Terrible company to deal with. They said they were going to deliver my parcel last week but apparently nobody was home to answer the door so was rescheduled for the following day. I checked the picture online and the delivery address they had tried was not even my front door!! I contacted them via live chat and it was rebooked for Monday and surprise surprise, nothing turned up and I have now checked online and apparently its now being sent back to the retailer that I bought it from!! I spent 20 mins holding on to speak to someone on their customer service line but after holding on for so long, was fed up so put the phone down and tried live chat again and was told they couldn't do anything and to contact the retailer. What is the point of rescheduling if they wont even bother to redeliver the item and what's the point of these shoddy cowboys even being in business??

Driver said he came to my house on the Wednesday to deliver and nobody was home, my whole family was there! Said they would deliver on Thursday again said nobody was home despite the fact we were all in the yard waiting for the parcel! I contacted dpd within 2 muns of getting message was lied to by the first person who said she would have driver deliver in 20 mins. But we also established that driver was no where near my location nor had he tried to deliver on the Thursday. Rang again at 6.15pm as delivery had not arrived and got a man this time who told me he could do nothing till 9am Friday morning. Rang at 9am Friday was told it was been delivered to my nearest dpd drop off which was 11 miles from me! Told them I had no way of picking it up that far away and was told they would see what they could do! Another lie! I rang again after 2 hours to be told by a different person that they could not take the parcel from dpd drop off and I would have to get it myself. I explained I had no way of getting it and was told to contact the company I purchased from and request them to resend the item!!!!! I said why so u lot can carry on the same way again!!!!!!!!! U requested a manager to contact me and was told they would within 2 hours. Rang again after 4 hours and no contact to be told manager had gone home! I again asked what they were doing about my delivery as they were the ones that messed up and I was told nothing they were going to do! Requested manager ring me the next day and its now Tuesday and nobody has bothered to ring me!!! This isnt the first time I have had issues with dpd. The drivers don't care, can't be bothered and don't really want the job all they want to do is drive around and use the excuse they are delivering if caught looking into peoples houses and yards! That is not a sweeping statement that is fact and know a yard where items were taken by a dpd driver, when dpd was contacted surprise surprise they did nothing. I will from now on only buy from companies that do not use dpd because they are a complete joke and their customer service does not exist!!!

They left my parcel in the main door of the building because someone open to them,took a picture and left.I was at work and they don’t allow to carry our phones,so I saw later a message that they came different day send me the picture write down a name that received the parcel which I don’t know and job done . I contacted with them and they said the gate was open so everything ok.Parcel that cost 159£ and was a gift!!! Good job guys and all this because second route cost you extra money!!

What… a ….. terrible……courier!!!!!! Avoid them Messed up collection, on hold all day man couldn’t understand me hung up, had to be connected to DPD local online.. rearranged collection, got customer to reprint label his end. They finally collected, delivered to wrong address told me I am lying on phone as gps coordinates. Didn’t recognise picture, turned out to be my neighbours back garden. Promised a phone call from local depot never got one so just as well it was with my neighbour. Useless

Delivery arranged for 12- 13, arranged for neighbor to take delivery as I had to go out. She waited all day, no parcel. Went on tracking it says parcel refused. No further info, where's my parcel now? No idea. I know it's a lie because I live in sheltered accommodation and you can't get in without anyone knowing.

I had a delivery booked for today. I sat and waited only to receive a message to say that the driver attempted to deliver my parcel but no one was in. I contacted DPD and was told there was nothing they could do, as they said the driver had gone to the wrong address. I was offered an alternative day & time but neither are convenient. Really poor customer service as the person I spoke to ended the chat when I asked what they were going to do to rectify their drivers mistake.

Terrible courier just rang because he could find my added. I couldn't Really have as its temporary accommodation and don't really know myself. He then said don't worry I'll find it. Less than 50 sender later I reckon a text saying sorry we've missed you we left parcel at some bloke post office. I don't know where I am I told him that. I have disabled but my scooter is in storage as I had no where here to keep it safe. I suffer with several anxiety and self harm another reason I don't go out in public. Dpd couldn't or wouldn't help and just had the parcel sent back to the seller so I can get a refund. I'm appalled seriously. You don't treat people with disabilities in this way. I pay for a courier I expect a delivery not to just be dumped at a collection point. Shame on you for real. I'm bloody fuming.

Avoid DPD at all costs! In the last year, they messed up so many of my deliveries! Their customer support makes up so many lies so they don't have to admit they lost my parcels or have no clue why the delivery people didn't even bother to do their job. I get messages from DPD all the time that I "wasn't home" (but I work from home on all days!), and they don't bother to ring the doorbell or read the delivery notes. My previous home had a reception that takes parcels for the whole building, DPD sent me a message "I wasn't home", even though in the delivery notes I wrote they can leave it with the concierge. Then the DPD manager admitted the delivery guy didn't even come close to my home that day but still had the audacity to sign the delivery parcel as delivered, while it was lost and made a random picture of another parcel. This company really needs to do something about their business!

