Another day wasted waiting for a scheduled parcel that never came.I will not use DPD again or any company that employs their 'service'. DREADFUL CUSTOMERS SERVICE - why bother having this department at all ?! - condescending, rude, unhelpful, confrontational and disinterested in resolving the obviously many problems that DPD have in reliably providing an efficient and reliable service. Useless! This company is broken and Customer Services reveal this very clearly - truely shambolic and to have to wait 30 plus minutes to get through to these awful people is a disgrace. They have no respect for their customers and DPD do not deserve your trust.

Worst 'delivery' service ever - so hit or miss - totally unreliable -unaccountable - useless and rude / comfrontational 'customer service'. DPD seenm to have no respect for their customers or realisation that they can choose to go elswhere and use better and more reliable services. DPD do not deserve your custom and I suggest you boycott them and any company that uses them - it's time to see this bunch of amateurs off !!!

Currently on the phone for over 50 minutes trying to speak to someone as I haven't received my delivery that was due yesterday! Such poor customer service. Shocking!!

I was expecting a delivery yesterday between 3pm and 4pm. I then got a text at 3.20 saying that they had tried to delivery my parcel and no-one was home, and a card was put through my letterbox. In fact, there was someone home and no card had been put though the door. I doubt if they had even tried to deliver the parcel at all. I was then on hold for their customer services for over 1/2 an hour and eventually gave up and emailed them instead. The reply I got was that I should have the DPD App to make tracking my parcel easier!! I rescheduled the delivery for today and asked for it to be left at the back door if no-one was in. Again, I then received a text saying no-one was in and it had been taken back to the depot. Again no card has been left. I am again unable to get hold of customer services by phone, so am awaiting a response by email. The parcel is scheduled again for tomorrow so watch this space!!. Would not recommend DPD so don't know why companies use them.

I am waiting for delivery last 3 days and order is still not deliver ask customer service can I go and pickup from depot then he reply his system not allowing him to do that and he can’t give me a answer when they going to deliver very rubbish service I don’t understand why senders using dpd

NEVER AGAIN - I have just wasted most of my day waiting for a delivery that was promised and never happened and then trying to get through to anyone who could tell me what was going on. I waited over 30 mins to get through just to be talked at by avery rude staff who seemed to have no interest at all in trying to resolve the problem. The information they gave was very contradictary and they seemed to be just reading a script of excuses that didn't relate to what I was saying. When I informed them that they were just not listening to my questions they hung up on me with no resolution. Dreadful behaviour and they don't deserve to be in business. BE WARNED AND AVOID !

Stressful. Frustrating. Pitiful service. Parcel finally arrived after 2 weeks of sheer nonsense. Spent most of my time waiting for customer services (the irony) to answer, only to be told the ‘system’ says therfore it will be tomorrow! The rest of the time I spent running around the city after I offered to pick it up personally ( waited an hour at their local depot only to be told it wasn’t there, ‘ system said’), I could go on and on ...... but I would like my life back Oh just one other thing when the parcel finally arrived it looked like it had been used as a football. Thankfully no damage done

Wasn't the cheapest option, but given the good reviews and the fact that I would get given an hour slot between 9:00 - 17:00 on the day, I scheduled a pick up and next day delivery of a package. I was sent multiple emails / SMS offering options to reschedule the pickup, but no slot and no sign of pick-up by 16:30. After searching for contact details, I finally found a button to contact someone in their App, after which I was told it sent me to the wrong people. After over 30 minutes of waiting in queues and on hold. I finally spoke to someone who then spoke to a driver who claimed to have come to the house at 16:38 whilst I was on the call, but there was no one home! He also said he "knocked on the door" despite the clearly visible door bell - clearly an outright lie. The call centre staff acknowledged that I was on the call during the "alleged delivery" and that I was never sent the promised ETA - which seems strange. When she next tried to speak to the driver, he had got all the way out of central London and back to the depot, which is pretty amazing in 5pm traffic. The call centre tried to help, but the end result was I spent over an hour of my time on a call and my package wasn't collected, which was a total failure of behalf of DPD Local and hugely inconvenient for me. To add insult to injury the customer service people couldn't process the refund and made me speak to the "dpdlocal-online.co.uk" people - who were quite slow and made me detail everything again.

Check their terms and conditions - they are purposely hidden so you will be hit with a big bill - just rip off merchants - staff mislead you big time

This company is not fit for service. There is a very good chance that they will waste your time and money. If you have problems with your delivery they make it nearly impossible to easily talk to any one who is able to efficiently help. They are rude, dishonest and confrontational. They seem unwilling to help and disinterested in fixing their many problems. Their customer servives reveals all. What company would have such an appalling and insulting service? Answer is clearly a company that couldn't care less about its customers and seems to treat them with utter contempt - that is DPD - TERRIBLE COMPANY - AVOID !

Waited all day for text to give me my 1hr time slot! This never happened! The delivery date was then removed from app details with no explanation,called centre,waited 20mins to be told basically that’s what sometimes happens in Scotland!

20 mins on hold and still no customer service rep to answer the phone :( Lazy depot changed delivery address so they don't have to honour delivery Receipt and lies!

Paid alot for a package, dpd put a incomplete adress and then said they could not deliver it, sent it back to calafornia, and it took like a month to get here, same package costs double now. Customer service is fucking awful, Im not even going to get into that here there is so many things wrong with that. Stay away from DPD at all costs they caused me to loose money!

WORST SERVICE EVER - COMPLAIN OR CHASE UP YOUR LOST/LATE/DAMAGED PARCEL AND ALL YOU GET IS A VERY LONG WAIT- ( TESTING YOUR FRUSTRATION AND TEMPER) TO GET THROUGH FOLLOWED BY A MESSAGE ASKING YOU TO BE RESPECTFULL AND POLITE (!!!) THEN YOU HAVE TO LISTEN TO IGNORANT, RUDE AND CONFRONTATIONAL STAFF WHO SEEM UNABLE/UNWILLING TO HELP !! DO NOT GIVE THIS COMPANY YOUR TRUST OR MONEY - THEY ARE TOTALLY INCOMPETENT, UNTRUTHFULL,INCOMPETENT,DISINTERESTED AND RUDE TO THEIR CUSTOMERS - ABSOLUTELY DISGRACEFUL AND UNRELIABLE COMPANY...IWILL NEVER USE THEM AGAIN OR BUY FROM ANYONE WHO USES THEM.

Called to re-arrage a date for collecting my parcel. Waited 10 min on the line. A week after my parcel still ready to collect at home. Called again to re-arrange a date and 25 MIN ON HOLD! The staff assistant put me on hold for 6 min more to find my details. VERY BAD SERVICE. I WON'T USE IT AGAIN.
