The delivery man knocked on my door 21-11-2017 at mill.cross court in Brentford to deliver my wife's parcel and was absolutely rude on loud tone of voice asking my name I have told him my name and then he have asked me with rude voice again how do you spell your then I patiently told him that I can type it in for him and he has answered with voice almost unbearable to hear that will not and walked away with the parcel that my wife really needed for the following day. I can't believe that a big company like DPD has so low standards and I have tried to contact the office but there wasn't a number to call and talk to anyone that could help. I will ask the future supplier not to use them and if they ask me I will them know the reason.

Waited in for delivery and although they said had tried to deliver was a complete lie. I even gave alternative place to leave so no excuse, and where was the card they said had been left but had not. I also put a complaint in about non service and it said get back to you within 90mins. This didn’t happen either. If could give zero stars I would.

Three times arranged a pick up and three times they failed to pick up. They advised that they 'knocked on the door but was no answer' - the pick up was from a 7 storey office with a reception - liars.

Failed to deliver, no update as to why or what next. Their website makes it IMPOSSIBLE to find a number that enables you to actually talk to a person. Eventually emailed them, got a reply saying the parcel is still at the depot and they have no idea when it's being delivered. Utterly useless company! Why does anybody use them????!!!

My parcel was loaded onto a delivery van, I was given a delivery time and a number in the queue, but nothing was delivered and when I contacted DPD they said they had lost it -the driver never logged it as delivered to the house nor did he log it as returned to the depot. Fortunately for me, the sender has offered to replace the goods and take the matter up with DPD themselves. This is not the first time I have had problems with this company - on a previous occasion they seemed unable to use a sat nav to find my address and I ended up collecting the item from the depot myself. An appalling company with no regard for good customer service. I would strongly advise businesses to steer well clear of them -I doubt the cheap service outweighs the losses in the end!

Dpd marked our amazon delivered but nothing received yet! They marking as delivered just to match their targets. They dont answer our calls even though half an hour wait on the line and no reply to emails either! What are we supposed to do now?

DPD accepted my instruction to deliver to a neighbour but the driver ignored this and DPD then took it to a collection point with no parking and this is a heavy parcel. DPD are reusing to do anything about it.

I have come home to a dpd card and the now.dpd.co.uk website doesnt recognise the reference and there is no helpline so no-one to ring and and no way of progressing this situation. This is the second time I have had dealings with dpd and last time they said they would provide an hour slot and I had to wait from 7am to 8pm to get the delivery.I would always ask which delivery firm is used and not buy if its dpd

stated they had delivered my parcel on the 17th at my address and signed for by me which was total fabrication. no slip left. no idea where parcel is. called them directly was on hold for an hour and they didn't have a clue what was going on. this seems to be a far to common occurrence. the man i spoke to was very argumentative and rude (a man called dave) and then ended up hanging up on me abruptly. I was told to call back on monday morning to see where my parcel had got to as they couldn't find my driver due to GPS being down... i don't usually get annoyed by things like this but it did shock me how badly i was talked to on the phone and my wait.

I purchased a new mobile phone from Currys on line yesterday (Friday 17 November 2017) and paid an additional £9.95 for guaranteed delivery by midday on Saturday. By 11:00 today, I was concerned that the DPD driver had not arrived and decided to track. Their website stated that the "estimated delivery is Saturday 18 November, as requested, it would be delivered between 06:00 and 12:00 By 14:00 I decided to contact DPD through their Make It Right Team and have been advised that they are short staffed at the depot, doubtful I will receive my delivery today, they will try to deliver tomorrow but if short staffed again, they don't know when it will be delivered.... Their Make It Right Team have not made it right and, in fact, are now holding me to ransom when I have paid extra. I wouldn't mind if they delivered late or had let me know as I only live 7 miles from their depot! This is not the first time I have paid for guaranteed next day delivery only to wait for TWO days and no-one is ever prepared to repay the additional costs incurred to me. I have given one star only because you have to leave something, shame there is no such thing as minus stars! Please do not use this delivery company they are a bunch of cowboys

Failed to deliver and lied. Sent a message saying I was out and that a card was posted through the door. Oh was it now , was that the door I was sitting next to in my living room then , did the driver have an invisible cloak that prevented me from seeing him walking up the drive and post the invisible card through my letter box! I think not

Unfortunately, there is no 0 star! This is an absolutely third class service who makes customers pay for their blunders. I am really not sure why companies like Amazon are partnering with this lame courier service.

