“My husband surprised the kids and I by sending some Starbucks to our front door through DoorDash, in Sunnyvale, CA. The driver, Jatin G, was very prompty, updated my husband the entire way and delivered our hot drinks with a delightful smile. Very grateful on the blustery day!”

“DoorDash deliveries are on time and, if you request, they will deliver right to the door. The drivers are polite and friendly. If there is ever a problem with the service, let them know and you will get an extra benefit to make up for the inconvenence. I am a happy DoorDash customer.”

“Unbelievably easy app to use. I tracked my order from start to finish, it was literally delivered at the exact time they told me! Excellent! I will recommend to everyone and will use it again. Usually travel alone and get stuck eating pizza or Chinese! I got to eat a meal from an actual restaurant without leaving my hotel room! THANK YOU!”

“I live in San Jose. I don't drive, so I've been using DoorDash for a year now. I have used their service for about 30 times so far. I usually order Indian food, sometimes sandwiches or pizzas too...Every single time it's been a great experience! Instant status messages(dasher arrived at the restaurant, picked up the order, on the way and then even the time when he is approaching your home with the order), delivery right on time, to the exact minute estimated at the time of placing the order itself...sometimes even early...never found any food missing...well thermal protected...always felt like dining in a restaurant...fresh and hot! Very helpful service and I'm grateful. I can't thank you guys enough...THANKS Dashers!”

“Extremely impressed with my first experience. Received a text when food was picked up,and it arrived earlier than expected. Was extremely impressed with the variety since grubhub in my area consists mainly of pizza places and sketchy Chinese. The food was amazing. Very pleased.”

“When I tried using the site, and mind you I was signed in already, every time i checked out it would ask me to log in again and I did and it continued to ask me to sign in, and once it did, it would get rid of the order and I would have to do it all over again with no progress, terrible site”

“I used DoorDash for the first time today. I ordered from El Pollo Loco. Yes, I had to wait but it's not like I could go anywhere on my own. My car is in the shop so I turned to DoorDash rather than another food delivery service that has less restaurants to choose from. Marcelo delivered my food. It was delivered on time and he was very pleasant. I will definitely use DoorDash again!!”

“I read all of the horrible reviews about DoorDash, and I was very hesitant. Boy was I wrong! This is great. I've ordered about 10 times in the last month, and each time but one has been great. On one, my order was very wrong, so I went online and filled out their complaint form, and within about 20 minutes, DoorDash refunded me for those items! Very happy about this.”

“I just tried it for the first time and it was easy and fast! The time for the food to her I was initially given us 45 minutes to an hour. It came in half an hour. Driver found me no problem, was pleasant. Such great service.”

“I love DoorDash! So many great options and the service is outstanding. I order 2-3 times a week and I have yet to meet a Dasher that wasn't prompt or super friendly. Any review of a restaurant that is under a 5 gets an immediate follow up (I've only done that once and it was an average rating) Use this service, you won't be sorry!”

“My order usually comes before the set time, which is awesome. It is always hot and good. The Drivers are super nice and always have kind words for me. Grub Hub has nothing on Door Dash. I have Cancer and it keeps me home bound most of the time. I would be lost right now without Door Dash. I get my favorite food delivered by nice and friendly people. Yes, it is a more than it would be if I went and got the food myself. But, right now, you are a God send! Thank you for doing such a great job!”
