Absolute fools. This company are probably the worst bunch of muppets I have ever had the misfortune of dealing with. Lyers, cheats, arrogant and the customer service team are a disgrace. Never again, my advise is to avoid buying on line from anybody who use dpd for their delivery service, muppets! Parcel number Reference Number: 15504509032240.

I paid for next day delivery and was told my package would come between a certain time the next day. I waited in and nothing came so I checked the tracking again and it said that I had changed the delivery day to two days later when I was supposed to be on holiday. I had done no such thing and wouldn't even know how to. Absolutely disgraceful to delay a package and then blame the customer by making it seem like they had caused it, will not be shopping from anywhere that uses DPD again.

Avoid using - Parcel left on front door step, for all passers by to see- Had asked DPD to leave in a secure place, this instruction ignored. Moral of this case is do not trust DPD to carry out instructions. Also item was delivered damaged. Very poor 'service' . They did at least take a photo of the parcel left on the front door step - so have evidence to prove just how incompetent they can be Parcel no 15504510740191

HORRIFFIC !!!! Avoid like the plague, message recieved to say delivery would be made at 10:15am , never materialised, but a text message saying delivery was made ? Left with neighbour at number O.. yes number 0, signed Walls , was that the ice cream Van ? Lost money in phone calls to DPD , lost money to Plummer for wasted time who came to fit the part that had been ordered and promised to be delivered next day , that instead was delivered to Mr Banger , sorry Walls, who doesn't exist ! Keep up... This is where you put your head in the micro wave! Gouge your eyeballs out with a screw driver while looking out of the window all day waiting ...for the DPD delivery driver that can't read street signs, or surnames. Make a stand , just refuse to buy goods from companies that use DPD. AVOID !

Strongly recommend them if you want your parcels to be delivered not on time and then to the wrong address. Then when you phone to customer service if you make it passed the long hold times and hang ups they do, they will have no idea what's going on. Absolutely disgusting, atrocious service run by incompetents. FYI, I only gave 1 star because zero is not an option. Avoid like the plague.

They are cheap for a reason. They refuse to give a receipt when you drop off your item. You can make your own mind up as to why!

Worst service ever Worst service ever. They just make silly excuses. Failed to deliver the next day delivery item and saying they can not do anything about it. DPD can not sort out their own issues and fault and they make customer to pay the price. No companies should use DPD and give business to them. Most drivers have no manners and they can misbehave big time. Be aware of that Next day delivery from DPD means after 5 days. They just blame customer for their dirty and lazy work and asked you to suffer.

failed to deliver next day deliver parcel 3 days in a row after phonecalls and emails. tried twice to deliver to wrong address, when should have been going to safe place. Then sent to a pick up shop after their error would not get it back and deliver as it should have been. both people I have spoken to on the phone have been useless ended up contacting the company who I brought the items through and sending it back waste of time and money

Terrible service and not for the first time either. Paid extra for guaranteed next day delivery (Saturday) which never arrived. Finally get a delivery time slot for Monday and yet again no package delivered. Received a message saying that no one was at home and a card was left. This was a complete lie as I was in all the time and no card was left. As I mentioned before, this is not the first time I've had trouble with your firm and I've informed the sellers of your awful service.

Ordered a new laptop from HP, they use DPD as their courier. Initially I was happy as it was 24 hour tracked delivery. However, the delivery date kept getting later and later, until eventually 7 days later my parcel was no where to be found. I rang their customer services 4 times, each time they promised that my parcel would be delivered the following day. By the 5th time I called, they actually blamed me and said it was because I apparently requested to delay the parcel by a week (Which I did not). I phoned HP who launched an investigation which led to proof that the parcel had been lost and its whereabouts were unknown. DPD then said they would have to search the depot which they quoted would take a further 5 days, they conducted this and didn't even contact me to say they couldn't find it. HP therefore sent out a new laptop to me. I couldn't believe it when the parcel was delayed yet again. I phoned their customer services to which they promised it would be delivered the following day. I demanded to be put through to the depot manager who stated and I quote "Nothing gets done on a weekend, so we forgot go label up your parcel". My laptop eventually arrived after 3 weeks. Bare in mind I had paid for 24 hour delivery. An absolutely dire delivery company with appalling customer service. After losing over £1000 worth of goods and taking 3 weeks for a 24 hour delivery, I will never be using this disgraceful delivery company ever again.

