“I'm beyond pleased with DoorDash. There's a vast and great selection of restaurants to choose from. As for the delivery service itself, I'm very happy with what I've seen and have no complaints. The timeliness of delivery has been spot on as I've received most of my orders well before the estimated delivery time frame. When I did receive an incorrect order, it only took a few clicks to notify the customer support team. Not only did they respond immediately, they rectified the problem by having the corrected items delivered just as fast. The overall service is amazing and I'll continue to be a loyal customer because of it.”

“I have found that delivery is generally faster than estimated, the restaurants off good quality food from a great selection of menus, and when it arrives, it is usually warm. I did have a problem with this early on but this seems to have been largely resolved. Kudos to you for an excellent service.”

“I love using DoorDash! I work late hours and don't always want to cook when I get home. They are able to pick up food and get it delivered to me by the time I get home. They also offer a lot of options to choose from. I highly recommend using DoorDash!”

“Why Cook? DoorDash has some of Denver's best restaurants and it has become quite a problem.... I can't even fathom cooking so many nights now! For the cost of a delivery fee, I have food in an hour - and good food! Masterpiece Deli - Cafe Byblos - Jim's Gourmet Hot Dogs (just to name a few of my favorites) Can I also mention the the Dashers are awesome - never scary or creepy looking when they drop off my food. Always really nice and pleasant. That was one of my concerns when I first used DoorDash - - who will be coming by my house ??? But I have always felt comfortable with the Dashers. Not loving the new format though! - where do you find hot dogs? Burgers? > No :( but hopefully it will grow on me - because up to now - you have been a real foodie haven in my life and I have enjoyed the service very much. Keep up the good work. :)”

“I have now used Door Dash roughly 20 times. By far it is the best food delivery service ever. The restaurants are top notch and delivery is normally less than the time advertised. In addition, the app lets you keep track of your order.”

“DoorDash is great. I especially like the vast selection of restaurants. Also, the delivery fees are usually lower than Postmates. On the other hand, I have seem instances in which DoorDash's prices are higher than the original restaurant prices. This bothers me. Postmates makes a point of always charging the original restaurant prices. I have to assume that, factoring in all of these pricing and fee manipulations, the two services are competitive.”
