet. Plativ i osiguruvanje . Koga otidov na salter za da ja zemam kolata vo Carwiz mi kazaa nemoj da rezerviras kola preku Carjet. Osiguruvanjeto ne vazi za kolata zasto e plateno preku CatJet, a trebase da se plati vo Carwiz. Morav da ostavam 1800 Euro Kaucija za da ja zemam kolata . Kolata bese izgrebena na site strani i morav jas sam da ja slikam za da bidem zastiten koga ke ja vratam. Kolata ne bese ista kako sto ja rezervirav.

Booked a car for a week and when I got to Hertz they had no car for me. So got stuck 2 hours away from my home with no car… I had to go somewhere in town to book another car which cost me more money and on the day ask for a refund and they told me to go with the company policy and wait… that they needed a email from hertz to say that they didn’t have car which was done by the guy there today and I am phoning them to resolve the problem and they tell me to be patient and wait… it’s been a week and steel no money no refund and no help from the customer service either because they can’t do nothing can’t even have to be able to speak to a manager or someone to help! Bad services never use that company again and will make sure no one use them either! What a shamble!

We booked U-save car hire through your company and you informed my girlfriend Inga that someone would be meeting us at the airport in Tivat. The car was booked on the 9th April 2024. No one was there to meet us when we landed at the airport at 12.00 on the 22nd April. Inga called U-save 10 times on the number that you provided, I have provided evidence as you requested. She got through twice and spoke to a man. He told her on the first occasion that the car would be 5 minutes away. When it did not arrive within 15 minutes she called again and when she managed to get through again he said it was 2 minutes away. I called you twice on your number and you said that you would call the company. You did not call me back and tell me what was happening. We continued to wait but no one called us and no one called us back to tell us what was happening. We had no alternative but to book another car though Budget at the airport that we finally did at considerable expense. We left the airport after 3pm on the only sunny day of our trip. At the airport we met other people who were expecting u-save. They had booked through other companies. U-save appears to be a scam but for what purpose? It occurred to me and the others who were waiting for U-save that the only ones that appeared to be profiting from such a scam are the other companies with car hire offices at the airport. With no car hire in place people have no choice but to rent from them at inflated last minute prices. If I were you I would look into this. Way forward. Please confirm that you will be compensating us for cost of the replacement car hire, calls and inconvenience. I look forward to hearing from you.

I chose pick up car inside of Heathrow Airport, when arrived there, were told the rental car is not at airport. I need to find the shuttle bus and then took me at least 15min to pick up car . You can imagine we bring large luggage load and unloading to look for shuttle bus. What a waste time!!! Worse thing, I bought top full insurance which covered all damages. After returning car, rental car company hertz took excess first and asked us reimburse from carjet. But so far still no answer from it after lodgement. Please don’t hire car from carjet, they looks cheaper but no service afterwards. Finally you will pay much more.

I paid my money got insurance off carjet turned up at Stansted and could not rent as I didn't have credit card they could hold a 200 pound deposit on I offered 1500 pounds off my debit card which was not accepted, I then contacted carjet who have since stopped responding great customer service.

We were totally scammed by this company. They said that in the policy, you can only book cars overseas and not domestic which does not say in their policy. They hung up on me after demanding a refund. Never book them. Just go directly to rental company.

Horrible service,as other has mentioned. It seems that they thrive of the commissions as the service provider itself receives no payment if a car isn't picked up. Avoid

I haver booked a car in Lisboa ,Portugal. By some reason my credit card didnt autorized the debit of 1600 euros. So Ive tried to cancel the reservation and they Will not return the valeu of 99,00 euros. So i couldnt take the car and Lost my money. This Company is a completely scam. They sell you with an ensurance, but when you are closing the Deal in the centauro's office...you Will be asked to buy another ensurance. This is a tourist scam...stay away

