“I am so happy I made the decision to order my Kamfors sofa and Ottoman covers from Comfort Works. I love my sofa, but after 10+ yrs of use, the covers had seen better days, and I was ready for a new look for my living room anyway; so i bravely took a chance on Comfort Works. Wow! am I ever glad I did! First of all, Sarah you are amazing, thanks for answering my questions and accommodating my order modification! Now about the covers...I did a brave thing and ordered the white leather covers for my ottoman and sofa. No regrets! I had a cloth cover before, so i was curious how the transition to the leather would work...it works.... perfectly! The fit is perfect and the leather is supple, comfortable and absolutely beautiful! The white is actually not scary at all. Btw, not to create more work for wonderful Sarah and her team, but I highly recommend for anyone doing the leather sofa covers to go for the reversible cushions, i did it, and i think it's well worth it the extra cost.”

“Comfort Works customer support is excellent. They supported me in the choice of the right cover, I was often updated on the status of my order and they kept every promise they made. Ordering fabrics is a very good idea helping you taking the final decision on you cover. The cover was easy to assemble and fit well on the sofa. With minimal effort, I have now a new sofa at a reasonable price.”

“The communication was exceptional...dealing with an international company I often wonder on how a transaction may transpire but I was pleasantly surprised on all levels - communication, updates on progress of the order and final result. Delivery was relatively prompt and according to my wishes. The arm rests are well made, the material is of high quality and I am very happy with them.”

“I had a very old but super comfortable IKEA sofa bed, which I didn't want to replace, and after a long search I found your website. I ordered a 'heavy duty' sofa cover. I was surpised about the way it fits perferctly to the sizes of my sofa, high quality complete cover even with a spare pilow cover. The shiment arrived quicker than expected and it made my sofa as good as new. Thank you.”

“I ordered from Europe. German website. Got promised shipment va DHL (German parcel service). No shipping fees. Parcel arrived not via DHL, but an unknown German provider. Upon arrival I got cashed 32 Euros TAXES. I did not expect this, since I assumed it got send directly via DHL from Germany. I wrote to Comfort Works and told them the problem. Never got an answer back. People ordering from the Euro zone should be aware of this problem.”

“I'm extremely satisfied with my slip covers! I'm a Pottery Barn snob. Comfort Works changed my mindset. I purchased slipcovers for a sofa and love seat and they fit perfectly. I think the quality is even better than Pottery Barn. Awesome!”

“Slip covers. My wife purchased 2 pottery barn comfort sofas several years ago and we have really enjoyed them however when it came time to buy new covers I could never understand why it cost so much to purchase a PB slip cover. Well, I found Comfort Works and they have changed the way I look at buying slip covers. I was able to buy 2 slip covers for less than the price of one PB slip cover. And honestly the quality is just as good if not better. Oh, and the company (Sarah, who remained in contact with me the entire time) really does have great customer service. Great game experience.”

“Beautifully made, robust quality cover in a snug fit design that has brought my extinct ikea sofa into the modern world. Fits beautifully with modern decor. The sofa frame and cushions are still in great shape after many years. Thanks to Comfort Works covers it is still going strong long after Ikea stopped stocking it (Sandby 3 seater). I’ve had Kino fabric covers before. This fabric can’t be beaten. Best choice for kids and pets. I chose Kino Charcoal this time for added contrast against my flooring and furniture. Thrilled with the result. Thank you!!!”