They should be closed down! First I missed the parcel, they didn’t leave any note, after that they resent the parcel back to the sender! Back to Germany! When I called the customer service, it wasn’t possible anything to do! Today I’ve checked my extra charges and I can see for 8 minutes talking to dpd they charged me £44! Very poor customer service!!

AVOID AT ALL COSTS! How has parcel delivery in the UK stooped to this poor level of quality. They have zero communication skills - liars and cheats who just care about screwing the public - they should not be in business and are a disgrace. They do not use telephones so cannot call themselves "couriers", and they use robotic auto-responses to queries, when they inevitable miss their "one hour slots/windows" - you never hear from them again. I am ashamed that Britain has become infected with these morons.

Parcel not delivered on stated timing. Parcel lost. Constantly chasing your customer service. Ridiculous message from your social media team putting blame on Parcel2Go when DPD has chosen to be affiliated with them. System failures. Never again. Worst delivery company ever used.

Assume your delivery will not be made. DPD are only good for moving your package from depot to depot. Delivering it to you seems to be beyond them. I have never had a successful delivery from DPD. The issues I have faced are: 1) Driver only handing some packages to designated delivery shop, not including mine 2) Cancelling the delivery as he couldn't find the house when other delivery services have never had an issue 3) Despite assurances the driver would call as I live in flat building, driver knocks on door of apartment building and says he attempted delivery. Why don't you stand at the end of the street and say you attempted delivery, it is the same thing. If you have a delivery coming from DPD, you will not receive it. Guaranteed.

Dpd very disappointed in the service provided today by one of your drivers. Saying he couldn't deliver my sons parcel despite five people being in my house! He didnt bother to knock on the door, no details left on the card either. And apparantly hes too busy to come back to my house and now he's told it wont be delivered for another week. He paid for next day delivery not next week! Worst customer service I've heard of, reluctant go give even 1 star . Think your courier Nick from leeds depot needs to have a look the job description

Where should I start from I never have any problem sending parcel until I use DPD, It is HORRIFIC, SHAMEFULL, DISGUSTING experience I had with DPD. My parcel due to be delivered on 10th April 2019 which never happened. Online kept aying 2 days delivery time and it took 5 days spending more money then normal delivery. If I took Royal Mail they have delivered it by now in £5 and paid £40 to DPD instead. The people who has to take the parcel with them is no longer in the country and now the wont be back until a months time. It was a gift they have to take with them. Quite upsetting , dreadful, hilarious experience with the DPD. No contact no given to contact the customer service. If you input your parcel no while ringing the CS then it will recognise your phone no and every time you call them it says you delivered parcel that time and wont let you go through to the CS. Then I have to choose different phone no and waited until the automatic machine tired and get me through to the cs and then international team who does not know what they doing. Now being advised to contact DPD ONLINE etc. That is costing my every seconds to minutes to hours from work. Do DPD think people have that much time in working day to hold and talk to them disgusting. Took me 50 minutes all together to get a response. Even asked manager I need to speak but no manager available. Response was busy and need to contact DPD ONLINE they will deal with the issue as I booked online. Another chapter open and DPD ONLINE chat offline and not responded no contact no. Hilarious. Took me today 3 hours to chat and at the end no resolution only saying they will return the money I paid. I use electricity / printing / and taxi to go to the shop to give them a parcel. Useless company and useless people handling the request. Item cost £200, Travel & Postage cost £50 but there is no addition to the suffering / headache / frustration / cost by them.

Dreadful. Failed to deliver a small package from UK to Europe on a promised date. I was the one who had to contact to alert them. The failure caused major inconvenience. Poor customer service tracking capabilities - the representative couldn't call the relevant department but only email them. There is a reason why their service was "cheaper" than others. Avoid at all costs. Never again.

I’ve had nothing but awful service off dpd today, the driver lied about coming to deliver the parcel, I was then promised 5 hours after my promised delivery Time that it would be re delivered- still no sign, then told again it would be another hour. They then didn’t bother delivering the parcel at all and didn’t get in contact to say otherwise, this company is an actual joke and they need to sort their sh*t ASAP.
