“Delivery way ahead of schedule”

“Excellent delivery service! Every time I've placed an order, I have been thrilled with all of the updates to let you know of the progress, the fact that they notify you who will be delivering your order, and that your order has arrived. This is a wonderful benefit to me, as I have two dogs, and this allows me to go outside beforehand and meet the driver. My dogs are friendly, but you would never know that by the way they bark at whomever knocks at the door. The drivers have always been early, which is another positive for me. I'll continue ordering from Door Dash. Other delivery services have excessive charges, but Door Dash is much more reasonable with their fees. Great service all around!”

“Door Dash provides many times the restaurant availability/variety of it's competitors and when a customer service issue comes up, any and all concerns are addressed and handled in a professional but personable manner. Door Dash marketing does not provide much as far as incentive offers but I'm sure they are working on that.”
