Asked to cancel my business insurance at the start of March 2019, and have just found out it has not been cancelled and I have paid it again. So I shall be contacting them

Beware good price for home insurance, but then when moved wanted to charge me a £40 admin fee eventthough the insurers didn't put an increase on my policy !!!

Great price and service when you buy your insurance, the issue come when you want to change something. This company has long delays for customer service via the phone and web chat. I cancelling my insurance thinking I was trading in my car, this turned to dust and when I contacted the company and asked to continue the insurance 36 hours before the end time, I was advised it could not be done and my policy will expire. So to summarise, if you buy insurance from this company don't under any circumstance change your cover, I did and it is costing me almost 3 days wages as I still have to pay the high cancellation fee. I was invited to contact the sales team to buy new insurance. Not likely.

Loan car: Substandard compared to my car Hand brake wobles Hand brake tension requires tightening Inside of the car is odorific - wet dog Back left tyre requires attention and warning light on re the same Telephoned at 11am to raise issue No written acknowledgement via text or email Chat: Raised in writing to chat Told wasn't onecall company I informed them that as far as I am concerned, I don't view the company operating in silos The issue could be far worse since the car may have caused a nervous driver to have an accident and they would liable for negligence causing death or injury

I had a query to find out if I would be able to make a claim on house contents insurance for my fitted oven which was smashed by a step ladder being knocked over onto it whilst decoration the kitchen. I phoned on Saturday and was told no one could answer my query. I phoned again on Thursday because I had not heard to be told there was a backlog and I would most probably not be contacted until the following Monday. This was a simple query to see if I was covered and to ascertain the cost of replacement. We cannot use the oven but, luckily we have installed a temporary cooker to use. If this was not the case we would have to use the hob and a microwave. Passable but not ideal. This time frame is at odds with the advertised quick response.

The automated service to actually get through to speaking to a real person is awful, especially as you have to pick an option but wait until all options are given before you can select. I thought my phone had an issue with the keypad.

Finally got assistance from ja9 who assured me all well with insurance: the back story in short I took out insurance, received confirmation, then was emailed warnings it was to be cancelled due to non submission of information, given a portal to upload information NOT on application, did as requested, received instant confirmation, received further warning my insurance would be cancelled due to non compliance - re submitted OVER PHONE details AGAIN having been told I had NOT entered requested details via emailed portal??? Where did it go then I asked? Finally assured by ja9 all would be fine. A confirmation email with some explanation would have been welcome as the company's readiness to email warnings due to their own failings were not in short supply. I've never had such a pallever insuring any car. But thanks ja9 for your help in finally getting it sorted!

Called in because I had a problem logging in to my account. To me it was a simple issue. Unfortunately I did not get the assistance I required and am still unable to log in.

The process of buying the policy was fine, however having requested my driving license details, the automated system didn't recognise them, and the online live chat was unavailable on three separate occasions despite being within published hours, which led to having the policy threatened to be cancelled.

Disappointed after only being a car insurance customer for one week. Have shared my driving licence no and NI number twice on the portal, popped up with successful.y entered. This morn got a letter saying my insurance will be cancelled in 2 days as I have not yet shared my driving licence details. Tried to call the number on letter, been trying to get through for 30 mins and have now shared my driving licence details again (tried to do the on line chat, but is currently closed, says try again later!). Helpful, NOT. And am trying to work and make sure I still have cover to drive my car to/from work this week!!!

Too long waiting - not good customer service. Live chat never worked despite many many attempts. Some advice from someone who needs to keep my clients happy: Think about how you can turn this customer experience on its head!

Disappointed. Was asked to add licence details on portal ..I did do promptly. 3 days later I receive a text saying my insurance will be cancelled as I haven't given licence details. I re-entered details.. I have been able to get confirmation if my insurance is still valid. On hold for 20 minutes only to be cut off and live chat does not work. Frustrating.

Called your office via the landline, took 6 options before i spoke to a human. In the process of buying a new vehicle which will arrive 5 days after my existing policy expires. I require an extension for a week to cover my car. I was informed it could only be done online. After several attempts with setting up Live Chat i have been informed to try again later. So i will give up and go elsewhere, taking my other policy with me.
