Where do I start, I was ripped of from the start when I tried to enter the voucher code to save an extra £40 I was not accepted so I went back online the next day and it had been removed. There was nothing online to advise that the oven was out of stock. One week later I phoned knowhow and this when they advised it was out of stock, I was told that there was 50 ovens coming in the following Monday but there was over 100 orders for the product and I would have to wait and see if I would get one from this batch. I asked when the next shipment was arriving and was informed the end of the month. I told the customer service lady I can't wait that long and she found it most amusing and laughed at me. I was lucky and received an oven from the first batch. Getting a text at 7:05 the morning of the delivery gave me no time to sort time off work there was no way I was booking a day off work. After looking at the reviews it looked like the driver calls 20 minutes before and I thought this was greate as I only work 15 minutes away. The driver did phone but it was when he was 5 minutes away, I asked if he would wait and his first answer was No, the he changed him mind and waited for me to arrive which I did apparently but when I got home I was faced with a sarcastic attitude. I have bee asked to send feedback and I was asked if I would be happy if someone called me, guess what no one has ever phoned me. They then had the nerve to send me another feedback questionnaire I filled it out and they sent it to me again and again. CURRY'S WILL BE MY LAST RESORT. Discussed in the lack of customers services.

There are just never staff on hand. I've called into the New Oscott branch 4 times in the last few days to make a significant purchase . On each occasion I stood by the TV area waiting for advice about a purchase. After waiting another 40 minutes today with no assistance, I'll just go elsewhere.

If minus stars were possible, I'd need them. Ordered a washing machine on 5 Dec. Then two weeks later received a message saying there was a delay and to call the general number, which took three days of trying to get through on. The machine was out of stock and but would be back in stock on 26 Dec and I'd receive a phonecall to tell me when it would arrive. On 5 Jan had to call to find out what was going on, and was told that the machine would be in stock on 12 Jan. So I tried to order the same machine in a different colour, which I was told *was* in stock. But the guy on the phone put the order through incorrectly, so had to ring back a week later to find out what was going on. Then when they did try to deliver, they found, apparently, that the could get to my house because their truck was so big. (This has never once been a problem for me before, so it must really have been a gigantic truck). Getting anyone on the phone is nearly impossible. They simply cannot give you a straight answer, and refuse to pass your call on to a supervisor. A complaint made by email remains unanswered. Buying from Currys is not a good idea: the customer service is simply non-existent and you will be sorry. I am. I will never ever buy anything from Currys again.

Know how delivery a shambles, lied to by operator at Chipping Sodbury,(David), then lied to by his supervisor,(Lewis). They tell you want you want to hear not what is actually going to happen!! Still waiting for my washing machine to be delivered, fourth attempt tomorrow!! David forgot to put the phone on hold and I heard him F-ing and cursing. Lewis was calling me "mate" during our conversation!! What happened to customer service??? Never again will I buy from Curries, DISGRACFUL!!!

Curry's Milton keynes is an absolute disgrace. It is the very reason why buying online is taking over. Twice in a week I've tried to purchase a TV. The latest I even reserved online in the hope I'd just need to pop in, pay & collect, but that would be too easy. Needless to say I'll be taking my business elsewhere forever. Curry's when you go under the reasons will have been staring you right in the face. If you can't get it right & are not prepared to add value via bricks & mortar give it up now as you have no future.

On Friday my built in Oven died decided we needed some assistance went to Ipswich Currys on Tesco estate. Cannot fault the two sales assistants, found what we wanted. Went on to process order came to delivery and the computer wanted to charge me £30-£40 despite all around the store it states FREE DELIVERY. The lady could not understand why called her manager over. He totally ignored me and my husband who where after all the customers and informed the sales lady there was nothing he could do except deduct £6 that they would have charged if I had waited I believe a week. Not once did the manager apologise or explain directly to us. So we very politely said not interested and walked away. Went to Stannards in Stowmarket and the service was amazing to whay Currys offered. Free delivery and oven and hob delivered within an hour. Don't use Currys try local suppliers and by the way the cost was cheaper as well.

After visiting your chesterfield store on sunday the 8/01/17 to have a look at microwaves,we found one we liked but no stock we saw an assistant who was dealing with another customer after 10 mins she noticed us and said she would be 2 min so we hung around having a look at other things after 15 mins went to find her and she had gone not impressed eventually we found someone who told us there was none in stock but we could go to sheffield i told her not to bother and left the shop .having worked in retail for over 20 years and having it drilled into colleagues about customer service i think you might have to re visit yours probably retrain your colleagues

they sold me a faulty phone and didn't refund me (or even help me how to fix it), saying I had only 14 days to have returned it. The store manager in Canary Wharf was one of rudest guys I had ever seen in real life , let alone business. I had to buy another phone from John Lewis (great service btw) and pay a 200 buck phone bill because of all the calls I made to their inefficient customer service to try to fix my phone from abroad. Will never buy from them. Period.

