“I ordered a slipcover for my chair a year ago. It was in the linen blend fabric and was machine washable. It looked great and I loved it. I received an email several months later saying that costumers had had issues with washing it and they were wondering if I had had any issues. I responded that I had not yet washed it. The company was switching the fabric to dry clean only and offering a new cover if we experienced any problems. I was afraid to wash it after that, it was not a heavily used chair, so I avoided it. I finally broke down and had to wash it this past August. It did seem to tighten up a bit, but the biggest issue was that it shrunk several inches around the bottom, which looked funny. I contacted the company, and even though it had been awhile, they honored the deal and sent me a new cover. They worked with me to choose one that would be the most similar to my old one. It just arrived and looks and fits wonderfully! Thank you for your fabulous customer service!”

“Ordered covers for my discontinued IKEA sofa bed. Was a little nervous with CW being located so far away but they are so professional, efficient and helpful. No need to worry. They are the real deal. The covers came earlier than expected. Duty paid over to DHL - no problem. Beautifully packed they are unbelievably good and when faced with the unpacked covers you wonder how you'll ever get them on the sofa. Have no fear they are magic to fit. And now we feel rather smug as we relax on our "new sofa". Congratulations Comfort Works.”

“Our old sofas were comfortable but looked quite ordinary and very obviously IKEA. We didn't want to throw them away so a little internet research came up with Comfort Works, which compared favourably with other companies. The service provided was very efficient, personal and super-friendly. Our new Comfort Works covers have transformed our ordinary sofas into elegant, classy, understated linen sofas. The fit is perfect and the fabric is of high quality. We are really pleased with them. Thank you.”

“The slipcovers I purchased for my IKEA Ektorp loveseat in the Kino Denim arrived quickly and fit perfectly. They look fantastic on the sofa and the whole process was very easy. I’m considering ordering another slipcover for a different sofa in our house, now that I’ve seen what a great job Comfort Works does. I highly recommend this company and their products.”

“Amazing customer service. We were especially impressed by Comfort Works' attention to detail and high quality craftsmanship. There was a slight error in the length of our Pottery Barn sofa cover and Comfort Works redid the entire cover in record time. I would highly recommend this company and will definitely have them do sofa covers for us in the future.”

“I stumbled upon Comfort Works web page accidentally. But from then onwards till receipt of my ordered material, I have had absolutely pleasant experience. Every time I accessed the web page, a chat window opened up and the CW representative either provided the required information or made sure that within a reasonable period of time, my queries were answered. Overall, CW is a professional outfit par excellence in all respects, including quality of the product and service. CW saved me a substantial expense by supplying me covers for an IKEA Sofa Bed I had purchased in 2006. I congratulate the CW team and wish them continued success.”

“Everything about Comfort Works made me happy. Order process. Delivery. Customer relations. Communication, and of course the product. The whole process was exemplary. I was concerned about buying from a company so far away but at every turn this company did a fabulous job, even to arranging for the credit of my duty paid. Thank goodness I chose them.At every stage Comfort Works communicated. Every time I asked a question they replied by return and given that they were 8 hours ahead in time it was very impressive. The quality of the sofa cover was fantastic and I received it much earlier than expected with it being sent on a 48 hr DHL service. I paid the duty over the phone and that was easy too. I have never had such good service as this.”
