“please please please do not use dpd the drivers are liars saying on one was in taking pictures of a brick wall as if they have been to my property then the office asking if I can come pick the up the parcel from there depo what a cheek terrible service”

“Waited in all day Sunday 22/07/18. Given 1 hour delivery slot, which they then cancelled and changed back to all day. Delivery was then cancelled completely as driver couldn't find us/gain access. Phoned a disinterested customer services to be told (again!) that the drivers GPS had failed. However no attempt was made to rearrange delivery, was just told 'oh, he'll deliver it tomorrow' - we'll see. DPD customer satisfaction stats on this site ain't promising are they?”

“Dreadful service from the Rumney Depot in Cardiff. I paid for and was guaranteed next day delivery. Waited in all day and no delivery. The my had parcel from 6am. Called then and no on picks up the call. No email address to contact Dreadful company. Do not use”

“Why would a good reputable company as Nike associate themselves with such a dreadful company as DPD? Have just been advised that 2 parcels which should be delivered from Nike by this cowboy company have been lost! Can you believe that? You simply could not make it up! As other reviewers have suggested I also think that drivers are attempting to steal high value goods in the hope that they are written off and replaced by the sending companies. DPD are the worst company it has ever been my misfortune to come across and reputable companies selling their goods need to think long and hard whether they want to risk their reputations being associated with them. For me it will certainly colour whether I deal with a company in future if they are in any way involved with DPD.”

“I changed a delivery date for a day I knew I would be home. The day of the delivery they emailed confirming my change of date to another when I would not be home. Customer service were no help what so ever and refused to get my parcel delivered the day I had arranged. These people need to be closed down as they are terrible at logistics. I have now contacted the company who sent my parcel and they will be recalling it and using TNT instead”

“Appalling! I am still waiting for delivery of an Item which is now a month late and has been with DPD for this entire time. The driver claims to have been unable to deliver as we were not in however it is a business address which we are at between 9am and 10:30 pm and no delivery attempt was made. I have now had a delivery of a new mobile phone not arrive, yet when checking the tracking it was apparently signed for by me with the GPS tracker proving that it was delivered at my business address. DPD have changed their story multiple times to state that 1) it was delivered to the wrong address and the driver had gone back and collected it 2) he missed the delivery and it is back at the warehouse 3) my address wasn't correct on the parcel so it couldn't be delivered. In my opinion their drivers are attempting to steal, valuable items in the hope that they are written off and replaced by the sender. If at all possible do not use this company!”

“What an absolute disgrace of a company. Failed to deliver my item not once....wait for it....4 times. You name it they messed it up, wrong shop first (the shop couldnt be used even though it was an option ON THEIR WEBSITE), followed by the wrong house, followed by saying i was out twice even though they had been instructed to leave the parcel in a safe place (the garage) TWICE. On the occasion of the wrong house they had the cheek to say we missed you even though the picture they posted wasn't even of my house. Infact it wasn't even a house in my village and they had been requested to leave it in the garage so it didn't matter if i wasn't in anyway. What makes this even worse is that when i rang them to ask what the hell was going on they didn't apologise, didn't take ownership, were flat out rude to me and put the blame solely on me even though it was them that completely messed everything they attempted to do. My parcel ended up being returned to the sender (Allsaints) and i made it perfectly clear to Allsaints i would never buy off them again unless the offer another option of shipping or ditch DPD completely. People, take note of their reviews, they dont lie. This is a seriously unprofessional and completely inept company who pay the minimum wage. And that's exactly what service you have paid for. Never again.”

“Terrible service. I have had many bad experiences with this company. I would not recommend using them. I get a message letting me know when my parcel will be with me and it doesn’t turn up. This happens day after day. When I call to find out where the driver is, they can never get hold of them as they seemingly don’t answer their phones or get back to the office.”

“Worst delivery company. I have had 2 separate issues. First was a delivery that was delivered to wrong address and then took a week to get. Then a next day delivery that never arrived. I was promised courier service that got cancelled because they didn’t give him the parcel. Had to go to the depot to get it myself. And then a friend of mine had a delivery that was thrown over her garden fence and got smashed to pieces. Minimum call waiting time 21 minutes if you want to talk to them.”

“I had ordered a next day delivery with tkmaxx and paid extra. The driver did not bother turning up and uploaded a picture from a house that was not mine saying he attempted delivery. I called DPD to arrange for the next possible delivery date and was confirmed a slot for Monday between 9 and 10.30. Package did not arrive. I called again. Was again told the package would be there soon. Package did not arrive. Called tkmaxx. They said the package was left behind at the depot and that it will be delivered Tuesday. This is POOR SLOPPY SERVICE!”

“Don’t evan deserve 1 star cow boy company need to be shut down ASAP customer service staff very rude I ordered a parcel from amazon for a day express delivery 1pm tracking order from dpd came through delivery between 8am and 12 pm Sunday waited in all day nothing called customer services after 1 hour wait to be told still sat on a trailer in smethwick Birmingham when it left Hinckley I live 10 mins from hinkely , told a manger will call me back nothing I read the reviews on here I don’t know how this company are still trading a spoken to a girl in the Newcastle department who clearly knew it was her company’s fault and kept apology to a minimum I won’t name her as this is not her fault personally if this manager does manage to call me back names will be exchanged said this parcel will arrive tomorrow evan tho the app says today so let me guess next thing will be it was delivered Sunday but you was not in I bet my house that is what it’s going to say , DPD I will be taking this further shame on your company time wasting fraud liers!!!!!!!!!”

“Ordered an item from Amazon on 13thJuly. Was advised it would be delivered next day. I tracked the parcel and my husband sat in the front garden waiting for it as I had tracked it to be 15 minutes away. Then I got an emai to say they had attempted delivery but couldn't get a signature together with a a very suspect photo. They also said that delivery would be today 15th. These were all lies. I contacted dpd who emailed me back to say it will be delivered sometime tomorrow. Also got one from Amazon to say I had re-arranged delivery for tomorrow which I had not. I doubt I will ever order from Amazon again after this experience. 3 days waiting in? Why have Amazon stopped using Royal Mail for this incompetent inept lying company?”

“Horrible service. Sent me a message about missed parcel without attempting to deliver it. I was at home all day waiting for the parcel. Then I rescheduled the delivery for another day and the driver was too lazy to get out of the van so I had to go all the way down to the road to pick it up (I live in a tall residencial block). I paid extra for this delivery and the service I got was absolutely disgusting.”
