“We were looking forward to a meal to be delivered to our hotel from a Japanese restaurant. The cute little tracker showed the delivery car in the hotel parking lot. But the delivery was never made. Suddenly, the tracker said, "Order is complete." No sign of delivery person. No sign of food. Did he eat it or give it to somebody else? We got a refund, but Door Dash rep acted like it might have been a problem with the address. But the tracker showed the delivery person was in the parking lot of our Holiday Inn on a major thoroughfare, which should not have been hard to find.”

“Absolutely the worst company I’ve dealt with—terrible online security and even worse customer service. I opened a merchant account two months ago, and my DoorDash account has been hacked three times since. I’ve been trying to get it resolved, but every time I reach out, I’m told someone will call me back. No one ever does. When I call again, the customer service reps seem completely clueless, and I have to explain the entire situation from scratch each time. It’s been three days now, and I’m still waiting for a call just to help me log back into my account.”

“Ordered $118 worth of KFC chicken through DoorDash pickup which was not received by KFC. Had to wait for a reorder with family waiting at home. Went online and saw that the order was marked Completed. I could not cancel the online order because it was marked Completed. I thought I had been scammed by a lookalike website but a DoorDash representative told me that I would receive a refund from them which didn't happened. Called DoorDash again and this time they said they could do nothing. I'm disputing through Am Ex. Live and learn.”

“It's a NIGHTMARE dealing with them. They have added the WRONG ADDRESS to my orders for Papa John's and refuse to remove the incorrect address. Many times I never get my orders .”

“My order was picked up but NOT** delivered !! He owes me $24 Monir* was his name 717-807-6580 he never answered my calls or texts i wanted to call police on him!! Casey"s kitchen was closed when I called to report him so I will Not" use Door dash again!!”

“We had food delivered from Chipotle on Route 33 in Hamilton and all four family members were sick within 2-3 hours. We notified Chipotle and they said we had to contact Door Dash. Door Dash refused to do anything. I paid $93 for everyone to get food poisoning. Terrible customer care by both Chipotle and Door Dash.”

“i order all the time. All other orders went well. My order last night was over an hour and a half late. The dasher claimed she had to wait a very long time for someone to get their food. I don't beleive her. I don't know what she was doing but it wasn't her job. When I contacted DoorDash online, they only offered a $10.00 credit. Far from what I paid! Terrible customer service.”

“As a doordash driver I always deliver my food on time if it's cold it's delivered cold, if the food is hot it is delivered hot. I constantly rec messages for fictitious reports and have even had a supervisor look into 1 that was marked extremely late yet the sup confirmed order was delivered on time . However I sit with a violation on my acct.”

“My pizza was supposed to be delivered at 4:20 I got it at 7:00 after it sat on someone else’s porch. The person recognized my name on the box and called me but said it was full of ants. I will never use door dash again.”

“There should be 0 stars, DoorDash refuses to refund for missing items from merchants now. This is the second time something I paid for was missing and refused the refund. How deceptive and low down to have customers paying for missing items.”

“This is a terrible deceptive company that deceives you through the app and then offer you low pay once you do all the driving around to deliver these people's orders. They are a freaking billion dollar company and we're ruining our cars driving out our gas just to get screwed over with very low pay”

“We placed an order with doordash with a promotional code. They accepted the code and when the order came they put the price up they took away the promotional code. I called customer service they were very unhelpful. Very disappointed. Dishonest practice. You can't put the price up once an order has been placed.”

“A driver ATE half of my Chipotle order which was almost $20 including tip and they only gave me a $5 doordash credit I did a McDonald's order a couple hours later and my burgers that were only supposed to have ketchup had pickles which IM ALLERGIC to and they did nothing for that either! Ive closed out my account after having doordash for many years because they do NOT care about their customers!”

“The driver (Jai) passed the exit to my home. I asked her why…she gave me a mouthful. Told me if I don’t like it, go get my own food. I sent the text conversation to doordash, and requested my 12.00 tip back. (You have to tip before service) I sent emails etc. Doordash blew me off. That was the very last time I used doordash. I will never use them again. They aren’t the only game in town.”

“A garbage application. I did a double dash, i ordered a papa johns pizza and a 12 pack of coke from a store. It took my 10.00 pizza tip and gave it to the coke delivery guy along with his $5.00 tip and states my pizza was delivered also. I called customer service and they said ' sorry' theres nothing we can do so i'm out $50.00 for a pizza i never received.”
