I spent almost 45 minutes attempting to communicate with a person who could help me with my Home Insurance query. Firstly, I called 554015 and after 10 mins was told wrong number and put me through to Customer Services; this personal then transferred me to Motor Insurance when I'd asked for Home Insurance. Eventually after another long session of listening to repeated info, a very helpful young lady, Amy, answered and gave me the info I needed. However, I have to say that waiting interminably for Call Centres is really making me quite exasperated. I will, in future, leave all my insurances with a local broker whose office staff answer the phone when it rings !

We were initially happy with this company but when we changed address we were charged a fee and now we are to amend it as we bought a new car. How can it cost that much? We were also quoted a very uncompetitive price for a renewal so we will be looking elsewhere.

I called to amend my policy and include commuting on to it my car insurance. I spoke to TB2 and was charged £39 admin fee which I believe to be excessive. I was also advised about bringing down my voluntary excess which as I decided to cost me more money but that was my decision.

Can’t upload documents, no response from live chat so gave up, then phoned and was cut off. Problem still not resolved. Again, not a great start to my policy. Hopefully it can only get better!

having needing to contact some one urgently i went online around 6pm and was 6th inline 7.15pm i was 1st inline then at 7.30pm the service cut me off and closed for the night.. NOT A GOOD START TO MY NEW POLICY.

great deal in terms of the cost of insurance - however the paperwork is so complicated and getting through to customer services either online or by phone takes too long - like 20 minutes plus on hold.

Very difficult to register on portal. Very difficult to get through to speak to someone personally ( 39th in queue ) Asked for info after purchase eg driving licence. Why not at the time. Emailed an out-dated proposal form to add to confusion.

If you want to make any changes to you policy be prepared to pay through the nose. £39 admin fee to change my address and to cancel my other policy was even worse!

Dealt with change of vehicle request promptly. However I find it difficult to see how the charge of £39 for doing so can be justified. Too much.

Just taken out a policy, wouldnt set it up right away. Then said i would be contacted in 2 hours its now over 24 hours. No idea if they have set up the policy or not and no documents received. Tried to use the webchat and it doesn't work. Think Ive made a bad choice moving here.

Just went thro live chat (which took 20 mins in a queue to arrive) then I got a lot of detail which I could scroll through on the screen, but just before the end a message came up which said 'were you happy?'. I answered yes and then all the text details that took half an hour to get was erased by a survey screen! Lesson: never say you are happy!

Can’t believe it £40 charge just to change address. The advisor was good no complaints. I’ve moved to a less risky area house insurance nearly halved but car insurance gone up ????

Advisors were unable to answer a simple question “how much does it cost to repair a chip on the windscreen“? Live chat also gave me an incorrect telephone number for the windscreen company and cut off my chat when I said I am unable to get through due to it being incorrect. Ridiculous!

phoned on 23 july to sort out two cars pushed from one to another during the day was told i would be phoned back at 5.15 never happened phoned at about 6.15 spoke to adviser who sorted out payment for my car then had to speak to someone else for my wifes car which was a pain but she did a good job

I contacted them via their messenger today to update the address on my policy as I have just moved from Cheshire to the Isle of Wight, to change my address they wanted £77.00 extra policy cost and £30 administration. I have moved to one of the most secure places in the UK and they want to increase my policy cost, add to this my policy only has a little over one month left to run, so working on the logic they have supplied it will cost me an extra £912.00 to renew for 12 months... When I suggested that they might recheck their calculation, I was more or less told "thats what the computer says.." I told them to cancel the policy and provide me with the details to complain they hung up the messenger! I went on line and searched a new policy direct with AXA which was £90 cheaper than last year and gave me an extra £5000 cover should my trailer be stolen! I would have called but I am out of the country on business. Im sure many people have a good experience with this company but mine has not been...

Great price but uploading documents problematic and took 4 seperate attempts despite the system confirming each time . I got text saying my insurance was being cancelled whilst on holiday ... Natasha in customer service chat dealt with me twice - was appauling , no empathy , apology or customer care despite me explaining my issues and being stressed abroad. Not impressed so far .
