“I like the estimates of how long it might take to deliver, as it helps choosing a restaurant if you are pressed for time. I also find the caliber & variety of restaurants great.”

“Great service, almost always on time or early. I live in a confusing complex so ive had missed deliveries and wrong addresses dropped off at (and rude neighbors actually accepting food that isnt theirs!). Doordash is always right there to fix it quickly and continues to offer fantastic customer service throughout. They always make it right. I do think some of the drivers should double check the name on the order when dropping off because sometimes not a word is spoken and deliveries end up wrong. Otherwise, amazing service.”

“Actually, DoorDash is not as expensive as I first expected. The advantage is, they get food from more restaurants than are typically available through other food delivery sites. Drivers have been great and so far, none have been late with deliveries.”

“Fastest delivery ever received. I cannot believe how quick the order was placed in within 10 minutes the driver was already at the restaurant waiting for my food. Mind you we ordered sushi, which is very quick to prepare. We had her food within 30 minutes. Beat that, Uber Eats!!!!”

“I work at a middle school. We only get 30 minutes for lunch. DoorDash has been so helpful - we can order and eat great lunches without worrying about who is going to go get food and if it will get here on time. DoorDash is fantastic and has helped us tremendously. Thank you DoorDash!!!”

“We have used DoorDash many times and the drivers have always been friendly and helpful. However, Saturday night our driver went above and beyond. We had placed a large order that the restaurant somehow had gotten mixed up with another order. When he arrived to pick up the order, Ethan called me to clarify the order and then waited at the restaurant until it was complete! I really appreciate this exceptional service.”

“Excellent service. Have used Door Dash many times. On only one occasion did I have a problem. It was with a late delivery. The driver was most polite and apologetic. To my surprise I received an email apology from you and was extended a generous credit on my next Door Dash delivery = which, by the way, was the next evening. Keep up the good work.”