SCAM SCAM SCAM We booked a car with carjet, the emails we received along with booking vouchers and all the other documents looked legit we’ve been told that a rental company representative will be waiting for us at the arrival gate and will take us to our car, however no one showed up, no one called us, the phone number we’ve been provided for any need of assistance wasn’t answering and our whole family ended up being stranded at the airport in the middle of the night! I called every number I could find in the emails from carjet, most of them didn’t even pick up, the operator on the two numbers provided for local car rental company that was supposed to provide our car have told us that they don’t have a booking with us and that it’s the wrong company despite it clearly being the contact details in all the emails! We’re now without the car and missing our money, no one’s contacted us and I’m worried about them making extra charges

Van 07-06-2024 t/m 12-06-2024 heb ik van u een auto gehuurd in Izmir. Er is direct na het boeken € 44,07 betaald. Bij aankomst zou het resterende bedrag van € 47,25 betaald worden. Bij het ophalen van de auto moest ik echter nog € 231,22 betalen. Ik heb dus € 139,90 meer betaald dan contractueel is vastgelegd tijdens het aangaan van de huurovereenkomst. Daarnaast zou er op het vliegveld bij de aankomsthal iemand van het verhuurbedrijf klaarstaan met een bordje waarop mijn naam. Dit was niet het geval. Uiteindelijk heb in een concullega bereid gevonden contact op te nemen met Active Rentacar. Na ongeveer 25 minuten ben ik opgehaald. Er heeft ten kantore van het verhuurbedrijf enige discussie plaatsgevonden m.b.t. de nodige vereiste betalingen om de auto mee te krijgen. Uiteindelijk ben ik akkoord gegaan omdat het inmiddels 22.06uur was en ik voor 23.00 moest inchecken bij het hotel wat nog minstens 45 minuten rijden was vanaf de ophaal locatie. De tank van de auto bleek nagenoeg leeg, met als gevolg dat ik eerst een tankstation moest opzoeken. Daar heb ik voor € 171,84 (TL 6000,00) de auto vol getankt. Ik heb de auto met een 3/4 volle tank weer ingeleverd. Van enige restitutie van de niet verbruikte brandstof was geen sprake. In uw Fuel policy geeft u aan dat alle voertuigen geleverd worden met brandstof. Dit is een uiterst multi interpretabele omschrijving. Echter is het in de auto verhuurbranche gebruikelijk, dus ook aannemelijk, dat een huurauto met een volle tank wordt afgeleverd en vol geretourneerd wordt. Het is ondoenlijk en in de verhuurnormen van de auto verhuurbrance ook hoogst ongebruikelijk, om een brandstof tank leeg te rijden tot het niveau waarop deze werd afgeleverd. Het zou tenminste redelijk en billijk geweest zijn, als er sprake was geweest van een deel restitutie van de nog aanwezige brandstof tijdens het inleveren van de auto. Dit was niet bespreekbaar. Al met al ben ik uiterst ontevreden over deze gehele gang van zaken en acht ik Carjet ernstig in gebreke gebleven.

Purchased a rental for 14 days well in advance. A week ahead of the arrival I emailed CarJet to inform them my flight schedule has changed and would like to change the pick up date a day late, which was at no reply or acknowledgement by the company. I did try to modify the booking to advise that way also but the provided link did not allow any changes or communication at all. A day before (original pick up date) I called them and they informed me that I’m marked as a no show and nothing can be done - basically my booking is void and I’m loosing my 2 week booking and all the associated pre paid amount including premium insurance. I was therefore left stranded on the airport and basically had to purchase another rental at 3 times the amount for a way worse vehicle. I feel the customer service was horrible (basically not a single response) and feel like they’ve setup a system to take advantage of these situations. STAY AWAY and purchase through a reputable brand even at a higher cost as in the long run it will cost less.

I just tryed to change a time for the check in, and they gave me a contact phone for AVIS that didn't exist. So I booked with carjet, but something else please don't contact us... That's the spirit. Brilliant, just brilliant...