What an awful company with shocking staff and a total disregard for any customer who try's to complain. Everyone should think twice before buying anything from this company. Went to a flag ship store to by a TVs, it wasn't in stock, they sent me to another store 12 miles away, they wouldn't do the same deal, went home with nothing and phoned up to speak to someone, still waiting for a call back 4 hours ago.

Well, where do I start????? Went to the Farnborough store a week ago to buy a fridge/freezer for the property I am moving into. I knew what I wanted and got there for opening time at 9. 5 young guys, members of staff standing by the fridge isle, chatting away and just ignoring me. Eventually I had to approach them and one of them then reluctantly helped me. Got to cash till to pay and told him that I needed the doors opening the other way. Paid £55 for that service. Chose a date, but not a time slot. Got a text message saying delivery will arrive between 2.50 and 6.50 pm. Guess what? It didn't. I phoned Knowhow on my mobile at 5p per minute and had to wait 20 min . Eventually they ( obnoxious and rude) up at 7.30, no apology. Once unpacked, noticed that door opening hadn't been changed. Now have to wait in on Sunday for a guy to come out and get it done. NO TIMESLOT facility, but apparently they will phone me 30 min before they arrive. We will see!!!!.

Swindon Store. Waited in all day for a scheduled delivery. Called the knowhow.co.uk site at 6.15pm and after 20 minutes on hold at 5p/minute was told they were running late and would be with me by 7.00pm. No Delivery arrived. Just checked on-line to find that I have been rescheduled and am expected to wait for another 5 days. Off to cancel the order tomorrow and will buy on-line from AO. No phone calls at any point from this pathetic company.

Item faulty, tech team established I need a replacement - passed to sales. They said somebody will call back to arrange details, still waiting 6 days later. I have called 3 times unsuccessfully to call and chase. I emailed yesterday, no response. I have no faith left in this company. Avoid their terrible after sales service.

On Christmas Eve my dryer decided to break, my in laws went to Curry's and brought a new one for us. When we got it home it didn't spin properly and starts to smoke they then go back to Curry's and ended up paying more money for a different dryer. They told my partner's nan it would be delivered Monday between 4:30-8:30pm we receive a call saying that the driver has been sent home poorly and the new dryer won't be delivered till Thursday!!! I spoke to someone Tuesday and he promised to get delivery for today between 7-11am still no dryer so I phone and he's put Thursday delivery he lied straight to our faces on the phone which has really ticked me off the best thing is I have a small baby in the house and the broken one still in my kitchen!!! You need to sort this out I'm utterly disappointed and disgusted with your services and I've told people not to shop with you and I won't be coming.ing back either and I think you should give me a discount with my purchase for all the trouble you have put me through!!! I'm very angry and upset!!!

1 star is still a lot !! I am absolutely fuming . I ordered a fridge freezer online a week ago, and chose today to be delivered , they confirmed it would be between 7am-7pm , then the time slot got changed again to between 3pm-8pm ! I have been waiting in all day for this to be delivered and only 15 minutes before the arranged slot do I get a voicemail to say that the driver has ran out of driving hours and I quote "might" deliver it tomorrow . I have never received such poor customer service ! Both myself and my partner work shifts and we have now had to take unpaid leave from work bevause deliveries can't be timed correctly , what frustrates me even more is that I've got bags of food shopping that have to be kept cool as it's meats and vegetables and milk that is right now sitting on my kitchen floor . This is the last time I will be ordering anything from currys !!

Ordered an item which was meant to be a gift for nephew for Christmas. The item doesn't arrive by Christmas as per their numerous emails stating orders by a certain date would arrive before XMas. Their supposed "tracking" shows it was "left at your house or a neighbour" but the service did not have a signature (which is utterly pointless). We live in a block of flats so on Xmas eve went around knocking on people's doors irritating them to see if the item has arrived. Contacted Currys and was advised the item did not have a signature and to go ask other buildings in the area if they'd received it. So here I go on a wild goose chase again to no sign of the item. I was then advised they would raise a query with royal mail and get back within 24 hours which obviously didn't happen. Then told it can take upto 48 hours. No contact. Then advised it sometimes takes upto 72 hours. Nothing. Then rang and was advised the matter would be sorted by the 31st and not a day longer and to give it that time. Rang again today to be told it can take 14 days. This is despite notes from previous advisors being there on call notes to say wat time frame they had promised me a resolution by. After all, if they promise something and its not resolved by a certain time why should you suffer as a result? they should replace or re-send the item and then sort it out with THEIR nominated delivery service. Glad I placed an order through PayPal and I have no choice but to file a dispute with them which I really didn't want to do. Currys are as bad as they have a reputation for. If you have ANY other option please DO NOT place an order with them or buy from them, it will save you a lot of hassle and headache. I genuinely mean it. They lie to you on a whim and will tell you anything to get you off the phone which is just not right if you tell the customer the proper time frame in the first instance it wouldn't be an issue but numerous calls and trips to royal mail (who cannot help as you're not the sender) later it turns into a massive inconvenience it did not need to be. This entire matter has wasted a lot of time and caused a deal of hassle and needless worry, and even for the inconvenience the least they could do is sort this out for me without me having to get my payment company involved. Shocking.