Given a one star because I couldn’t rate lower. Absolute rubbish. Came at allocated time to collect but couldn’t fit on van(full of deliveries) arranged to come back later, but didn’t although he barcoded the box and scanned it. Theoretically they’ve had it and lost it. Can’t speak to the local depot, not allowed, so have to wait in to see if they come today but my supplier has officially arranged for tomorrow. Another dat to wait in. Hope did go bankrupt, too much to hope for.

Due my new phone today between 1.20pm and 2.20pm phone provider advised dpd had said been delivered when it hasent so to the robbing skip rat who has stole my phone I wish you great pain. AVOID DPD AT ALL COSTS

I was told there will be a delivery today between 19:40-20:40 ( I already suspected that this is not going to come because of my previous experience) I was waiting in my window watching for the DPD Van, no one turned up but I get a message saying the driver missed me, Parcel: 15505076898671 Driver: George If you can't deliver a certain amount of packages, why create these fake messages saying that you missed me when clearly the driver did not even attempt to come to my flat in the first place? This is not my first experience, this is like the 5th time and now I'm so annoyed and frustrated for wasting my time every time. I will find all the websites where I can give feedback on your service as this is the worst delivery service in history. Fake missed messages, running before opening the door and claiming no one is there, throwing packages and etc This is not acceptable and careless drivers and ur service need to be raised to authorities.

please read this email trail as it reflects many incompetencies within your organisation. I have waited for a delivery via DPD from France over 2 weeks now, it was stuck in customs with VAT payment required, DPD failed to notify me, but I chased them up and paid the vat, I was advised and issued a receipt, 3 days later still nothing, I received the below reply this morning, total rubbish as a few hours later tracking had my parcel being returned to sender. Why? you may ask, because DPD still didn't record my payment, I spoke with customer service who could not find my payment and pretty much said it didn't matter as it was being returned and nothing he could do about it!! So I have been advised falsely that my package was being cleared, I have received a DPD email with my receipt, yet you still return my parcel to the sender, how can it not be possible to halt the return and re-route? I allowed a month for my parcel to arrive before I return to Australia, your company has been an abject failure, you offer no recourse and no solution. I hope that being in your position you are able to have some influence and have my parcel redirected and delivered prior to my return to Australia. Even one star is too much credit for this dreadful company. My wife and I are pensioners and rely on vital medication deliveries. Sadly our supplier has chosen the world's worst delivery company, DPD, which never fails to disappoint. Our supplies were running low and we were told a DPD delivery (159766681632190) would be made on Friday. Next we got a message from driver Sunny with a photo of a random doorway (not ours), saying the delivery had been made. Of course, it was not to our address -- once again -- and we were then promised a delivery on Saturday. Stayed in all day, but nobody came. Then a message it would be delivered Sunday. Stayed in but no delivery, just a message it might now be Tuesday before this -- urgent -- delivery would be made. This is incompetence taken to an unprecedented level. If I ever want to send a parcel I would never ever use this company. Avoid at all costs if you want your order to actually arrive.

Terrible company, a DPD driver parked on my neighbours disabled parking bay which is illegal to do and stayed there for two hours and the audacity of the driver to then have a go at my neighbour because they parked in front of the van and he said he was there for 20 mins. Yeah right I was standing out of my own garden waiting for my neighbour for a hour and the van was already there.

I was due a delivery today via DPD & my husband was in, working from home, but the driver didn't ring the doorbell, therefore my husband didn't hear him knock. We have the video on the ring doorbell - he came down the drive, knocked & immediately walked away again, went the the van, closed the door & then got back in the van and drove off! Why not ring the doorbell??!! Terrible service!

Was in all day for a delivery from Dpd for the driver to take a picture of my door and to then NOT RING MY BELL. So no delivery even though I was here waiting for it. All I got as others have said is sorry we missed you and we will be back on Tuesday as yes its the bank holiday. Customer service rubbish. Wouldn't do anything as the picture was taken. Yeah at a distance mind you from the seat of his van. Delivery guy was Ranjeet from Southall depot. Customer service useless Do they not realise that the drivers are well aware they need some proof of attempting delivery. Haha. This deliberately done as I had spoken to Dpd in the morning and had my time changed so Ranjeet deliberately didn't deliver as a punishment. Joke joke joke. Well Ranjeet your rubbish and don't ever come to my home again to deliver. Disgusting Service. Southall depo you need to speak with your driver Ranjeet as this is absolutely unacceptable.

Sender ordered pickup on August 18th. Package arrived today August 26th. Lots of conversations with DPD. A variety of excuses including suggesting I call a 3rd party Parcel company, the Senders address was wrong - it wasn’t. Just a complete lack of any accountability. No one prepared to take ownership of the issue and see it through. Each call ended with “just keep checking the site” “someone will be in contact “ “sorry about that”.

waited in for 2 days running for my packages both days they put on that they tried and no reply and put up 2 different picture of my so called front door so cancel order and then it came the third day so sent it back as i bought from so where else

The delivery was promised three times but never arrived. Eventually, the supplier, not DPD, contacted us to say that our parcel had been returned to them because the DPD delivery person couldn’t find our house. So there you have it: a delivery service that can’t deliver.

Sent to wrong address refused to give address were they sent it just dropped it in a wheelbin (medical supplies) we were desperate for refused to help
