I have been a huge doordash user for nearly 2 years. Tonight was the last order I will ever place. My driver picked up my food and then went to another restaurant to pick up other orders, delivered to two different homes before mine, all while my food what in their car. It just resulted in a cold gross dinner for my family. Bye doordash.

When selecting a restaurant there is a part that says "free delivery" next to most of them but, that's not always true. Taco Bell said free delivery but at check out there was an almost $8 delivery fee. Jack in the box said free delivery but at checkout there was an almost $5 fee. I've ordered from doordash several times (from places with and without up front delivery fees) I like the service and online menus. But it was the false claims that lost me as a costumer. I don't want to completely finish my order to find out at the end there's a fee when they said there wasn't.

The guy was nice enough and apologized for the slight delay. However, my whole bag of food freaked of cigarettes!! I had to place my food in different containers and my food was cold. First time door dash experience was bad.

I remember a time where doordash was very good at letting people schedule their dashes now because more and more people are working with doordash the scheduling sucks and they're not trying to fix it they work well with me when it comes to getting a schedule Dash but they make it hard for someone like myself who has been doing this a lot longer than the newer Dashers to get any schedule 😠😡😤.

Better service in general than other places I've ordered from but they automatically sign you up for DashPass without your knowledge or consent so after 30 days you'll get charged $10. Customer service said "because I was unaware of that knowledge..." I was unaware because they didn't say anything or have any concent/agreements.

My first order said 35 minutes before I entered payment. After payment said 1 hour. I immediately tried to cancel. The service stalled. 5 minutes later message I could not cancel order being processed. I'm not impressed. Let's see when order really gets here 😕

I ordered a cold brew coffee with almond milk French vanilla coconut and sugar I said light ice and medium size I got a large and they added to much ice and it wasn’t cold brew and it didn’t have sugar I was so upset

I am a driver and I had to miss a scheduled dash because I witnessed an accident and a beautiful young man lost his life!! Because I had missed that dash I get scraps worked 3.2 hours I got 3 orders made a whole $23. I am disgusted with the whole business I have called and written them explaining why I missed the scheduled dash, but they don't care a bit and it's just disgusted!! I was one of the drivers that would go beyond what was required I actually spent my own money because it's ladies food did not get delivered and do they care nope not a bit

They make their estimated delivery time without even having a confirmed driver, my meal arrived 20 minutes after the time it said it would be delivered. Not a good experience and sets the driver up for failure

I’ve ordered from door dash a few times and they’re fast with delivery but items were left off of my $80.00 last order and there’s really no quick way to get in touch with someone. Items get left out from time to time with Grub Hub too, but it’s always fairly easy to contact customer service and they always refund me for the items missed, and there’s never a problem. When you pay for a delivery service to deliver food, groceries, etc. the customer service has to be really good and manageable and if it’s not that’s a big problem.

Door dash would not accept our credit card information. Tried 2 different cards both were not accepted. The only issue we saw was that the billing zip code was not the same as the delivery zip code since we were from out of town trying to get something delivered. Very frustrating, we ended up having to go pick it up after wasting so much time trying to get the damn card entered! Never using again and canceling account right away

Terrible scam that DoorDash coral springs lists a restaurant called Falafel Bistro in coral springs, fl that includes wine with some top meals yet wine cannot be delivered. So dumb. And the restaurant says to type instructions in the Notes yet DoorDash does not allow note instructions. So dumb

I ordered dessert for my son's birthday. My delivery instructions specifically stated to leave the order at the front desk of his dorm and included his name and phone number. I received a text, "I left it" within the delivery window, around 8pm. At 11:30pm my son let me know that there was still no delivery for him. I contacted DoorDash via email only to find out that MY name was put on the delivery instead of following my explicit delivery instructions. DoorDash basically responded with...we dropped off the delivery, the Dasher texted you, sorry for the confusion. I did not find this helpful whatsoever. I personally tracked down the delivery as it sat at a desk with MY name on it. So my son received his goodies a day late & after sitting out all night. I just find this to be unacceptable service. The timing was perfect, but not putting the right name on it completely defeated the purpose of a food delivery service.

When I first started off, I was kinda of pleased with doordash, but the last few months of ordering and using their delivery service .. I've become disappointed with this service, coupled with some of the restaurants that they deliver for. Often times, what's listed onthe doordash menu for hese places, are not what they have in stock in the he actual restaurant and that is highly disappointing. There is an option that I usually click in in the drop down menu that specific to call me if something is unavailable so I can decude whether I want to exchange it for something else or get a refund PRIOR to the delivery person leaving the store, but they (doordash and the restaurant) don't always team up to make this happen. They proceed with little to no caution and go ahead do what they want to do with little or no contact and correspondence between themselves and the consumer. I really don't appreciate this at all. Also then if doordash decides to issue you a refund, (no matter what the issue is). It's usually only credits to your personal doordash account and not back to the original credit or debit card that you purchased your meal(s) with and that is inconveniencing and disappointing, seems sheisty to me. I order via the delivery service because it's a little cheaper than ubereats for delivery, also the wide variety of places to choose from to eat as opposed to the same ole sub pizza salads or wing spots and last but not least . Because It's most convenient for my personal lifestyle. Going forward I prefer the menus be accurate and that they follow through on th selected drop down menu option as well as if a consultation is not satisfied and wity investigation their argument or issue is proven to be accurate and correct, and not deceit; that they be allowed a refund to back to the method or card used to pay initially. First, the dashers have to be the laziest unprofessionals I have ever met. Most of the time I have to leave my house to pick up the order. Most of the time the order has at least one component missing of the order

3x in the last month I've had issues where Doordash has cancelled my order an HOUR after it was supposed to be delivered. This is really poor service when you're ordering for a business lunch and can't count on something to arrive with an hour to spare. I will be sending an employee to pick up food again instead of counting on this service.

First time ordering with Door Dash and the order was completely wrong. Being a college student, i cringed at paying $10 for fastfood at wendy's but hey, have to eat. The order came to me cold and wrong. My burger was poorly made and missed half of the ingredients (bacon and onions) , the fries were a mixture of half done, overdone and cold. I asked for sweet and sour sauce, they gave me whatever they wanted to which was honey mustard. This clearly was someone else's order. I called door dash customer service immediately and they fixed it with no problem. Thank you Bale for assisting me professionally and swiftly, however keep in account when you give a credit, give it for the food and the delivery. It's an inconvenience to me to spend money and get the wrong order. When i order again, i still have to pay taxes and delivery. I don't believe it's fair for me to have to pay for an issue at all.

I have had NUMEROUS instances where I don't receive my whole order. This last time, I was charged for my whole order and then half of my order disappeared, though not the cost of it! I've had cold food delivered to me over an hour AFTER it was supposed to be due to app malfunctions. I loved door dash because it was great as I can't leave work often, but I'm now done with them as they've had way too many mistakes!

i had smash burger delivered yesterday & i'll never do that again. the smash fries hardly had any seasoning on them & the burger was pretty cold actually so where the fries. the only reason i gave 2 stars is cause the burger still tasted really good. this is a place that u have to order & eat there not get delivered. def a waste of $20
