"This was my very first\u2014and definitely my last\u2014experience with DoorDash. I scheduled an early morning iced coffee delivery with simple instructions to meet me at the door. I sat outside for several minutes, waiting as the driver circled the house. Instead of following the instructions, he pulled into the driveway and dropped my order at the back door next to the trash bins, then took a photo of the bins as proof of delivery.\r\n\r\nWhen I walked toward him, he quickly rushed into his car and drove away. To make matters worse, when I picked up my order, the coffee was already opened and spilled all over the bag. I immediately contacted DoorDash and provided their own delivery photo as evidence, requesting a refund. Shockingly, they denied the refund and refused to take responsibility.\r\n\r\nI had no choice but to throw the coffee in the trash and reorder elsewhere. Poor service, careless delivery, and no accountability. This was an incredibly disappointing experience, and I will not be using DoorDash again."

But what really urks me is the fact that DoorDash thinks they can raise the prices of food on their app. How is that even legal, you go to the website and the prices are ALWAYS cheaper. Plus the delivery charge and service fees and other BS they make their users pay just to have it delivered. Dashers are definitely not making that money so why and how is it legal to raise the prices of food on the app vs what the actual pricing is.\r\nDoorDash is a complete scam and steals from its users and restaurants themself by up-charging for food."

"Paid 18 bucks to have food delivered, was never delivered and they wouldn't refund my money, come to find out dasher left it sitting in front of 160 unit apartment building when it was supposed to be HANDED to me at my apartment"

"Pizza was wrong. I contacted DoorDash and they would only refund $7.19 of a $25 pizza."

"We placed an order with doordash with a promotional code. They accepted the code and when the order came they put the price up they took away the promotional code. I called customer service they were very unhelpful. Very disappointed. Dishonest practice. You can't put the price up once an order has been placed."
