“Doordash is the best food delivery app I have used. I have never had any issues with their app, never have had an item not delivered, and never had to deal with a rude driver. On top of that, they keep expanding and offering a vast array of restaurants. I remember when it wasn't even in my area, now the other day I counted at least 80 restaurants that I had the option of ordering from. This has opened the doors for me to try new foods as I always want to try new restaurants, but dislike eating alone and don't have anyone to go with me. I love this app!”

“Great service so far with the exception of one delivery. Wish there was a better way to be able to order larger quantities for catering. When adding the same items multiple times, it doesn't consolidate in the cart so takes more time to adjust. Big fan so far. Would be great to get discounts here and there for frequent users. Jimmy”

“Overall, a very positive and experience with the service and drivers. I've only had one issue and it was recently when I had cup cakes delivered. The driver didn't take the appropriate care required with such delicate cargo and eight of the dozen cupcakes toppled over and were ruined. But besides that one hiccup, very good service!????”

“I love DoorDash for the following reasons: Absolutely, 100% reliable service. Great customer service Website is very user friendly Excellent variety of restaurants Courteous drivers Has enabled me to order food I love from restaurants which do not take reservations and which often require a long wait (e.g. Sugarfish, R+D Kitchen, Milo & Olive, ROC are a few examples.”

“I love Doordash so much. If I had just one suggestion, it would be for Doordash to implement an individual payment system, so that people in a group cart can pay their share of the order online, on Doordash, with their own credit cards. I use Doordash frequently with coworkers to order lunch, and having to figure out who owes how much to the cart owner, and dealing with people not having cash on them or the correct change, is a huge hassle (and the only hassle we frequently have with the Doordash experience).”

“I love you guys! I had a snafu about a week ago but it all worked out in the end. One suggestion: Let us have a search option on kind of food we are craving like fish & chips, chimichanga, milkshake, adobo, etc.”

“I love how doordash can deliver from restaurants that don't have their own delivery options. It's great. However, sometimes when I pre-order the food gets there too early, like when I am still on the way home. There should be an option to say, for example, "no I want my food at 7:30" versus "yes I want my food at 7:30 or earlier". Just an idea”