Absolutely awful! Despite the fact that a parcel of mine was sent erroneously by the company I ordered it from without house number and street on the label, they still decided to attempt delivery anyway, which resulted in it being posted to a random house without any record of who or where it was left with. Even though I updated the delivery address on the DPD tracking site to remedy the missing information, this information apparently "isn't sent to the driver" - despite this being done the day before delivery (plenty of time to fix it!); what's the point of such a change if the driver doesn't see it?! I have since found my parcel on my own, but definitely wouldn't recommend.

My parcel was due on a Sunday. On time the delivery driver press my bell and I let him in saying that I would be 2 mins; I live on the fifth floor of my apartment complex. When I got to the lobby the delivery driver had left a missed you note. I run out of the building and saw him closing his van door. When I asked for my parcel he just ignored me and drove off. I was outraged as I had waiting in. I contact pdp customer services and they told me it was my own fault as I gave them the wrong address. I couldn't believe this as he got to my address without issue. After explaining this I was told by a customer assistant to shut up and just wait, and that my parcel would be delivered again. dpd don't have any customer services and can't even deliver. I would recommend people to void using there services.

The claims department of Dpd are a bunch of thieves. Dpd smashes my guitar during transport and claims make every false excuse to avoid paying a claim. Finally after 2 months of following up they pay a fraction of what the item had cost me. Dpd is a very bad crooked company.

Worst experience I have ever had with a delivery company, Could not have been any more dissapointed. I should have had a parcel delivered to me almost two weeks ago now but I am still yet to receive anything. On the day of the delivery (02/11/2017), I received a text which said the driver failed to deliver the item as there was no one at home even though I had been sitting around waiting for the parcel the whole day - absolutely ridiculous!! I called to complain and received an upgrade for a Saturday delivery but did not get any explanation as to why there was no attempt to deliver the item. To make things even worse, I had to AGAIN stay at home the whole day on Saturday (03/11/2017) waiting for the item and although I got a delivery window time of 13:30 - 14:30, nothing came during that time. Continuously calling DPD and having to speak to different people who had no idea of what was happening, I was finally able got some info stating that the driver had been stuck in traffic and should reach me no later than 16:30. Surprise, surprise comes 16:30 and still NOTHING. Called DPD again and a lady which did not seem like she had any interest in helping me stated that she was not able to track the driver and to 'just sit tight and wait'. After a few minutes I get a text that said my delivery was dropped off at a house, WHICH WAS NOT MINE, as no one was in. INFURIATED I left my house to go to my neighbors who I DO NOT KNOW and luckily ran into the DPD driver. He argued that although I had been waiting and listening out for the door the WHOLE day, he could not some how get anyone to open the door for him so he thought he should give it to anyone around my area. If it was one of my immediate neighbors, I could have been a bit more understanding but this house was in a completely different building and practically down the road from where I live. So, apparently, according to him "If a recipient does not open the door, DPD drivers are allowed to give the parcel to any one of their neighbors," even if its a house half way down the road - If that really is the policy of DPD I would really be concerned about the safety of every single parcel that gets processed through them. ANYWAYS - I explained that I do not know the people that live at that address and if he could help me explain and retrieve the parcel - he rudely refused, told me he had better things to do and got in to his van and drove off, leaving me to deal with a situation he clearly messed up. I went to the address which I was told had accepted my parcel and the person told me they refused to take it as they did not know the who lived at the address on the parcel. SO WHERE THE F IS MY PARCEL DPD?? And regardless of calling every single day for nearly two week and dealing with the sender of the parcel I still have not received a PHONE THAT HAS COST ME £700. How have I not received any updates for the past week??? I DO NOT UNDERSTAND. This is absolutely ridiculous.
