The live chat is very slow...and disconnected several times. Despite giving all details, no one re contacted me. tried to phone you but the queue was also lengthy.

I have signed up to One Call via the Go Compare comparison site. One Call offered the most competitive price. However, I was disappointed during the sign up process, to have to go through numerous 'sales' screens regarding upgrading my policy with breakdown, legal, home etc etc. It became frustrating!

spent most of day trying to get through on the phone and Live Chat,not impressed ! When I finally managed Live Chat, Megan was amazing

I am no 15 in a que on the phone to stop the auto renewal no waiting 20 minutes to take my money, live chat your not allowed to use to cancel.

Tried to add my son 44 years old to my policy - and it seems all too difficult - stated that i had to cancel and start a new policy very poor service - may well have to change insurers to get the service i need

Van broke down the day I bought it had break down cover when I rang up for assistance they said that break down cover does not kick in until you are two weeks into your policy

The online chat option, although the operator was very helpful, it was too slow it took + 30 minutes to change an address at an extra cost of £39.00 !!!!

I renewed my car 4 months into my policy and to change car was way more expensive than I had found on line, also the cost to cancel the policy due to this £55.99 and broker charge of £10.00 all way to high , have to say the £56.91 I got back taken off my new car quote still cheaper than changing over car,

Phoned up to cancel insurance but got cut off by the advisor. Had to ring back and wait another 10 minutes to get through. I would have expected her to call me back.

Difficult to get through on the phone and i had a lot of problems with the website server ce for uploading driving licence details. It wouldnt accept the details then randomly did on about the 5th try on a different day. Sr6

Iv been calling for 2 days always long wait ,eventually picked 1/2 time no problem ,I hate to think what it must be like to make a claim !!

I tried a number of times to access my new policy documents when I wanted to change my car. Despite several attempts at your portal I kept coming up with documents for my old car. In the end I asked for the documents to be posted to me which cost me £8.99. I expected it would have been aa simple job changing the policy to cover my new car online., but for me it has been extremely frustrating, despite the live chat links I have had with your staff. I hasten to add they seem to have tried their best. Perhaps you would consider re-embursing the postal Charge. Thanks you

Unhelpful chat team, argumentative assistant. Unable to get into account, no explanation, renewed insurance without my approval ahead of schedule. Cancelled and won't be back!

Couldn’t get anyone on the phone. Live chat was painful. It took ages to answer as I was 8th in line and then the messaging took even longer. I wasn’t sure if he was still there or not. Couldn’t ask quick simple questions as I was concerned it would take longer still. Would have liked to have known more about top up insurance but for fear of waiting another 20 minutes I went without.

I just wanted car insurance not all the other non applicable add ons and mortgage protection / life insurance / household insurance etc. etc.

I made an enquiry on Live Chat and was told to expect an email within 10-15 mins which would give me access to the Portal where I could get my documents and would, presumably, update to my new address (moving in one week). Unfortunately the only email I received is this one asking for my review. I will not specify who I 'Chatted' with, I just want to mention that I'm a bit unhappy.

Takes too long to get some customer care. You wait to speak to an operator "You are in a queue, and you are number 23!" Chatline! " You are in a queue, there is 11 in front of you! " Never again!
