I have sent Mirrored no claims proof to you but because it only carries the Halifax web site on the page of the booklet that information is on this is not accepted. Very frustating when both are web based companies and insurance information is linked and available. I believe this is a money making excercise and does not encourage me to renew or insure my vehicles with you in the future

Enquired about the cost to change car insurance if I bought a different car and was quoted £79 to change for last 6 months of which £39 was administration fee. Lady who I spoke to wash helpful.

Too many additional charges. Asked to change vehicle, given a price which I accepted, warned to check for any changes to excess. Asked directly if there had been any changes, told it had been increased from £250 to £400. If you are going to change fundamental aspects of a policy, then you should notify and agree it in advance before quoting, NOT just do it and warn people to check. It owould have been just as easy to say "Please note we have raised your excess" rather than "check your policy in case we have". Very misleading, very dodgy practice. Won't be renewing.

Ac5 was very helpful and friendly. The gripe I have is the £39.50 admin costs is disgusting to be charged every time you need to make a change. When normally it’s someone just clicking a few letters on a keyboard how can this be justified ☹️

Recieved a Letter Of Cancellation...After I had submitted all my details...Couldnt get through on phone. tried live chat but this took along time too. Eventually got things sorted but I think the "Scare Tatics" could be reviewed

All I want to do is buy basic insurance. WHY am I subjected to add-ons, pressure selling adverts and such idiotic rubbish when I try to pay. It makes a difference. I'll NEVER use the site again.

Pleasant contacts and got what I wanted. However there was a very long wait which got cut off after first 10 minutes, so I had to join the queue again.

I tried to get my son added to our car policy for 2 days so that he could use my car to take my wife and myself to and from from Heathrow on 7th and 28th September. I was informed that this would cost £128.00, which I find totally unacceptable - I could get a taxi for this price. Not a useful or helpful response or service.

The chat feature is frustrating to use, it freezes too often and you have to go back to square 1 with a new advisor - therefore it has taken me OVER 90 MINUTES to change the vehicle on my policy.

Were do I start? I spent over an hour on the phone to various people, most of that on hold. My credit card was declined 2 weeks ago before that through no fault of my own. My bank alerted me to a potential fraud so I had to postpone my renewal. Today I tried to renew on the phone and add the same driver as before and had to go back to the start with her having waited by now an hour. Although I knew that OneCall had all my and her details. Then just trying to bring the insurance forward one week for us incurred a £30 extra, although I was told that this was not an admin fee. Polite agents working within a very flawed system!

Person onphone spoke too quickly and incorrectly quoted my details twice where they were rushing. Asked for the value of the car i wanted to insure and when i gave them the purchase price i was told that was not the value and to" go to the garage and find out" Will look elsewhere for my insurance

The call cut off at end. I still cannot access my policy online I asked for hard copy of policy to be posted. I am happy to pay the extra £8.99 for it.
