Appalling service no contact missed appointments turn up when they like in addition no response from a logged complaint or tell our customer service director shocking got a cheek to you are a Delivery company 1Star given as no option for none

I Did not get my parcel 3 times driver called Martin he did not come to my addres and refuse my paces with out call me and come my house I have proof.. 3rd time I did not get any text or email for time. when I called at9.00 to morning to check my parcel it was was refuse already at 8.00 in the morning. Very disappointed with dpd.. never trust ....

Whenever a vendor sends me a parcel using DPD it is a disaster. They don't deliver at all, or they deliver to the wrong address. They also tell lies about whether or not they have delivered and where they have delivered to. This is the case over and over again. I am amazed these people are still in business.

Took day off only to find parcel was on the van the day befor,I was working . No information or time slots my heart breaks ever time a company sends parcels via this company utterly useless

Unable to find address then unable to locate parcel was the delivery update I received!! I complained to management but really they are not bothered, this is a a reply "I am really sorry but, locating the parcel is not something I would be unable to do as all of the relevant searches have already been carried out and we have not been able to find the item. I am sorry I was not able to help any further on this occasion." Where do the missing parcels go?

Do not use this company, unless you don’t want your parcel delivered and then enjoy spending hours on hold on the phone when customer services don’t answer. You can then use their “live chat” software on their app, you will ask a question and then get an utterly useless answer clearly auto- generated by a robot and in no way helpful or relevant to your complaint.

Wrong delivery postcode entered on their system (TWICE), so never received my package. Sender provided correct postcode both times, and after 43 minutes on the phone to DPD, they were unable to change the postcode to the correct one (computer says NO). Would NOT recommend. Really hard to speak to someone real! FRUSTRATED!!!!

Terrible service ordered for next day delivery specifically and what happens no text of time slot and doesn't show up at all. Waited all day for the Forbes to ring but nothing turns out it didn't even reach the depo. What's the point of next day delivery if you can even deliver to your own depo. Waste of time.

Dreadful, tried to deliver to wrong town, driver even called me up, confirmed they had the wrong postcode but correct address, said he would get sorted, sender in Spain gave the couriers there the correct address again... Weeks go by, we have now found out it is transit to.... SPAIN! I would never use DPD myself and my heart sank when I found it was coming via them. Now three weeks and waiting... It breaks my heart to have to even award them 1 star.

Appalling – it has got to the point here in Cambridge – thanks to their awful (March? – based regional office?) that as of this week we now cancel any order from any new supplier if DPD are to be used.

WORST DELIVERY COMPANY YOU CAN CHOOSE #Newbury DPD UK I was supposed to received my parcel yesterday (27th July 2018), which was the agreed date. I took the day off to be at home so that I could receive the parcel (which crucial for me). After spending the whole day at home and waiting for the doorbell, no one rang the bell. After checking the tracking, I just realised the driver just went to the wrong house. When calling DPD UK to tell them the mistake of their driver, I was on hold for 32 MIN!!! After the longest wait, they told me that driver was already at her home so it wouldn't be possible to try the delivery again today. (But they don't only have one driver, do they?) Even they recognised it was their driver's mistake, the only solution they give me was for me to go to the depot (which took me 50 min on foot). As I needed my parcel urgently, I went there. Once I got there, I wanted to make a formal complaint due to the awful journey they made me go through and they said there was none available. I just want to highlight the huge error of the driver and certainly the poor service I received. I can tell this company doesn't care at all about customer experience nor the quality of the service they provide. PS: I wonder why they ask for the phone number and after they don't use it in the delivery. If the driver would have called me when he was at the wrong location, I would have been able to tell him that he was wrong and I would have had my parcel delivered.

Delivery date has been changed 3 times by dpd....new date today..still no parcel has turned up.......the worse delivery company ever..i have waited in 3 days now and no delivery, even though it was arranged each day.....this company is the worst i have ever had to deal with!!!!!

I had a delivery yesterday from Dpd which was brilliant ,the driver (John) was courteous friendly and professional and the parcel arrived within the time slot given, However, today was a totally different ball game , I was in my car in the drive windows open !!!!!! I was decorating upstairs when I came down thinking m parcel should be here now, I noticed a red card stuck in the letter box ....... Sorry we missed you ......... ############ you didn't miss me you never rang the flippin door bell!!! Which I have surprisingly fitted so that anyone at my door can attract my attention should I not actually be sat on my doorstep awaiting within the allotted time for me delivery - absolutely ridiculous we wait in all day for delivery services and then they don't even ring the door bell and I needed my delivery for the weekend - can't tell you just how angry I am !!! Ian driver try using the door bells people have fitted that is why they are they !!!

DPD are a shocking company would not recommend using them at all. It took them about 2 weeks to deliver a parcel which was with them. I was guaranteed delivery every day for the past week and wasted my days stuck inside when I could have been out in the nice weather with friends. I’ve complained multiple times about it and each time I got a reply saying your parcel will be with you tomorrow we promise. And then they didn’t bother trying to deliver and then rearranged the delivery day. They made so many different excuses saying I requested the date and time be changed when I did no such thing. The staff in the depot obviously don’t communicate with each other at all and the driver said one word to me and that was sign. Overall I’m very disappointed with this company and disgusted with how they treat their customers on a daily basis. This whole experience was shambolic on their behalf and now I have received my parcel I will never ever use these again. If I can get a parcel from eBay within 36 hours through Royal Mail how come it takes 5/6 days to get it from dpd

Unreliable service Waiting for a delivery today with them, I waited at home all the morning. The bell never rang and while i was at home i received an email saying that they missed me. Very dissapointed with this service.

DPD - They are absolutely shocking and incompetent in what they do. Held my parcel for 5 days with delays telling me excuse after excuse. Hate them. Now going on holiday without a phone. Never use them, would say pay 10 times the amount with other delivery services just to avoid this pile of failure.

I WOULD NOT HAVE LEFT 1 STAR BUT HAD TO PUT SOMETHING - WHAT A JOKE OF A DELIVERY COMPANY. DPD attempted yesterday to make a delivery before we opened and would be back out today so advised to leave with a neighbour today. Got into work to find another card left at near enough the same time as yesterday. We watched our CCTV two drivers got out of there van looked puzzled at our front door and left another card no attempt to go to neighbours and got back in the van. We need the order for a customer at 11.15am tomorrow morning so this parcel had better be here just after 10.30am has per my 25 minute telephone conversation 5 minutes ago. How you can call yourselves a carrier company I DO NOT KNOW may be a Snail company!

Sent a parcel from POLAND on March 27th to Ireland,after several weeks it had not arrived,so phoned dpd Ireland who were helpful and it had not arrived there.Tried to phone dpd England,but 3 calls were never answered even after an hour holding on ,we discovered the parcel had been received in England on 29th March from the Polish office.The recorded message in England said parcel located and on the way,but completely untrue. Many emails back and forth,always sent by different people, who insisted first it had not left Poland,then that it had been received in Athlone,all untrue,and the recorded message still stating it had been found.EVENTUALLY,in July England accepted liability for losing the parcel and advised claimingfirst they said in Poland then England and then decided to advise claiming from Poland,how very complicated.We made a list of contents and value of 1700 euros the amount we were paid for loss was 140 euros .Not only was the compensation a disgrace,but the whole situation was handled very badly. We would advise everybody to use another company wherever possible ,we will make sure never to use them again. Monika Szczepanczuk
