“Friendly, informative, comprehensive and overall great customer service! Great artists and sketch writers. Absolutely loved everything about the process of putting my concept together with specialists and experts in the field. And the end result has been even better than I had expected. I had unfortunately, and perhaps somewhat naively, not counted on the steep transport fees and taxes for getting my piece from the U.S. to Belgium. Which is an experience and a knowledge that, perhaps, the next European customer could benefit from when considering the total price tag. But that's been a "me" problem more than anything. Thank you for your time and dedication!”

“From start to finish the whole experience was amazing, the team at Custom Made kept me well informed throughout the process - took my ideas and knocked it out of the park. From the initial design drawings to the end product was amazing to feel the creation come to life. My fiance was thrilled, honestly came out even better than expected. Would highly recommend if you want your fiance to have a one of kind ring built specifically for her.”

“I had a custom-designed wedding ring made for my wife. I designed it and explained it in my original email to CustomMade. They were great and took it from there to drawings, 3D CAD design and then to a physical ring. It is AMAZING and she loves it.”

“The team at CustomMade.com far surpassed all of my expectations in every way, and I am so so happy that I found them!! It was a truly seamless concierge-level service, that was so informational, communicative, and instructional throughout the entire process. The team took their time to help and instruct and guide through every step. They were extremely patient with me while I took a lot longer than I expected to really get my ideas out, and in the end they delivered the perfect ring. So transparent about everything, great service, phenomenal unique design, very competitively priced - EVERYTHING WITH CUSTOMMADE IS EXCEPTIONAL!! I couldn't recommend any more highly!”

“Custom Made came thru with flying colors. I wanted to give my son the same mold ring I purchased for my graduation back in 92 but unfortunately, the company no longer existed. Custom Made was able to make a replica of the ring. My son was ecstatic and I am eternally grateful. Thank you all at Custom Made.”

“WOW! That’s how I’ll start this review! Many websites have overwhelming amounts of choices while the brick and mortar stores are super high priced and commission driven. I didn’t know what I was getting into when I found your site because nobody referred me, I was just shopping around the internet for a center stone. Well, I fell down the rabbit hole and I can’t say how AMAZING you folks have been. As picky as I had to be, you folks jumped at every opportunity to make my experience better, memorable, and special to me. You guys really mean it when you say “OK isn’t good enough!” The pieces I received are absolutely stunning, and I can’t wait to give them to her. You will have pics and video very soon!!! “I am impressed with the service they provide. The ring I was looking for was so specific and different but they helped me realize my dream and were very detailed and friendly in every part of the process. They worked quickly, efficiently and kept in constant contact with me. They didn't stop until I was satisfied with the result, which wasn't difficult because they are truly amazing. I thank Mikha, Ken, Bridgette, Rafa, Chermalyn and everyone who worked on this very special project for me. I will never forget the moment I received the ring, the package is so beautiful and the extra gift of the kit is very thoughtful and special.
