Drivers claim to have tried to deliver, but they don't. They lie, causing considerable time wasted, especially if you've taken time off to wait at home for a deliver. Customer service is horrendous. Unprofessional, laughing hilariously to something that has happened at his location while dealing with my issue. Was curt and not helpful. Outrageous service all around.

What huge mistake trusting this company with the task of delivering my parcel. Paid to send a parcel through the company I work for who have an an account with Dpd. My teenage daughter after having received a new phone for Christmas was gifting her old iPhone to her grandparents. The parcel never arrived. Shows as being held (Approx 6/7 weeks now). After making contact numerous times and putting a claim, still no further forward. At every turn I have got nowhere, claim refused, parcel still missing/lost/held or possibly stolen from within the Dpd network. Have asked for the parcel to be returned, which they will not/cannot do. Have been told complaint has been escalated to the highest level and still there is nothing more they can or will do. Not an offer to compansate for the missing item ( Evan after providing proof of ownership, IME number ect ). Not Evan an offer to refund the cost of the service which hasn’t been delivered. I have effectively paid for the privilege of having my parcel, lost or stolen. There claim of handling your parcel with the best possible care, in my experience are not to be believed. Very poor from start to finish. True colours have been shown. Very difficult company to deal with when things go wrong. If this happens you will likely be left angry, frustrated and out of pocket.

Company claims to have a delivery window. I waited OUTSIDE my apartment building and watched the bridge go up for incoming boats and during this time DPD claims they attempted to deliver my parcel but I wasnt home even though I was sitting outside. Its been over 4 days with no resolution. Have no idea where my package is. Brexit is a lot easier to handle than the rubbish DPD puts customers through.

FRAUD FRAUD FRAUD What a disgusting experience... I book for them to pick up parcels from my house. They came and couldn`t pick up cause their Van was to full and promise to come back ... As I did not trust the driver, I immediately contacted DPD to have this nonsense sorted as it was not my mistake. They promise too that they have book them to come back, but guess what, no one showed up (klike I already bloody knew). Contacted them again and received 0 ( minus -0) help or service... I had to rebook fo the day after with no re-assurance plus , I have to print again all the labels (so I have to do my parcels all agian). They have just promese me that I will receive the confirmation email and have been wiating for hrs now and received nothing . You HAVE STOLEN A LOT OF MY MONEYS

Horrendous! I paid extra for a next day delivery, the part was needed urgently. I telephoned DPD a short while after placing the order to make sure a collection would be made, I was assured it would be collected that afternoon. I waited in all afternoon, 17:10 I tried to get in touch with the local depot, that was not possible. I waited on the telephone line for 50 minutes for customer service until I got through. The collection was not on the system although I was assured it was. The money had been taken. On the day of the missed collection of my parcel, I was told I would not be charged. I was told today that I will not be refunded. It cost us 40 x times the cost of the delivery in lost business. DO NOT USE THIS SHAMBOLIC COMPANY !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I was told DPD would deliver my parcel yesterday between 11-12am. I took day off to sit in to wait for it and at 11:30am got a txt saying delivery man couldn’t deliver because no one was home. I have a recording camera at my front door and at no time did anybody knock on my door. I phoned up DPD Customer service ((£7.24 in phone calls to them) to be asked if I had a red door? I told them no my door is blue. The driver went to a red door and took a photo of it and said I wasn’t home. Said he had left a card at this random house (must of had the same address and postcode has mine????) and was told the delivery would be made again that day. It never showed up and I’m now going to get it delivered to collect store. So having paid £7.99 postage on my delivery and £7.24 phone calls it’s cost me £15.23 to go and pick up a parcel my self from town because a DPD delivery man couldn’t find my address. I will never order from the company I bought my parcel from ( I’ll leave them a review and explain why I will not be ordering from them again) and I will never order anything that DPD will be supposing to deliver because they can’t find my address. 1* because it doesn’t give option of minus stars.

Courier extremely rude. Company unreliable. Have stopped ordering from Amazon because they are guaranteed no to deliver. My son’s iPhone went astray. Last 4 orders from Amazon not received. Thankfully Amazon refund, but that’s not the pont. Appalling is the only polite way to describe these cowboys!!! We even contacted the managing director who promise to put things right. Big fail on that too.

