“Overall the delivery experience was fine, no major problems. However once I ate my food I did spend the next 8 hours throwing up from food poisoning and was unable to eat anything but toast and saltine crackers for the next 48 hours. Not ideal”

“Like all food delivery services, doordash is convenient. Doordash also has a larger selection of restaurants and has the ability to create a group order. I would consider myself a super user of doordash, using for business (group) use and also personal. However, as of the last 30 days, I've had missing items (always in large orders) and inaccurate descriptions of items vs what is actually delivered. Currently, I still turn to doordash for group orders and out of convenience, but have been using UberEATS and eat24 because they offer more coupons and quicker turnaround time.”

“Decent service for busy professionals but still working out the kinks. Quality can be hit & miss - regardless of distance from your location. Also, it'd be better if their app enabled you to tip the driver after delivering -”

“Service is great for delivery of your favorite Resturants around without having to go and get the food yourself. The problem is you are expected to tip the driver even before the food comes. Tips are for good service, but now everyone expects one no matter what. Also, I had a few occasions when food was missing or just not quite as good as it should be. No napkins, forks, spoons, ketchup etc. you have to be very very specific if you want anything and if you happen to not get your food, you're out the money you paid, because door dash only refunds the delivery fee of $5.99. :/ but they do send a review to the place you ordered from. Oh thanks, that makes it much better. Delivery people are usually nice. Some don't say anything just shove a bag at you and say (insert name) with blank expression on there face and walk away quickly. Hey, they got their tips already and you probably won't see them again because it's always different people doing deliveres. Door dash better step it up, because there are a lot of other companies jumping on this band wagon for a lot cheaper and I can't wait to see.”

“Your service in comparison to competitors, never reaches delivery faster than 45 minutes, even when the place is fast food and 1/2 a mile away. Orders are also incorrect 20% of the time, which is a little high. Otherwise everything is good”

“DoorDash is a better service in the sense where you get your food in an hour rather than two hours. If you're ordering in SF, it will take longer. But if you're ordering in the Peninsula (Burlingame, San Mateo), it would be quicker. Nice drivers but it would be better if they grabbed condiments, utensils and napkins as well. DoorDash has great customer support.”