Horrible experience i booked a Mercedes E class and i paid quite a lot of extra money to to take a good comfortable car and bought full 0 risk insurance because i do not want any kind of car issue on my vacations to Switzerland with my family with small kids. On arrival at airport in Basel Switzerland they informed my i have given car at France side but its a same airport one on the france side and one side Switzerland, but the problem comes when they informed me they do not have any Mercedes E class available at france side so they offered me a old Volvo at the same price what i paid for mercedes even after calling the carjet they refused me to change it to the Switzerland side it took me 1 hour at the airport trying to convince them if take the car at swiss side i will have to pay a lots of tolls and taxes because franch car cant enter swiss side without paying taxes. But even after spending 50 euro on my telephone cost they refused to change but the bggest problem comes when SIXT infomred me that i do not have any car insurance even though car jet have charged me for their best insurance, SIXT forced me to pay another 350Euro extra for taking another insurance otherwise i was not covered for any thing. This carjet company is a total fraud never take any insurance from them always try to buy directly from car suppliers. They show something else but deliver something else, even SIXT people told me i am not the first person who have this problem from Carjet its their daily business to cheat the people online. I am going to file a legal case against them because i have all call recording with me at the time of booking and from their customer service. Anybody else who have same problem with this Carjet please contact me.

I hired a car for my trip to Ireland. The price was great. However, I missed the ferry from UK to Ireland and I was late to pick up the car. To my surprise, when I went to pick up the car, I was told that I can't pick up the car as I was more than 60 mins late from the agreed time. So I paid for a car which I did not get. If you chose to use this company be aware that you need to pick up the car within 60 mins from the agreed time or you lose the money and the car. Last comment, customer service is non existent.

Impossible to contact on phone as no U.K. number. Tried to change driver on web site as I was unable to drive due to surgery and website wouldn’t allow this. Took out insurance which I was told by Alamo was meaningless. Fortunately the car was waiting for us at Inverness but never use this company again. Book straight via the rental firm. Is cheaper in the end!

I must say that this company IS NOT RECOMMENDABLE , you Will LOOSE YOUR MONEY and when you arrive the rental car company you Will find excess prices, they get you to pay for insurance Through CARJET but when you arrive the rental company you Will see that you have to pay this all over again.. i ended Up canceling the car and Lost the money as CARJET is not refundable... Dont bother to call them as they wont take your call... It is kind of a scam, if you want to rent a car, go directly to the rental car company's website Thanks

I usually rent with Avis for my annual trip back to the UK. Noticing that carjet offered rentals for 2/3rds of the price foolishly tempted me to use their services. What an idiot I was for believing they were legitimate. They are not a rental company, they simply broker with rental companies (like Drivalia). When my travel was delayed they let the budget car I had reserved go to another customer and could only offer a larger more luxurious car at more than twice the advertised price. Drivalia suggested I contact carjet, however they only offer midweek office hours so useless. The extra insurance I had bought didn’t stop Drivalia taking an additional deposit on my credit card. Effectively I had bought a second insurance police with carjet to insure the deposit I had paid to Drivalia. Had I have needed to make a claim, I can only imagine how hard it would have been to get my money back. Please please please do yourself a favor and stay away from this outfit

I wow orderer car at 9.00 in Athenes airport , time is 10-11 -12 no body answering i wos waiting at meeting point according to instructions, 12.30 coming women, and she told need waiting 30-40min i wos very angry. And go to the buss, because i wos with 1year baby. And drive awey. After i ask back my money and they told we cannot give you back so i need to know all rulles. But where is my fault at that moment? Don't trust this company guys! Be careful.

They told me I had Fully Comprehensive Insurance with an excess of 1300 euros, which means in case of an accident or damage to the vehicle I am liable to pay up to 1300 euros. Sadly was involved in an accident and these guys charged my card nearly 5,000 euros! Telling me it will be sent back... after to be told on the phone it was an extenuating circumstance. Pure and utter fraudsters.