Delivery of our food parcel was due between 12.29 and 13.29. It hadn’t arrived by 4pm so I waited 35 minutes to get through to the helpline . They offered no explanation for why the delivery had not arrived. He said he would contact the local depot who would ring me as their number is not available to customers. At 6.30 I hadn’t heard anything so I sat again in a queue and then the Van arrived at 6.50. The driver had been in our estate at lunchtime but had been called away to deliver to Sainsbury’s for a 12 midday deadline . 6.50 was the next opportunity he had had to catch up with the missed lunchtime deliveries. I have no problem with our driver he has delivered here a few times but he had not received a call from the helpline asking to contact us with an explanation as to why he hadn’t delivered on time and he was following orders from above when he diverted on to other deliveries ahead of ours. Because this box contained fresh meat I think it was wholly inappropriate to divert the driver before our delivery was made. This event consumed our afternoon by having to stay in and sit on the phone. Seriously annoying .

I couldn't leave anything less that one star, this is one too many. I have had a terrible experience with this company. I have been repeatedly mis-informed and the actual drivers can even work out simple instruction. The customer service center take the onslaught of complaints when they basically cannot do anything about the rubbish delivery service they have to try and support. If you are wanting a professional courier company to assist your business with deliveries then I strongly advise you to use anyone but this completely useless excuse for a company.

Paid for next day delivery on an item and didn't receive it untill 9 days later , everyone that I spoke to at DPD call centre was useless the driver who was supposed to deliver the item decided to drive past the delivery address and take a picture of someone else's property and claim no one was in , won't ever be using them again what an absolute joke

I have had approx 12 deliveries in the last 6 months from DPD. Every delivery has been excellent, the company keep you well informed and you are provided an hour delivery slot. The App is great, allows you to provide specific delivery instructions. Every driver I have met has been friendly and happy to help. DPD have also, on my last delivery, provided me a Saturday delivery, without extra charge, which was required due to a delay with the supplier. The customer service, when I have called them, go out of their way to help and be helpful. Best delivery service I have ever had.

Ordered some stuff from a company I have used for some years, and as usual requested delivery to my home address. I subsequently received a message from DPD informing me that my parcel would be available to be picked up from a branch of Currys PC World some distance from my home as per my instructions. I had given no such instructions. I contacted the sender who confirmed that they had sent it to my home address and indeed that only I could stipulate that delivery should be to anywhere else. They contacted DPD who promised that the parcel would be sent to my home address the next day. It wasn't. I contacted DPD. Before I was connected, I was treated to a recorded message from their boss woman asking me not to be abusive to their staff. I soon found out why she thought this necessary, as the person I spoke to was totally useless. He said that there was nothing he could do, and implied that, as there was nothing wrong with their system, it must have been my fault! The sender of my parcel contacted DPD again and was again told that the parcel would be recovered from Currys and delivered to my home address. Again, this has not happened and on the DPD app, my parcel is still being shown as awaiting collection from Currys. This company is an absolute disgrace and should be put out of business entirely. In future, whenever I order anything online, I shall tell the vendor that the order is conditional on their not using DOD. I would urge others to do the same.

If you could leave a -10 rating I would! Always ALWAYS have problems getting my deliveries from this appalling company. If they can’t find your address easily they just deliver your parcel wherever they feel like it. Disgusting service, atrocious customer service......numerous parcels lost and one investigation under way. Avoid these cowboys at all costs is my advice.

Consistently poor service. Allocating a one hour time slot on the day of delivery is not viable for most customers! When requested to leave parcel with neighbour in a gated complex with intercom, DPD did not even attempt to ring any neighbours or leave a card. Used the excuse that premises were closed. Poor customer service helpdesk, who essentially listen to complaint but are unuable to assist or make changes

What a shambles of a company, failed 3 times to pick up a parcel when clear instruction's given and notes on the door, then given local pick up point did this after going out of my way to leave parcel at pick up point, then sent emails to say failed pick up as tried to pick up parcel at my house, even after email saying parcel is at pick up point, then to rub salt in my face, sent me a step by step guide of how to send a parcel back, what a joke of a company.

Worst service ever. Expect problems when dealing with this unreliable delivery disaster. The drivers create false reasons for not delivering in order to avoid having to go to certain areas. Despite many calls to their customer service to try and resolve any problems, my parcel still hasn’t arrived and they do not seem to care at all. I am definitely going to avoid purchasing from any company that uses DPD as I will never get the goods. Bad, bad, bad!

Our usual DPD delivery guy Dan is fab. Today's (5.16pm on 12.3.19) was the most rudiest non-engaging person that I have ever met? I wouldn't employ him to walk my dog let alone represent the company by wearing a logo embosed jacket or drive their van.
