“From the website options, to ordering, to customer service, everything was truly comprehensive and straightforward. The product itself looks great. I had some concern about some of the edges being too large, but now that it's on, it's not visible in any significant way (as in, I cannot tell what my issue was). All things considered, this worked out great for me.”

“First I was doubtful about how Comfortworks would have been able to satisfy my customer's needs in replacing the cover of my Ektorp sofa bed. But, when the package was opened after the cover delivered directly to my Italian house from the Far East lands, I was happy with the quality of the product, the good fabric and perfect handmade work done. Perfect service, perfect product. exactly in line with my expectations, if not superior to. I will try other colours and fabrics option to renew all my Ikea sofas collection. Thx a lot, Vittorio from Rome (Italy)”

“Niet alleen de hoes van de bank netjes op tijd helemaal naar Nederland, maar de klantvriendelijkheid van dit bedrijf is erg groot. Heel sympathiek en prettig informeel. Ze antwoorden snel als je vragen hebt, wel rekening houdend met het tijdverschil natuurlijk. Ik raad dit bedrijf zeker aan anderen aan, die een hoes voor een bank of stoel zoeken.”

“ho preso la fodera per la poltrona Kivik di Ikea . cercando nel web ho trovato il sito.. non mi son fatta spedire il tessuto ,dalle foto e dalla composizione tessuto mi sembravano buone ..la spedizione è arrivata anche in anticipo ,sono un filino abbondanti come misure ,ed è meglio si può infilare più facilmente così la fodera .ho avuto un problema con il ricevimento merce ...ho dovuto pagare costi dazi doganali ;(( ..ma la Sig.ra Paola in brevissimo tempo mi ha rimborsato i soldi spesi ..lo consiglio sicuramente .. ah e già lavata ..gatti birichini...nessun problema.. in lavatrice .e via ..praticissima”

“I ordered an IKEA Bedding slipcover in Shire Coal after receiving a handful of samples. It arrived quickly, about 4 weeks after placing the order. The fabric is soft and beautiful. The cover slipped on very easily and it fits just right. We use it as a sofa and put a mattress topper underneath the slipcover for extra softness and the slipcover still looks and fits great. I couldn't be happier with my purchase. And the customer service was exceptional! On a side note, customer service told me that someone would have to be home to sign for the package or it could be returned, but DHL left it on our doorstep. Not sure if that is standard, but good thing since nobody was home.”

Hey Cynthia Thanks for taking the time to leave a review, and we're really glad to hear that the covers fit well and look good! Also about DHL - the shipping option we use requires verification of receipt by a person so it's unusual that they just left it there, but thanks for your feedback anyway :)
