“My first order went smoothly but my second order was cancelled because the restaurant only accepted cash. Not sure what happeded but this should have been known by door dash before I placed the order. We waited 40mins and we learned our order got cancelled. It was 830pm already and we were starving.”

“I had a lovely driver the other night and I appreciated the prompt service. However, is less great news, listing a restaurant that I'm told is 'out of the driver's range' AFTER I've done the work of filing my cart (why list it if it's out of range?) is annoying. The surge pricing isn't awesome either. But aside from that, so far so good. Please recalibrate so that restaurants that aren't in my range don't show up on my list and waste time. Many thanks and good luck!”

“Overall the delivery experience was fine, no major problems. However once I ate my food I did spend the next 8 hours throwing up from food poisoning and was unable to eat anything but toast and saltine crackers for the next 48 hours. Not ideal”

“Like all food delivery services, doordash is convenient. Doordash also has a larger selection of restaurants and has the ability to create a group order. I would consider myself a super user of doordash, using for business (group) use and also personal. However, as of the last 30 days, I've had missing items (always in large orders) and inaccurate descriptions of items vs what is actually delivered. Currently, I still turn to doordash for group orders and out of convenience, but have been using UberEATS and eat24 because they offer more coupons and quicker turnaround time.”

“Have had multiple deliveries where the food has been cold or there has been missing items. Would like to see more consistency in the order delivery.”

“Your service in comparison to competitors, never reaches delivery faster than 45 minutes, even when the place is fast food and 1/2 a mile away. Orders are also incorrect 20% of the time, which is a little high. Otherwise everything is good”
