Took around 20 minutes to answer the phone and live chat I find worst than useless. Never send the conversation via email despite asking for it. I've had to make some mid term changes and I have to say exasperated by the fees and extra costs for relatively small changes. Told cancellation fee was £55.99 and cannot find this anywhere in their documentation. Suffice to say I will not be renewing and will never use again. Will have paid close to £400 this year for a small car - ridiculous.

Not living upto promises made. Insinuating customer to be in the wrong yet checking their live chat proved otherwise. Promised to send apology- but not received it. Having resolved the issue I received an email warning me that my policy will be cancelled. This has caused me great anxiety and waste of time. I did not sense any professionalism in your dealing.

So difficult to talk to an actual person. Reduced to typing to some faceless voiceless agent. Unable to help me insure new vehicle because everything is weighted in favour of the company and not the customer. The company I chose in the end was over £200 cheaper and rang me. Easy quick answer and service. Very expensive cancellation fees. Just all the worse thing about modern insurance company practices

Very bureaucratic for someone that has had a car insurance for many years here in the UK and have a license for as many years ... I am really Upset.

Service once through is excellent, but 18 in a telephone queue and 13 in an online queue is not acceptable. This is my first policy with One Call, let's hope it improves!

Long telephone queue number 28, hung up and tried online chat, had to wait 10 mins for it to become available then another 10 mins as was 8 in queue. I wanted a quote for change of vehicle in 3 weeks but the system can’t quote that far ahead, so 45/50 minutes to find out nothing.

Asked for updated policy, told I wold get an e-mail link to new portal within 15 mins. Not received and not in junk. Tried to go back onto online chat and it's 'not available' despite it being within the designated times i.e. 15:46.

Cancelled my policy with One Call today Fees are rediculous and not in line with other companies. I will be telling as many people as possible not to use them. Constantly on hold as well which never helps !!!

Wanted to add my father in law for one week to the policy to drive the kids around - couldn't do it - and painfully slow and lost interest. Will try and use his insurer next time as wasn't a problem for him. Advisor on the web chat was very helpful though but this is a poor product.

Charlotte was excellent on the live chat. Waiting time both on the call and live chat are very poor indeed and would put me off recommending to anyone else.

Charged £130 to change address & vehicle ! My car was a b m w now I have a Ford mondeo, I thought it would have been cheaper not happy👎

To call by phone was 34th in line, to use webchat 10th in line thaen during the chat your system went down and I had to start again, very frustratiing still not resolved the issue which was a sales opportu ity for your company.

I rang requesting a copy of my policy that I’ve never received and was promised it would be sent by email straight away. It has not been sent. The only correspondence I’ve received is this email requesting I give feedback on my experience.

I spent almost 45 minutes attempting to communicate with a person who could help me with my Home Insurance query. Firstly, I called 554015 and after 10 mins was told wrong number and put me through to Customer Services; this personal then transferred me to Motor Insurance when I'd asked for Home Insurance. Eventually after another long session of listening to repeated info, a very helpful young lady, Amy, answered and gave me the info I needed. However, I have to say that waiting interminably for Call Centres is really making me quite exasperated. I will, in future, leave all my insurances with a local broker whose office staff answer the phone when it rings !
