Tried to deliver parcel wasn't in so next time they didn't bother even though I paid DPD they left it for parcel2go courier to supposedly deliver who forged a signature and Stole the parcel. I thought I could trust DPD to be honest and reliable . Obviously not.

Let down yet again by DPD.... DPD spend so long polishing their logos on their new fleet that they forget what they are to be used for. If a company as bad as this can survive then someone needs to look through their books and finances VERY carefully !!! Totally unreliable and obviously couldn't care less about its clients and delivery of their parcels. Their whole business seems like a lottery managed by incompetents and staffed by disinterested, unmotivated and in the case of Customer Services confrontational, rude, dishonest and totally useless staff. I think you could safely say that any of the other main delivery companies would be a safer choice. The most effective way to protest is to not use any company that associates with DPD.

Had No notification you were on your way, driver did not leave a calling card , i was in the next street if he/she had telephoned. Far from happy it's not hard , communication thats all it needed to get 5 starts. Still waiting.

Waited in, no one arrived. As a precaution had specified a delivery safe place to leave parcel. 30 minutes after scheduled time recieved text to say no one was in. This of course was a lie. Proved as such by the request to leave parcel if someone was in. Claimed calling card not left, another lie. spent 50 minutes at 10p per minute hanging on for snetterton depot to pick up, no one could be bothered. Went through to online chat and had a row with the online computer, sent email to customer service, an oxymoron. DONT USE THESE INCOMPETENT SMUCKS

What a bunch of dicks. Apparently they need more than a house name and post code when delivering to a short road with ten houses on it. The only time stuff gets lost, broken, or imprisoned in a warehouse is with this mob. I gave them one star because there is no 0 star option.

A next day delivery took 13 days to deliver. Various excuses saying the supplier failed to give tbe house number. Complete rubbish. Just a shamvolic outfit who would do us all a favour if went into liquidation and allow other delivery companies to take over their custom.

ABSOLUTLEY SHOCKING SERVICE VERY UNHELPFUL STAFF NO ANSWER FROM THE CUSTOMER SERVICE ON HOLD FOR 1HR PARCEL SHOULD OF BEEN DELIVERED 2 DAYS AGO NO SIGN NO CONFIRMATION .. DISGUSTED!!!!!!!!

Dreadful 'service' - have now wasted 3 days off work leave waiting for an important parcel that they now state after 3 failed attempts to deliver (whilst I was in waiting!!!!) they have lost the parcel. Customer Services is an total waste of time and there seems to be no-one who is able or even interested in helping me - and judging from the reviews or any one else !! DPD are an absolute nightmare and their days must be numbered. I will not use any supplier who employs this unreliable firm of liars and incompetents.

Liars and Cads. They stated I was out twice when in did not even consider a third attempt. My entry phone goes straight to my front door and still they lied and teleportated my parcel from my house to collection point in 2 minutes!!! Cancelling order will not use a company that uses this courier again. Can not get item until next week now so what is the point. Did not receive delivery. You can speak to them on the phone it is just automated. Hope they go bankrupt useless service.

Where do DPD recruit their managers from - they are a disgrace. There seems to be no motivation or desire to provide anything resembling an efficient and reliable service. Their Customer Services Department is beyond belief in that they are just insulting from the excessive wait to get through..the absolutely pathetic 'greeting message' from Sinead Crooke (that only reveals what a desperate state this company is in - what professional company needs to do this???!!!), through to the very limited attention span of their call staff, inability to help, obvious reading from guideline procedures that rarely cover the customers situation, through to the very hostile and confrontational 'supervisors'. DPD will soon be no more unless they make huge changes but it seems that they have no desire to do this and so I assume they will not survive much longer. Absolute shambles of a company that no reputable firm would want to be associated with !!

After request that the item was gonna be delivered to a neighbor, they left it on the front door and has been raining all day so the item is damped therefore broken.

Tried complaining about a tracked parcel that was 'out for delivery' for 4 days !!!! Customer Services (after 2 35 minute plus waits to get through and cut off the first time) could not even track the parcel and said the number must be wrong ( it was the same number which I had used to track it 'successfully' on line!!!) After a ridiculous and completely unhelpful conversation with someone who kept asking the same questions again and again without remembering my answers and who then I asked me to repeat why I was ringing and what was my problem !!! I asked to speak to her supervisor who would not give his name and told me I had been on the call for too long and he hung up on me with no resolution!!!! DPD are the absolute dregs and it is unbelievable to think that they can continue with their attitude and routine failures. They are the rudest and most unreliable company I have ever dealt with. I strongly recommend that you do not waste your time and money with this appalling company and use someone more reliable who cares.

I had an email to say that my parcel had been delivered and signed by me, however we were in all day and nobody came near our house. After phoning the nearest delivery dept to me I was told that it had been delivered to the wrong address ! So someone has presumably signed my name on something not addressed to their post code or name ? After a few more calls I was told that they had spoken to the driver who couldn't find where he had left it !!!! This is a vey expensive part of my video filming equipment that I need for a film shoot in Spain. If I had known that DPD was going to be used for this delivery then I wouldn't have ordered it from the firm that I did as I have had nothing but problems in the past with DPD. The last time that I ordered something they failed to deliver it to my address as they said that the drivers couldn't find my house at all and a week later we picked it up from Sainsburys about 5 miles away. Our house is on a main road is clearly marked and my satnav takes me straight there. Another time someone found a parcel or us beside the main road at the top of the drive in the pouring rain !!!

DPD Screw up again today and Customer Services obviously couldn't care less - un able to give me any useful information - they contradict themselves and lie. They are rude and confrontational. Total waste of time talking to them and using DPD is a real risk as their systems are not fit for purpose. Suppliers take note as DPD will lose you customers - use someone more reliable and professional and who care about their and your customers !!! Don't associate yourselves with this trashy company or you might be sucked out of business as DPD go under.

I don't know how this company survived till now. Its rubbish. I tried to arrange a pickup through their app gave me the selected delivery and found just near where I live. The thing is that, I didn't select the shop where their app is showi. I had to drive about 15min to get my parcel. I called the customer service and had to wait around 20 min to speak to someone. I asked if I can pick up the item from the depo, as it is closer to where I live and the customer service told me that once its selected they can not amend it. I told him I didn't even select that shop but he said he couldn't do anything. They are time wasters and not company. AVOID!!!!!!!!!!!!! this company.
